Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

• Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily • . Avoid bending in front. • Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

I am 22 years old. I did some neck exercise which was on the internet and it resulted in leaving dark rings around my neck. This makes me look older. Please help.

Neck exercise is good for neck but it has to be done properly very slowly no jerky movement at all. It better to do this under super vision of physiotherapist. You might have done it bit more. These exercises are done for stiff neck or spondilytis pt. Give some rest to the neck muscle to recoup then learn it from physiotherapist. Then do it. It will be alright.

If pain goes to upward than ledum pal 1m one drop daily in the morning. 2 if pain comes in downward motion than kalmia latifolia 1m one drop daily for 5 days.

Hello you may have plantar fasciitis. Stretching is the best treatment for plantar fasciitis. It may help to try to keep weight off your foot until the initial inflammation goes away. Apply ice to the sore area for 20 minutes three or four times a day to relieve your symptoms. Do following exercises- in one exercise, you lean forward against a wall with one knee straight and heel on the ground. Your other knee is bent. Your heel cord and foot arch stretch as you lean. Hold for 10 seconds, relax and straighten up. Repeat 20 times for each sore heel. It is important to keep the knee fully extended on the side being stretched. Another exercise, you lean forward onto a countertop, spreading your feet apart with one foot in front of the other. Flex your knees and squat down, keeping your heels on the ground as long as possible. Your heel cords and foot arches will stretch as the heels come up in the stretch. Hold for 10 seconds, relax and straighten up. Repeat 20 times. Revert me after 7 days. Thanks.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi single ear is blocked means I suppose you are not able to hear properly from that side and other thing you have is giddiness ,both these symptoms require to be dealt seriously. U might require to do a MRI to rule out acoustic neuroma which is rare but still with given symptoms you have to. Get a proper consultation from an ENT SPECIALIST or neurootologist and get proper help. Regards.

Patient is suffering from Spondyloarthropathy( Ankylosing Spondylitis) . It is an inflammatory disease where various joints and spine is involved causing stiffness and pain. Hi Rumela... In Homoeopathy Medicine are prescribed for the patient and not the disease.. if patient gets healthy then disease also goes... It is difficult to explain... But yes it does work as painkiller... Rheumplex works only in few cases that also not permanent..
