Hi, according to your height your weight is too low. Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Begin your day with a bowl of overnight soaked soyabean also. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

My periods are not regular. There is always a gap of 2-3 months. I checked for thyroid but its normal. What should I do?

My periods are not regular. There is always a gap of 2-3 months. I checked for thyroid but its normal. What should I do?
It depends on the underlying cause of the irregular periods - if you are a teen irregular cycles are normal, but if you are an adult with irregular periods talk to your doctor about investigating the cause and different treatment options. You can also help regulate your hormones yourself by staying healthy, using herbal treatments like chaste tree or evening primrose oil, or use lunaception to regulate ovulation. Hormonal birth control like the pill does not regulate periods - it does completely the opposite as the pill works by suppressing the menstrual cycles so you no longer ovulate and thus you no longer menstruate - the bleeding women get while on the pill is withdrawal bleeding caused by the drop in synthetic hormones when going from active to inactive pills. Once you come off the pill your periods can be irregular for up to a year, and as the original cause of the irregular periods was not dealt with this problem may return again so leaving you with irregular periods for even longer. Consult a homeopath and get treated he will restore your periods and also you will not have any sideeffects either.

I am diabetic frm last 6months and im also very obese I hav joined gym im taking my diabetes medicines i. E glycomet gp1 2 times in morning b4 breakfast n before dinner im having healthy diet but after gyming I feel very very exhausted very tired my legs starts paining n I feel like sleeping.

Stop glycomet gp and start galvusmet 1000 twice a day after meals, continue gym and do diet. Avoid sugar, fried food, juices and junk food.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

When we do gymming testosterone hormone levels are raised in blood. Increased testosterone has been linked to decreased IQ levels, however there is no scientific evidence for the same. Logically speaking light exercise will increase blood flow to brain. So it is advised to do light exercises, yoga, pranaya etc for better IQ.

My mother has been diagnosed with stones in both kidneys. She was advised to undergo laser surgery which in my country is not available. I would like to bring her to Mumbai for management. Sir kidney stones can be removed by ayurvedic medicines. Please tell the size of stones. Mean while stop taking green leafy vegetables and tomatoes. Start taking 2_4 litres of pure water daily. Please inform for more.

I am female 26 age weight 89 kg. Married from 2 years. Usually my period are regular and cycle of 31 days but few from few month it disturbed. I got period on 22 jan and I was expecting my period on 22 feb but its not come and I look 3 urine test and 1 beta test for pregnancy and unfortunatly all was negative. After 22 jan, my period came on 22 march. Again in this month my period should be on 22 april but again till now no period. I wondering whats happening with me.

Im 22 male. I had a recent visit to malaysia and singapore for 20 days, after few days of return I began to have cough which was severe for 3 days and it reduced in the following days I have a very very minimal pain when I swallow saliva (only when I note it) I do not have any problem in eating or drinking water. Take simple sualin herbal tabs green tea pinch of turmeric and one tulsi basil leaf. At night take almonds 2 in turmeric milk one cup for good sleep.

I am 24 years old, I eat properly, I work everyday, I walk as required and take rest as required, but still my body gets weak and makes me lazy. What to do?

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. Do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Just do not focus on only weight gain. Try to be healthy or disease free. Do not take any weight gaining market priducts. Eat fresh food. Take morning walk daily. Do some normal exercises daily. It will b incresed do not worry.

Angiography can be done at any age... But the problem is at the age 98 they usually have become very weak and the arteries have become lax so it is usually not advisable... If he has chest pain then you may consult for homoeopathic treatment... Try giving him Cactus G 30 TDs for just one day...
