You maybe suffering from allergic rhinitis and pharyngitis. You need to avoid the cause of your allergies and also take anti allergy medications. Please consult for prescription. If you have an infection and have fever you will need to do a course of antibiotics. For now do warm saline gargle and steam inhalation 3 times a day.

I am 68 yrs old and diabetic for the last 22 yrs. Had a fracture, calcanium left, in 2003 ; ok now even though wound is 99% closed still has a little pain while walking or doing yoga. Now started with a pain on my right shoulder. Sugar level is 148/168 (on medicine) pls advice how to get rid f this shoulder pain and pain at the fractured joint. And also for diabetes thanks,

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You calcaneum pain could be due to degenerative changes in ankle or the subtalar joints, and also your shoulder pain could be due to degenerative changes setting in the joint and affected soft tissues. Latest x rays of ankle and affected shoulder can help us in understanding what grade of degeneration is there but if there is only localised pain with no other s/s of inflammation or infection, no swelling etc, the best way to go ahead is with - intensive physical therapy - short course of anti inflammatory medications which suits your body - adequate calcium and vitamin d supplementation as per requirement we will monitor your progress in 2 weeks time how you are doing with conservative treatment and can then take your case ahead. Dear Doctor, Thanks for your support and opportunity. After ate my breakfast, meal and dinner my stomach will get tight like filling the air in the balloon. I am unable to do any work and also feel very tidy. I have to suffer min 1 hour then only I will get some relaxation. 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs interval instead of 3-4 large ones 2. eat slowly chewing food very well 3. avoid having water with or just after meal 4. Take 15 mins light walk post main meals 5. Avoid lying down within an hr of a main meal 6. Have saunf water daily for 1 week 7. Chew ajwain post main meals 8. increase physical activity level by taking stairs instead of lift, walking instead of hiring/using a transport, brisk walking daily in morning/practicing yoga daily for 1/2 hr 9. have 3 litres water daily, whole fruits, salads 10. avoid junk/ fried/ processed/ready to eat/ adulterated/ sugary foods & drinks, alcohol

The average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. The aroused female vagina only extends between 3 to 4 inches, and even here, the most sensitive parts are towards the outside. Girth is a little more important, but most important is how you use it. So please focus on the person you are with and make sure your partner enjoys the experience - there is really nothing more important than that in sex. Anyone who tells you that size is important doesn't really know what he is talking about. The only way to increase penis size or girth (thickness) is through surgery, but this is painful and risky. None of the medicines marketed to increase penis size work and they are a waste of money. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake: Increase your protein intake e.g. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

I am 30 yr old bachelor, I hv serious problem in getting slip. I took pills on consultation with doctors but it still doesn't work. I have been drinking alcohol from last 10 yrs and from last 5 yrs drinking daily a significant amount of alcohol. Plz suggest me remedy for. The sleep problem is a result of your addiction to alcohol.The liver shows fatty degeneration changes,at this time if you don't control your habit of taking alcohol,it may lead to liver failure. Consult a psychologist.

Think positively what ever you think ask yourself why your are thinking do some yoga and pranayum like padmashan or kapal bhatee go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. Have lots of water. What ever you think must have a purpose or meaning or a goal.

Control it by some changes in diet and life style. She should take a morning walk daily. Avoid highly refined carbohydrate like white bread and pasta etc and focus on high fiber complex carbohydrate also known as slow release carbohydrate like brown rice, sweet potato, yam, whole wheat bread, oats peas, green leafy vegetable, fat free low sugar yogurt etc.
