Get your life organized. Make a routine- exercise daily for 30 minutes. Eat fresh fruits, vegetables occasionally fried food. Go out with friends, surround yourself with positive people. Spend time with family. Discover your interested, make some goals and chase them. Never take life too seriously.

A man with a single testis is very capable of producing a child as is a lady with one ovary however the chances come down to 50% I would advice you to consult a competent certified specialist sexologist who can advice you and treat you too. If you want you can consult me online too via Lybrate. All the best and do not give up hope and do not get over stressed as this will impair the ability of producing healthy sperms and eggs. Continue to have sex regularly at least 3-4 times a week as that would increase your chance of conception. Please consult a specialist even if it's online and seek profound medical advice. Thank you.

Hi please try to check if you have the following problems exam tension or personal tension lack of good food lack of physical activity any abusive or bad relationship you are in then try to concentrate on your problem and correct it otherwise follow the below things to get a good sleep go for a walk or jog in the evening take a good bath with luke warm water before you go to sleep do some yoga or meditation at least 15 to 30 min per day eat healthy food at timely intervals if you have stress try to listen to some favourite music, learn something like dance or karate or foreign languages. Speak to your best friends, go out for a movie or a hangout, help others, read good books etc if you can sleep properly you won't get headache. Thank you.

Best Exercises For Knee Pain dear you can do it, Except where stated, do 10 to 12 repetitions of each of the following, 2 or 3 times a week. Partial Squats E pain. Stand about 12 inches away from the front of a chair with your feet about hip-width apart and your toes forward. Bending at the hips, slowly lower yourself halfway down to the chair. KeSide-Lying Leg Lifts Wearing ankle weights above the knee, lie on your left side, legs straight and together, with your left arm supporting your head. Keeping your right foot flexed and your body straight, slowly lift your right leg to about shoulder height, then slowly lower. Repeat with your left legep your abs tight, aSUsing an aerobic step bench or a staircase, step up onto the step with your right foot. Tap your left foot on the top of the step, and then lower. As you step up, your knee should be directly over your ankle. Repeat with your left foot. Tep-Upsnd check that your knees stay behind your toes. Inner-Thigh Leg Lifts Wearing ankle weights above the knee, lie on your left side, slightly back on your butt. Bend your right leg and place it behind your left leg with your right foot flat on the floor and your left leg straight. Support your head with your left arm. Repeat with your right leg Straight-Leg Raises Sit with your back against a wall, left leg straight and right leg bent with your foot flat on the floor. Depends on how many days your bleeding continues after Abortion, if it has stayed for two weeks then periods are delayed accordingly by ten to 12 days.

You can injure your shoulder by performing manual labor, playing sports, or even by repetitive movement. Certain diseases can bring about pain that travels to the shoulder. These include diseases of the cervical spine of the neck, as well as liver, heart, or gallbladder disease. In many cases, you can treat shoulder pain at home. However, physical therapy, medications, or surgery may also be necessary. Some minor shoulder pain can be treated at home. Icing the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes three or four times a day for several days can help reduce pain. Use an ice bag or wrap ice in a towel because putting ice directly on your skin can cause frostbite and burn the skin.
