I have been also tested culture, urine (conventional culture, automated identification & sensitivity) and ultrasound. And the doctor said it is normal now, but I have a little pain remain in my left scrotal. What should I do? can it create a problem in my married life?

Any testicular lump needs medical attention, however small it may be. Because, at your age, testicular swelling is the most common type of swelling. But don't get afraid. It responds very well to treatment. And the earlier it is detected, the better is the result of treatment. Please don't suffer silently from embarrassment. Please consult and get it treated.

Hello. Take homoeopathic medicine - schwabe's alpha-coff and glyzyrrhiza glabra 1x - both thrice a day daily for 4 days. Management: - avoid cold drinks and fried food, take healthy food. -avoid exposure to air-conditioner or cold air (wrap a warm stole or muffler around neck). -avoid excessive or rough use of your voice/ shouting. -gargle with warm water and salt 3 times a day and take steam-inhalation once before going to bed. Home remedies for cough: -stir some into some hot tea for comforting cough relief. You can also eat a spoonful of honey before bed to help calm coughs. -warm saltwater gargles help moisturize your throat, which can quiet coughs. -drink peppermint tea to help relieve coughs. -brew a eucalyptus tea by steeping a few fresh or dried eucalyptus leaves in hot water for 15 minutes. Drink this tea up to 3 times a day to help soothe a sore throat and calm coughs. -make a hot ginger tea to help soothe a chronic cough. -turmeric is a traditional cough remedy that many people have found effective for coughs. Try mixing half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of warm milk. You can also try turmeric powder and a teaspoon of honey for dry cough.

What is the symptoms of heart related problems? What is the first treatment at home.

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
What is the symptoms of heart related problems? What is the first treatment at home.
You can save time during a cardiac emergency by planning ahead. Here are some ways to prepare for a heart attack and possibly increase your chances of survival. 1. Know the warning signs Not everyone who has a heart attack experiences the same symptoms, and some people have no symptoms at all. There are, however, some common ones you should know: Chest discomfort (pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain) Pain radiating to the arms, back, neck, jaw or stomach Shortness of breath Other symptoms, for example, sweating, nausea, vomiting or lightheadedness 2. Know what to do If you experience symptoms of a heart attack: Call 911 immediately. Because emergency personnel can begin treatment before you reach the hospital, transport to the hospital in an ambulance is the best way to receive prompt care. If calling 911 is not possible, have someone drive you to the hospital. Do not drive yourself to the hospital unless you have absolutely no other alternative. While waiting for help to arrive, chew a regular-dose aspirin to help prevent blood clots. Take with a glass of water. If you have been prescribed nitroglycerin tablets or spray for angina, take one to three doses to see whether symptoms are relieved. Lie down, breathe deeply and slowly, and try to stay calm. 3. Develop an action plan If you are at high risk for a heart attack, consider some of the following suggestions: Think what you would do if you had a heart attack in various situations, such as at home or while driving. Decide who would take care of any dependents. Make sure these backup people are willing to help out in an emergency. Write down a list of medications you are currently taking, medications you are allergic to, your doctors' phone numbers (both during and after office hours) and contact information for a friend or relative. Keep copies of this information in several places, such as at home, at work, in your car and in your wallet or purse. Give instructions to your family and friends. Tell them the warning signs of a heart attack and what to do if you experience these signs. Encourage them to take a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) class so that they can provide assistance if your breathing or heart stops before the ambulance arrives. Keep a bottle of aspirin in your home, car, office and toiletry bag. Always have your cell phone with you in case you need to call for help. Hello lybrate-user Fever is a pathology once its clear by allopath medicine does not mean its gone from body. The fever with allopath medicine gose inside the deep tissues and once it gets favourable environment than it will reoccur again in the body. So this has to get cure permnantly. Usually one advice is whenever you feel that fever is coming back. Just do Fast for a day. Do not take food for 1 day. If you feel too much hunger during fast than just have fruits only. For permanat cure you should do our ayurveda medicine course. For that you should ask in private consultation. Its not a major until its new. Else it weaknes our immune system. Do ask anytime for more information. Thanks.
