Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Hi I will prescribe some harmless but effective flower remedy available in homoeopathy shops. Try to buy original medicines. Mix 3 drops of scleranthus + 3 drops of cherryplum + 3 drops of white chestnut + 3 drops of gentian + 2 drops of pine. Mix these with 100 ml water and drink it every morning and night.(same dose)

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Always eat seasonal fruits. This way you can avoid the pesticides or hormonaly treated fruits. Try to go for organic fruits. Keep aware of the source of fruits from your vendor. Just avoiding all foods will not help. Try to eat local and seasonal foods.

We know that diabetes can harm your eyes, nerves, kidneys, heart and other important systems in your body. But did you know it can also cause dental and gum problems in your mouth?

The link between diabetes and oral problems is real, though lesser known. Diabetics are at a higher risk for periodontal or gum disease which is an infection of the gum and bone that hold your teeth in place.

Untreated periodontal disease can lead to pain on chewing and even tooth loss, if it’s left untreated. Gum disease can also more severe and take longer to heal if you are a diabetic.

Research also shows that alternatively, periodontal disease may also make it hard for you to control your blood glucose.

If your diabetes is not under control, you are more likely to develop problems in your mouth like-

  1. Dry mouth, a condition that happens when you do not have enough saliva—the fluid that keeps your mouth wet. It is a common symptom of undetected diabetes and can also cause mouth soreness, ulcers, infections, and tooth decay.
  2. Another problem diabetes can cause is a fungal infection called thrush or candidiasis because diabetes usually causes the glucose levels in your saliva to increase. And this encourages the fungus causing thrush to grow in your mouth, leading to painful white patches.
  3. When diabetes is not controlled, high glucose levels in your saliva also help harmful bacteria grow in your mouth. These bacteria combine with food particles to form a soft, sticky film called plaque which causes tooth decay. Plaque also comes from eating sugary and starchy foods.
  4. And some types of plaque cause tooth decay or cavities and other types of plaque cause gum disease and bad breath.
  5. Diabetics have a higher incidence of Gingivitis which causes unhealthy, red, inflamed gums. You need regular flossing as well as cleaning at the dentists to prevent it.

What can you do?

  1. You must keep your blood glucose under control to prevent mouth problems. Diabetics with poor blood glucose control get gum disease more often and more severely than diabetics whose blood sugar is under control.
  2. If you have diabetes, you should brush and floss every day and follow this up with regular dental check-ups.
  3. Call your dentist when you notice a problem in your mouth. Keep observing and checking your mouth regularly for any problems. Don’t ignore minor stuff like gum bleeding during brushing and flossing. And also notice dryness, soreness, white patches, or a bad taste in the mouth. All of these are big enough reasons to visit your dentist.
  4. Tell your dentist if your dentures suddenly don’t fit right or if your gums are sore.

Also, take care to quit smoking. Smoking makes gum disease worse and causes dry mouth which aggravates oral problems.

Needless to add, good blood glucose control is your best defence against the oral complications of diabetes like gum disease. If you wish to discuss any specific problem, you can consult a dentist.

Hi, Yes, you can use. But if the baby passes out stools, then change the diaper immediately or else, the baby may suffer from diaper rash or urinary infection.

I am a little bit skinny, I eat a lot nearly 8-10 chapati in a meal, but it doesn't make any changes in my body width and health. I do not feel weakness, I am strong but not look strong.

Do not worry lybrate-user, although you are apprx 8-10 kg underweight but if you feel strong enough internally and eat normally, then I do not think you can do anything extraordinary to look strong------------sometimes we get our physique from our parents and it runs in generations------you have good height and I will just suggest you to take a homoeopathic medicine to deworm your body ---------- homoeopathic medicine----------- d-worm (adven) drink 1 spoon twice daily for 5 days-------------repeat this 5 days course every 3 months for 1 year and see the changes in your physique-----------------
