Hello less weight is sometimes common according to age. Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want. Then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. For medicine I need you more history.

Hey, i'am 20 years old. I have combination skin type and I am dusky and have uneven skin tone. When I was 18 years old I went to kaya to undergo some treatment to get an even skin tone. And the dermatologist there suggested me to undergo chemical peeling. Before this treatment I never use to have acne and leftover black spots but now after 2 years I am still getting lill bit acne and have spots on face. Also, while I was having the treatment my skin was getting better to some extend but after I completed all my 6 sittings if chemical peeling my skin got worse and darker. Please suggest me something should I undergo some peeling again? Will it help me? Home remedies do not really work to be frank. I just want an even lighter skin tone. Please suggest me something.

Do not go for peeling anymore. There is no need if it shows side effects. Try some normal yet effective tips to even your skin tone. Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Hello you can increase your weight by following these things: 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hello, take Gastrobin , 15 drops with water twice daily before meals. Ipecac 30 CH , 2 drops twice daily . Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. Revert me after 7 days. Take care.

By exercising you may increase your muscles, not fat. It depends upon your digestion. If you want to gain weight by natural way, you have to increase your appetite. Regular oil massage on body will also help. Take 2 spoon of warm cow ghee with milk in the morning daily.

Firstly follow periods paricharya avoid heavy food heavy work bathing traveling exercise during periods take proper rest during period times 1/2 strength exercise in morning not in ac gyms is best way for loosing extra fat avoid cold drinks cold food freeze stored food two time heated food avoid day time sleeping and late night eating habits for more details consult privetly.

It would be ideal for you to replace your white polished rice with brown rice that is low in carbohydrates. • Brown rice is rich in fiber content and low in carbohydrates. • It will make you feel fuller for longer time and hence you will eat less all through the day. • It will also help in regulating body metabolism, bowel movement and is loaded with Vitamin B and E and magnesium.

Not able to digest food. Burning sensation is felt inside food pipe and sometimes in stomach as well. Problem of acidity is also there. Most of the times suffer from constipation. Please suggest me treatment and provide me with the reason.

Apply this mixture on the affected areas; allow the mixture to remain on the skin for a few minutes and rinse off with water. 4.Mix two tablespoons of sandalwood powder with a few drops of rose water and apply on the spots and on the entire face. Wash it off, after it dries. 5.Take a pinch of turmeric powder and add some lemon juice to it. Mix both the ingredients well together and dab the mixture on the black spots. Scars and spots will disappear and the results would show on the skin within a week’s time.

Common symptoms of malaria include: shaking chills that can range from moderate to severe. High fever. Profuse sweating. Headache. Nausea. Vomiting. Diarrhea. Anemia. If you plan to travel in remote areas where malaria is present, it is very important to take preventive medicines and to follow the correct schedule for taking them. The majority of people who become infected with malaria did not take preventive malaria medicines or did not follow the correct dosing schedule. If you are going to areas where there is no medical care available, you can get medicine before you leave and carry it with you while you travel. Your doctor will give you instructions on how to use the medicine if you should develop malaria symptoms. This is a temporary measure until you can get medical care. Seek medical care as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours).

I m having migraine nd headache from last 15 days so please prescribe me a good treatment so I can feel good.

Headaches due to migraine is very common these days especially in young adults because of there lifestyle and working environment. Sometimes pain is very severe on one side of the head.  So I would recommend you to avoid stress and anxiety, quiet the mind from distractions. Stay calm positive and do deep breathing exercises, listen some music that would give you some relaxation. If pain is severe then place ice pack over forehead and lie down for some time to relax your mind and give you comfort and stress full life. Massage your head using levander oil or clove oil as it removes toxins from body. You can use mint or clove spray for inhaling in case of headache. If pain is severe you can also apply ginger paste over the painful area. Avoid taking caffeine, alcohol, phenylethylamine (found in chocolate and cheese), tyramine (found in nuts and fermented meats, cheeses, and soy), and aspartame (in many artificially sweetened foods) as sometimes these all exaggerate pain instead use basil leaves tea or ginger tea boiled nicely in water without milk. Regular intake of healthy dietry food rich in proteins and vitamins. Avoid fasting - Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at fixed timings. Make yourself busy by fulfilling your hobby as it will give you freshness and your mind will be diverted from normal life which help in pain reduction. Take min 7 hours of sleep. Make a habit of 20-25 min walking daily along with some meditations. If required then only take pain relieving tablets like naprosyn For more help or instructions please consult. IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consult doctor on time.
