Hello, don't feel shy because you haven't done any mistake, this is a medical condition. Take single dose of nux vomica 1 m, 5 drops. Take acid phos 30 ch, 3 drops once daily in the morning. Take can notharis 30 ch, 3 drops once daily in the. Revert me after 10 days.

This can be allergic cold and you may take Levocet M tab and check up .Lack of sleep is good cause . Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: Going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. If this balance is maintained, then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and fresh throughout the day 2. Maintain a definite dietary regulation: You should also maintain a proper diet plan and observe the consequences/effects of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking on your sleep pattern. Taking a good and properly nutritious diet on a daily basis will help you to stay healthy and help your natural sleep-wake cycle. 3. Ensure that your room has mild or dim lighting or darkness if you prefer: The level of light also matters at the time of your sleep. You should definitely make sure that there is a very minimal level of light or darkness around you when you try to sleep. This should be done because the lesser is the light, the more comfortable you are while sleeping. Additionally, the sleep that you will get in a dark room will also be sound and undistorted as it helps keep all the sensory organs calm. 4). Do some relaxing activities before bedtime: Depending on your choice, you should follow simple techniques of relaxation in order to calm down the brain before sleep. Like mediation, Yoga or- deep breathing exercise, muscle relaxing activity, visualizing a peaceful setting/ scenario like a calm garden or beach or mountain area. These activities are just guidelines and you can do anything that helps you to get a relaxing mood and sleep. 5). Avoid daytime naps if you can , But Having short naps of less than one hour is absolutely okay if you are excessively tired during the day or you did not have a sound sleep the previous night. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. So it is advisable to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy schedule. 6) Regular exercise: Exercising regularly helps to improve the overall quality of sleep by making you tired at night and sending you to bed more efficiently. Light to mild exercises also helps cure sleep disorders like insomnia.

Every winters some parts of face like lips ,nose and eyes get extra dry and skin starts peeling off from that area and also there is little inflammation ,pain and itching. Even my hands get very rough nd dry. What could be the reason. I had wheat allergy also. Please tell me the reason. There is redness and swelling on my left eye. And there is itching on face and now I have small pimples on my face.

I am 26 years old. My hairs are turning into grays since 2010. I tried mahabhrungraj oil for 3 months but it couldn't help. I wants to stop the graying of hairs. So please suggest some remedy. It is possible to turn the grays into black again? If yes then how? Does oil massage for 6 to 8 months make any effect? I heard that Eating black sesame seeds will help to turn greys black again? Is it true? Please help. I never smoke. I am a vegetarian. I don't eat salty or fast food. But from past few years I usually sleeps at late nights. Please help.

Hi there ~ trying the remedies that you suggest might be helpful, however if stress and lack of sleep/sleep cycle difficulties is the cause then book an appointment with me so that I can try to help with medications. I am glad you do not smoke as it can add to early graying and being vegetarian has nothing to do with premature graying. Using over the counter multivitamin multimineral medications may be helpful and I can suggest some as well. I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day! sincerely

It is a habit, like nail biting and there is no medicine for it, you have to build strong will power whenever you want to yawn, divert your mind to something pleasant. Yoga and meditation will help you for sure. Do not become conscious about it. You will get over it.

Strictly speaking, diabetic should avoid alcohol completely. But if you insist on taking it, ensure that your blood sugars and all other parameters are normal. Then, you may take one 30 ml drink of hard liquor (usually containing around 45% alcohol) per day. However, if you are on Insulin, avoid alcohol.

If pregnancy test so positive you go for USG If you sure complete removal of Products of conception it will be negative in 15-20 days.

Is Caffeine Good For The Health?

Caffeine is the most consumed stimulant in the world,
It is consumed in the form of coffee and tea.
At present there is no scientific data for promoting or discouraging coffee and/or tea consumption in the daily diet.
Short term benefits include mental alertness and improved athletic performance.
Short term adverse effects including headache, anxiety, tremors, and insomnia.
Long term adverse affects include generalized anxiety disorder and substance abuse disorders.
Long?term benefits are dose?dependent. Caffeine is associated with a reduced risk of Parkinson disease, Alzheimer disease, alcoholic cirrhosis, and gout. Both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee are also associated with a lower risk of type 2 diabetes.
Heavy coffee intake may trigger coronary and arrhythmic events in susceptible individuals, although coffee intake is not considered a long?term risk factor for myocardial disease.
Most studies show a modest inverse relationship between coffee consumption and all?cause mortality.
Caffeine withdrawal is a well?documented clinical syndrome with headache being the most common symptom.

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea, coffee, cola in late evening and after.. take 8 hours of sleep in night. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.. avoid stress. take healthy diet. do regular exercise.

Hello First you have to leave eating oily, spicy and fried junk foods. Apply orange peel powder and trace amount of backing soda paste and wash it after 20 minutes and then apply alovera gel.

Dear Lybrate User, *Asthma is a disease of the human respiratory system in which the airways narrow, often in response to a trigger such as exposure to an allergen, cold air, excessive exercise or emotional stress. This narrowing causes symptoms such as wheezing, chest tightness, shortness of breath and coughing. *Take 5 gm of ginger, black pepper, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, turmeric and 30 gm of sugar. Grind the mix to a powder. Take half to one teaspoonful and mix it nicely with honey. Take it twice a day. *Prepare a mixture of powdered dried ginger root, black pepper and long pepper in equal amounts and store in an airtight container. Have ½ teaspoonful of this powder mixed with ½ teaspoonful of honey twice a day with lukewarm water.

Hi lybrate-user Are you tired of fad diets? It’s time to change your diet pattern and work towards your goal of losing weight. In between crazy work schedules, meetings and parties, it’s almost impossible to resist a rich chocolate pastry or creamy ice-cream after a meal. The trick is to find healthy alternatives and nutritious snacks instead of fatty and sugar-rich diets. You can definitely make realistic and healthy switches in your daily life. These effective health tips will help in beating all those extra calories. 1) Have a healthy breakfast everyday: Our bodies fast overnight when we sleep and need nourishment as soon as we wake up. If you have a healthy breakfast, you will feel less hungry during the rest of the day. 2) Focus more on eating foods that give nourishment, not calories: Eating healthy and including physical exercise in your schedule will help you achieve your ideal weight. 3) Make sure your refrigerator always has some veggies and fruits: Whenever you feel hungry, it is advisable to snack on fruits and veggies. Hi, Healthy pink lips add extra charm to a person's face. These naturally appealing lips don't need regular application of lips balms or lipsticks to look luscious and healthy. There are other natural solutions to lighten darker lips. Here is a list of natural home remedies that can lighten dark lips. 1. Sugar Scrub Take sugar and use it like a scrub. This will remove the darkness and dead skin from your lips and provide your lips a pink colour. Repeat this daily in order to get rid of black lips. 2. Beet Root Juice Apply 2-3 drops of beetroot juice and massage your lips. Beet root will make your lips pinker, giving them a luscious look. 3. Olive Oil Rub 1 or 2 drops of olive oil on your lips.
