Effects of Dehydration on Skin And Hair

The average adult human body is about 60 percent water. Skin alone contains 63 percent water. Water is required for our cells to transport nutrients and minerals throughout our bodies, and also to help eliminate wastes and toxins. When you don’t drink enough water, you become dehydrated. Dehydration prevents your body from eliminating toxins through your skin, which in turn makes your skin more susceptible to skin problems and disorders, such as dry skin, eczema, psoriasis, discoloration, and even premature wrinkling. Assuming these issues were caused by dehydration, they can be improved over time with proper hydration.

There’s no doubt that adequate water intake is also needed for hair cells to transport nutrients and vitamins to the hair root. This process is responsible for keeping hair hydrated from the inside out, which directly affects hair growth and retention. If you’ve been experiencing hair breakage and shedding, or you haven’t seen noticeable hair growth after several months, dehydration may be to blame. Because our bodies rely so heavily on water, vital parts like the brain, heart, kidneys, blood, and lungs receive water first, while the hair gets whatever is left over. If you’re not drinking much water, chances are, that’s little or nothing. Besides encouraging hair growth, proper hydration can also help with dry scalp, itching, and flaking.So always drink lots of water,eat fresh fruits and vegetables like Watermelon,Cantaloupe,Kiwi,Apple,Mint,Pineapple,Orange and Lemons to keep yourself hydrated.Also avoid meat,oily and spicy food in summer.Excess tea,coffee and other caffeinated drinks should be avoided.

For hair fall solution, we have to stop causative factors like improper diet acidity & gas more exposure to sun spicey sour n salty food to much curd day sleep lack of vitamins & other nutrients anger & stress due to previous illness etc. 1st try to avoid these factors use cow ghee & milk in diet avoid sour buttermilk & curd use trichup shampoos & nilibhrungadi oil must do oil massage in head for thick hair avoid direct sun & hair take proper diet we generally start 3 treatment together 1. Medicine for root cause & hair tonic 2. Shirodhara with medicated oil 3. Nashya treatment. We are offering internal ayurveda medicine package. External treatment you should do in nearby ayurveda panchkarm centre.

All your problems are due to indigestion. Start consuming light food material only. Stay away from fast food heavy meals and snacks. Eat healthy food material like fruits. Green vegetables etc. Remember ibs requires time to cure and only ayurvedic herbs can cure it. So consult.

Test thyroid if you don't have than change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, rich proteins, carbohydrates. Take simpal veg food with salad, green vegitabales, etc. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking. Take less food as you fill hungery. It'stakes long time in natural way.

Dear I think you have cervical spine problem and need detailed evaluation and imaging to come to a diagnosis. Meanwhile you can apply ice for 20 minutes every hourly. Do not do any exercise but give rest.

You should eat proper food to get proper weight.Take extra food more and more frequently.Use bigger plate.Take weight gainer nutritional supplement.Add ghee,butter,cheese,cream,jam,jelly with foods more.Take cake pastries,chocolate,ice cream more.Eat more protein foods to increase weight and to build muscle.Add extra healthy oil in cooking.Take nuts,seeds.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Quality sleep.These will be helpful.

1. Drink plenty of water with ors/electral 2. Sip water at frequent interval or sucking ice cubes, 3. Avoid exposure to bright sunlight 4. Stay indoor under fan/ ac 5. Avoid severe physical exertion 6. Take adequate rest 7. Avoid spicy/oily/fried and junk food. Take bland diet 8. Have fruits like green coconut/orange/watermelon/grape etc.

Hello, Take, simple, breakfast: Poha, phulkas, with vegetables, sandwich ,milk, Lunch & dinner: Rice (white/red/ brown) or, phulkas, or, khichadi (white / brown/broken rice) or oatmeals, chapaties,or Ravi balls,(1000-1300 calories) Liquid: 3/4 litters of water/day or from assorted sources e.g.milk, juice,milk shakes, Vit 'C' -gooseberry, guava,oranges, tomatoes to improve immunity & to prevent constipation, Vit'A' Papaya, sweet potatoes, oranges,to maintain skin & and good vision. Vit' B complex -Green leafy vegetable: Palak, methi leaves, drumsticks leaves, to check, constipation. Iron- pomegranate to increase haemoglobin level         •       go for cycling, jogging,skipping, gardening,swimming, either   Under noted Foods  b avoided. Dear patient, as the sunscreens contain sun protecting factor which we call SPF, is really helpful for our skin rejuvenation and protection. Nowadays,there is global warming and other hazardous conditions in the environment which may worsen your skin problems and your body lotion or fairness cream would not be very much helpful. You should use aloe vera gel twice/week by applying on your face and keeping it for next 10-15 minutes and then rinse off, repeat it every time when you come back from outside. And whnever you go out, even if it's a rainy day, the ultra-violet rays of sun are still affecting you, so apply sunscreen before 20-30 minutes of leaving your place, so the skin would absorb it finely, drink plenty of water to naturally hydrate your skin and take citrus fruits like orange, lemon etc, watermelon in this summer, stay healthy.

Hello, Common reasons for dark circle are aging, genetics, nutritional deficiency (of vitamin A, C, K, E), sleep deprivation, worm-infestation, anemia, smoking & drinking, dehydration, sun exposure, allergies, stress/ tension and hormonal changes. Dark circles are linked to anemia, and liver diseases. So, in case of dark circles which are there due to some underlying cause can be get rid rid of once the causative factor is rectified. But the dark circles which are inherited from our genes can't be removed completely, to some extent can make slightly better. Diet and Management: Always take a balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetable, dairy products and all types of fruits to keep your body healthy. It is advisable to have at least 10-12 glasses of water and include fresh fruit daily. It is also advisable to restrict the intake of caffeinated drinks such as tea, coffee, alcohol and other caffeinated drinks as it aggravates dehydration. Take enough of 6-8hrs. Of sleep. Avoid taking stress/ tension. Do daily exercising regularly as it increases oxygen carrying capacity of the cells and tissues. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines – Schwabe's Cina 1M/ one dose at night for 10 days; Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both twice daily for 20 days. Revert me there after.

पोषक तत्वों से युक्त तमाम खाद्य पदार्थों मैं से एक ओट्स भी है. ओट्स में विटामिंस और अन्य पोषक तत्वों के अलावा कई खनिज भी पाए जाते हैं. इसमें पाए जाने वाले खनिज पदार्थों में प्रमुख हैं. आयरन, मैग्नीशियम, जिंक, कैल्शियम, आदि. इसके अलावा ओट्स में फाइबर भरपूर मात्रा में पाया जाता है. कार्बोहाइड्रेट के लिए भी ओट्स का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. यही नहीं इसमें विटामिन बी और विटामिन ई की भी प्रचुरता होती है.

ओट्स के इस्तेमाल से हम कैंसर को भी दूर कर सकते हैं. ओट्स में लिग्ननंस एंटेरोलैक्टोन की तरह ही कई फैटोकेमिकल पाए जाते हैं जो कि कैंसर दूर करने में काफी उपयोगी होते हैं. इनका काम कैंसर से संबंधित हार्मोन की रोकथाम करना होता है.
5. वजन घटाने में
