Hello, follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food(If No drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 5. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. 6. steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days go for CBC test and consult physician for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

Please get cleaned your teeth of scaling and polishing procedure by a dentist and use chlorhexidine containing mouth wash according to advice of doctor.

I am thin so I use to workout in gym. But still nothing is happening. I also have a problem of acidity due to which I have to go to the washroom 2 3 times in a day and a minute ulcer. Can I take protein powder or mass gainers available in the market?

No to mass gainer. Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only. No smoking, no alcohol if any. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy/usg done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

I had very slight knee pain and my knee used to lock when fully bent. I consulted and orthopedic and he suggested MRI scan of right knee. In the MRI, it was detected that there is minimal effusion in right knee and there is degenerative signal (grade 2) in posterior limb of medial meniscus. The doctor suggested to go for surgery if it aches more or worsen which I do not want to. Is there any alternative to surgery and if surgery is at all required in my case.

There are only two options left for you 1. Start doing knee strengthening exercises which can offload the meniscus a little bit and help it to heal by itself. 2. Go for surgery and then again do knee exercises, as only surgery won't help.

Hello,take homoeopathic medicine Phosphorus 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update with the feedback. Dear lybrate user. I can understand but not completely. You are just 20 and at your age you should be day dreaming. There is nothing wrong in day dreaming because dreaming always is creative. Hi, Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: Consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! Eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin D. Vitamin D promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. Join a gym, join a sports team, if nothing else, walk around. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -Sleeping is the time when your body grows, Get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -Avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. -Always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (You can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) I have a constipation problem. I take too much time while going for toilet. Even then my stomach doesn't get cleared. It still keeps blabbering and I have a regular feeling that I have to go to washroom. I sit for an hour in the bathroom but it still doesn't clear everything. My diet is also normal not hanky panky. Constipation drink plenty of water everyday and consume lot of raw vegeables like radish cucumber, carrot, onions. Etc daily along with your food and eat one ripe big banana at bed time and drink a glass of warm milk with a spoon of gheewhic helps to relieve constipation. Health and your skin is very important, and unfortunately many are of you behave like doctor, and many things you are using have no scientific approach so may cause side effect, so avoid using drug by just asking here, kindly consult in more detail with me I will definetly resolve your problme, so take care.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200, Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

Hi,Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. Dear, To control & maintan BP normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. Start any exercise such as jogging from 5 to 10 minutes, increase the time slowly day by day. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

Lose extra pounds and watch your waistline. Blood pressure often increases as weight increases. Exercise regularly eat a healthy diet. Include salad in every meal reduce sodium in your diet. I. E cut down on salt, pickle, packed foods etc limit the amount of alcohol if you drink drink plenty of fluids for detail diet plan contact through private ext.

Cook a handful of rice in a half a lit of water in an open pan. When rice is ready don’t throw the residue water drink reason this water when it remains that much hot that you can consume. Drink it on adding 1 tsp of sugar. This relieves your leucorrhoea that within a week. This is one of the most common home remedies for leucorrhoea. Take pranacharya leucorest syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. And pranacharya leucona capsule 1-1 twice a day.

Hello lybrate user, - try to look at the cause always for your problem - use thin and soft pillows while sleeping - change the posture of using mobile or pc - do some neck exercise to relax joints and muscles - apply mahanarayana taila daily twice and keep hot water bag for 15 min for 10 days follow these strictly you will be better.
