1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6.Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

There is not any home remedy for this type of staining.You have to go to the dentist bleaching, scaling and polishing done.

Diet is very important in loosing weight. Breakfast= fruits only. Abundant amount. Lunch/dinner= half plate salad, 1 katori sprouts, green vegetables 1 to 2katori, daal 2 katori, only 1 roti in one meal. Stop having: milk, milk products, refined foods, packaged food of any kind like bread namkeen buiscuits maida etc. Light excercise for 1 to 1 and half hour without straining yourself. Do light excercise for two hours daily slowly without straining yourself.

There are a lot of creams and promises in the market, if they would be safe and true you wouldn't be asking me - it would have been blast. It isn't dark skin you should worry about but you should see you carry healthy shiny skin which in my opinion is very attractive. Still if you need to grow lighter visit your nearest dermatologist.

In early period such complaints can found as functioning of these organs have just stated. Give her liq Dashmularishta 3 tsf with same quantity of lukewarm water twice a day 10 days prior to the periods. If possible take Basti (enema) of Sahachar oil once a week and before menses. Try to avoid constipation during and before menses. Take 7 - 8 water-soaked manuka (dried grapes) and 2 tsf of ghee at bedtime. Applications of Sahachar oil over abdomen followed by hot fomentation will give instant relief.

Why You're Not Losing Weight On Your Diet?

Very few people are lucky enough to reap the benefits of a good metabolic system. Being overweight could be a serious problem as it complicates existing health problems and can even result in unusual diseases and disorders. Cribbing about increased body weight, low energy levels and a protruding paunch is too common a phenomenon to be ignored. People try out bizarre ways to deal with an excess of adipose tissues. They, run, jog, cycle and diet. The numerous efforts made in losing weight go down the drain in most cases. The reason behind this is simple; you are not doing things the right way. Exercising in combination with a balanced diet is necessary to keep yourself fit and healthy. However, weight loss is not a silly affair without a rule book. One must keep to a set of norms to reduce weight effectively.

Valuable tips to lose those extra kilos:-

You may lose weight in whichever way you want but doubt remains regarding the consistency of such reduction. Weight loss could be drastic but things might revert to square one as soon as you slacken from a rigorous regimen. Try out tips that suit your subjective case and find yourself in good shape.

  1. Breakfast is the most important meal of a day- Being on an empty stomach for long stretches can result in bloating. In such a situation a person feels lethargic and tends to give up after least physical exertion. If you intend to retain your appetite for dinner by skipping breakfast you are slowly moving towards obesity. Have a heavy breakfast every single day.
  2. Stop being a couch potato- Sitting in front of the television set or computer screen for long hours can make you gain weight. Remind yourself to indulge in these activities in restriction.
  3. Have a high- fiber diet- A high- fiber diet is good for digestive processes. It rids your body of excess gases and acids making you feel light. Such kind of food can be easily broken down to produce energy.
  4. Exercise regularly or at least thrice a week- Exercising is extremely important to keep the extra kilos in check. It also adds strength to your muscles. Exercising can improve a person's mental agility as well.
  5. Have four meals a day- Having small but frequent meals throughout the day is the best possible way to maintain an optimal body weight. Through this practice the body is assured of regular food supply and hence won't store fat.
