My cousion is suffering from loose motion for one week and he is only 8months old. Some says loose motion is due to coming of teeth can I get better explanation.

This is a myth that teething causes loose motion. Loose motion in this age is usually due to viral infection or introduction of new food items. Giving plenty of fluid is the main aim of management to prevent dehydration. Antibiotics are usually not needed as it is mostly due to viral infection. If stool is mixed with blood or mucus it is suggestive of bacterial infection and antibiotic will be needed in that condition. Giving zinc and probiotic helps in early recovery. Watch for general activity and urinary frequency and if there is any abnormality consult your physician.

8 Simple Tips For Safe And Happy Diwali ..................

Eat healthy::
Diwali is a time when people gorge on sweets and put on weight which in turn affects their health. To make this Diwali a healthy one, replace the ghee-laden deserts and sweets with a healthier alternative like fruits and low calorie sweets. You can also have some dry fruits like almonds, raisins or dates for desert, eat home-made sweets like kheer, shrikhand, etc. It is also important to snack wisely during this time as most people end up overeating. So, eat wisely and remember, just because it is a festival, there is no need to ditch your diet.

Stay hydrated:
With delicious foods all around, its obvious that we are tempted. But keeping ourselves hydrated is one of the best and effective tip to prevent after-festival health problems. A simple way to achieve this is to frequently sip water and be hydrated. In addition to cleansing waste materials from the body, staying hydrated also helps satiate your hunger pangs.

Stay away from artificial sweets:
It is advised to stay away from artificial sweeteners that contain aspartame as they are reported to cause brain tumour or cancer. In addition to this, using chemical preservatives in sweets also puts you at a higher risk of kidney or liver damage, asthma and cancer. So this Diwali, opt for sweets that are made from sugar or other healthy alternatives like jaggery and live a healthy life.

Take care of your health:
People suffering from diabetes need to be extra cautious during Diwali as they are surrounded with plenty of sweets. Apart from restricting their consumption of sweets, these people are advised to keep a check on sugar and starch intake. You can check simple tsh blood test for thyroid. Do some knee exercises. Avoid prolong standing and sitting. For short time you can take any anti inflammatory and analgesic. Otherwise you can consult me.

I have bad breath problem. I have observed that soon after drinking milk the problem of bad breath starts. This happens even after brushing teeth and cleaning tongue. I got the regular check up and scaling done at more than 1 Dentist. Dentists don't have a clue why I have this bad breath problem.

Bad breath has many causes, most common cause is any respiratory infection with post nasal sinusitis, second most common cause is due to Gastrointestinal issues( stomach issues),3rd one are teeth and there are many more. It looks like your bad breath is not related to your dentition. Most likely cause( with the kind of history you have written ) seems to be acidity or any other stomach problem.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn spinal and knee exercises. 3. Don't sit on floor. 4. Don't lift heavy things. 5. Wear knee cap if pain in knee Joint. 6. Use lumber spine belt if pain in lumber spine. 7. Wear sports shoes. 8. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 9. Do Hot fermentation twice a day. 10. Hello. For healthy life diet should be healthy. Follow these steps:- 1. Eat healthy diet like all green leafy veges, fresh fruits. Include green salad in your diet. It is good for digestion. 2. Drink plenty of water (10-12 glass daily). Water keeps body hydrated. Avoid cold water. 3. Nuts are also good for healthy body. Its rich in fiber and natural fat. 4. If you non veg then eat it less in your diet. It increase weight. 5. Avoid stress and anger. 6. Avoid junk food and fried food. Its rich in calories and fat. It disturb digestion and increase weight. 7. Avoid sweets and carbonated drinks. Prefer fruit juice. Avoid more sweet containing fruits also. 8. Drink green tea 2-3 cups daily. Its good for healthy body. 9. Go for regular walk. Walk after dinner is also good. You can also join gym. Start running, jogging, cycling, aerobics, skipping. First thing you should do is to get rid off anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in many. You can try any of the following methods. You can do squeeze and stop technique. You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated. You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation. You can put on a condom or condom with anesthetic which will decrease the excessive stimulation on penis and there by prevent premature ejaculation. Hope this may help you. Hello, tell me answers of following questions 1. Is cough associated with throat pain ? 2. Is sputum is also coming ? 3.Do you have sneezing/nasal blockade/running nose And Follow advises given below 1.Take proper rest 2.lot of fluids and proper home made diet. 3.warm Saline gargles twice a day for 2-3 days. I have moles on my face same as my on my mother face I am taking homeopathic medicine. Tell me some homemade remedies.

1. Garlic-----garlic is one of the most effective home remedies for moles because it contains enzymes that help break down the clusters of pigment-producing cells. Plus, it helps lighten the dark pigmentation. 1. Crush a fresh garlic glove and place it on the mole. 2. Secure it with a bandage and leave it on overnight, or at least for four hours. 3. Do this daily for a few days. The mole will then fall off naturally. This method is said to give positive results with merely five days of daily application. Make sure to disinfect the area with rubbing alcohol or another disinfectant before repeating the process daily. Plus, to protect the skin surrounding the mole, apply some petroleum jelly or oil. Warning: applying garlic on skin can cause redness and irritation. So if redness and irritation persists for a longer time then next day use 2nd method-------------------------- 2. Apple cider vinegar-----apple cider vinegar is a very popular home remedy for mole removal. Due to its acid content, it helps scab the mole and makes it fall off over time.--------------------------------------- 1. Dip a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and place it on the affected area. Secure it with a bandage or medical tape and leave it on overnight. Do this daily for about 10 days or until the mole falls off.----------------------------------------------- 2. Alternatively, you can rub warm water on the mole or lightly scrape the surface with an emery board and then apply cider vinegar on it until it turns white. Leave it on until it dries naturally. Do this several times a day.---------------------------------------------------- apple cider vinegar is likely to make the mole worse in the initial few days, but it will get better in a week. If it leaves a scar, apply coconut oil.------------------------- note: to protect the skin around mole, apply petroleum jelly on the surrounding area before applying apple cider vinegar.------------------------------

You seems to be suffering from a upper respiratory tract infection localised at nose known as Allergic Rhinitis. for its cure you can switch over to homoeopathy. in addition to that avoid cold and sour stuff for sometime. Do exercise/jogging/cycling etc to boost immunity. add fruits and dryfruits like almonds and walnut to diet. avoid drastic change of temperatures like from AC room to sun etc.
