Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne.

7 Best Ways To Control Anger!

Do you get angry easily? Do you fume when something goes against your wish? Does your blood pressure rocket when someone tells you something that you don't like? Anger is a normal emotion of human psychology, but it is equally important to keep your anger under control. Just like any other emotion, anger too varies from person to person, and the circumstances. Uncontrolled anger can lead to mental and physical stress. It also causes stress on relationships and damages your health. Therefore, it is important to practice anger management exercises to control such extremes of emotions.

Here are some of the anger management tips that can help you control your anger:

  1. Think before you speak: We often say something out of anger and then regret it later. This is a common condition that has been faced by almost everyone at some point of time. Do not say things abruptly without thinking. Always take your time and think over what you are about to say.
  2. Express your anger once you are calm: Do not say things at the heat of the moment. Once you calm down, express your views on things that are bothering you. This will help you express better without hurting anyone.
  3. Exercise: Regular exercise is one of the best tools to reduce stress. Light meditative exercises performed on a regular basis such as a morning jog or deep breathing can control your anger to a great extent.
  4. Identify the specific cause: Instead of being grumpy about things that make you angry, try to find out the root cause of the issue and eliminate it, so that you don't have to face it again. Remind yourself that anger won't solve the problem and can only make situations worse.
  5. Hold no grudge: Holding on to the negative feelings can only have a negative impact on your own health. Learn to forgive others. Forgiving not only keeps the relationship healthy, but also keeps you away from stress and negative emotions.
  6. Practice relaxation tactics: When your temper reaches its height, put your relaxation tactics in action. A few tactics like deep breathing or repeating words to yourself like "Take it easy" or "Calm down" can actually calm you down during critical situations.
  7. Take a timeout: Take short breaks during stressful times of your day. This helps to release some of your stress and calm you down. You may also listen to music, take a light snack or do something that you like, to spend some time away from stressful conditions of your daily routine. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Psychologist.

It's probably migraine pain. You can take tab brufen 400 mg tablet twice daily and tab aciloc 150 mg twice daily till you get relieved. Avoid exposure to sun and bright light. Regards

I had braces for 2 and a half years and treatment was completed in 2013. The doctor took the imprints of my mouth and gave something to wear while sleeping. I was told to wear it for 6 months followed by a check up every 6 months. But the doctor didn't call me once after 2013. Neither does he picks up my call and I still wear those at night. What should I do? Should I discontinue wearing it or not? I'm afraid if I leave, the position would change a bit.

अंडे देखने में सफ़ेद और अंदर से पिला होते हैं. अंडा एक ऐसा खाद्य पदार्थ है जिसे लेकर लोगों में मतभेद रहता है. कुछ लोग इसे शाकाहारी मानते हैं लेकिन कुछ लोगों का कहना है कि ये मांसाहारी है. बहरहाल ये विवाद अपनी जगह है लेकिन इसे खाने पर होने वाले फायदों से इनकार नहीं किया जा सकता है. क्योंकि इसे खाने से आपके शरीर को जरूरी विटामिन व मिनरल्स मिलते हैं. अंडा को आ एक व्यंजन के रूप में बनाएं तो इसके कई लाजवाब और बेहतरीन डिश बनते हैं. जिसे खाकर आप इसे और खाना चाहेंगे. अंडे का आमलेट एक बेहद लोकप्रिय व्यंजन है. आमलेट हर शहर-बाजार में आसानी से उपलब्ध होता है. अंडा प्रोटीन और कैल्शियम का भण्डार है. इसकी उपरी सफ़ेद परत कैल्शियम और अन्दुरुनी पीले रंग का हिस्सा प्रोटीन का स्त्रोत है. इसके अलावा भी इसमें तमाम आवश्यक अवयव मौजूद होते हैं. अंडे खाने के फायदे के बारे में आपको विस्तार पूर्वक बताने जा रहे हैं.
1. प्रोटीन के स्रोत के रूप में
अंडे को प्रोटीन का स्रोत भी माना जाता है. क्योंकि इसमें प्रोटीन भरपूर मात्रा में मौजूद होता है. प्रोटीन हमारे शरीर में ऊतकों के निर्माण पर देखभाल के लिए आवश्यक होता है. यह अमीनो एसिड के निर्माण के लिए भी जरूरी है. इसलिए अंडे को प्रोटीन का खजाना भी कहा जाता है.
2. हड्डियों की मजबूती के लिए
अंडे में मौजूद कैल्शियम की भरपूर मात्रा हमारे शरीर में हड्डियों दातों और नाखूनों की मजबूती एवं स्वास्थ्य के लिए आवश्यक होता है. यदि आप नियमित रूप से अंडे का सेवन करें तो यह हड्डियों को मजबूत बनाता है. हड्डियाँ और दांतों की मजबूती के लिए आप अंडे का सेवन करना शुरु कर सकते हैं.
3. प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाने में
यदि आप नियमित रुप से अंडों का सेवन करें तो यह हमारे शरीर को स्वस्थ रखने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है. अंडे में मौजूद विटामिन डी हमारे शरीर की प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को बढ़ाता है. जिससे आप छोटे मोटे बीमारियों से दूर रहते हैं. इसलिए अनावश्यक परेशानियों से बचने के लिए इसका नियमित रूप से सेवन करना शुरु कर दें.
4. दिमाग की मजबूती के लिए
यदि आप अंडे का सेवन करते हैं तो इसमें मौजूद कॉलिन हमारे दिमाग के लिए बहुत ही आवश्यक होता है. दरअसल यह पोषक तत्व हमारे दिमाग की तीव्रता और विकास के लिए बहुत आवश्यक है. यह याद्दाश्त की कमी और पैदा होने वाले बच्चे की बुद्धि के विकास के लिए भी जरूरी है.
5. आयरन की कमी दूर करने में
अंडे में मौजूद पोषक तत्व हमारे शरीर में आयरन की कमी को दूर करते हैं इसलिए अंडे का सेवन नियमित रूप से करने पर आपको सर दर्द चिड़चिड़ापन बदन दर्द और खून की कमी जैसी शिकायतें नहीं होती हैं गर्भवती महिलाओं के लिए यह विशेष सबसे फायदेमंद है.
6. वजन कम करने के लिए
वजन कम करने के लिए जो लोग अपना वजन घटाना चाहते हैं कि संडे को भी गायक में शामिल कर सकते हैं क्योंकि अंडे कैसे बात करने से आपकी भजन में कमी आती है. लेकिन इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि आप को अंडे का सफेद वाला हिस्सा एक आना है.
