8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing. lunch should be around 1 pm, dinner at 9 pm., break fast at 8 am.

Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water, wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. Note: do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase.

It could have been viral infection, because of the rhinitis the internal nose (nostril) must have been developed some lesion and that might have been bleeds, but this is nothing to worry, if the symptoms of bleeding continues then it need to be seen clinically and it can never be taken as granted, else no need to worry.

Exercise is not enough you should take care of your height also. With proper diet you can easily increase your weigh & waist size. For increasing weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy dense food frequently in small portion 1 start eating high energy high protein food. YOu have to practise mind control by meditaion and yoga , reading good books and listening to music .Practice these simple exercises and suggestions to keep your thoughts on the positive side. Only use positive words when talking. If you’re constantly telling yourself “I can’t” you may convince yourself that’s the truth. Replace these negative words with positive ones instead. Tell yourself you will do your best or that you will try your hardest instead. Push out all feelings that aren’t positive. Don’t let negative thoughts and feelings overwhelm you when you’re feeling down. Even if it’s only for a few hours a day, push your negativity aside and only focus on the good things in your life. Use words that evoke strength and success. Try filling your thoughts with words that make you feel strong, happy and in control of your life. Make a concentrated effort to focus on these words rather than those that make you feel like you are failing or incompetent. Practice positive affirmation. One of the most popular positive thinking exercises is positive affirmation. This means you repeat a positive phrase to yourself on a regular basis like “I deserve to be happy” or “I am worthy of love”. Believing that these things are true, and reminding yourself of it can help give you a more positive outlook on life. Direct your thoughts. This technique, used by psychotherapists, can help you to control your thoughts when you start to feel down or anxious. Create a happy thought, a positive image, or give yourself positive feedback to keep bad feelings in check. Believe you will succeed. There is nothing like believing in yourself to create a successful reality. Give yourself the benefit of the doubt and believe that you will succeed at fulfilling your goals. Analyze what went wrong. Instead, give yourself some time to think about the things that led up to your current situation so you can avoid future mistakes and look toward a more positive tomorrow. Give yourself credit. Allow yourself to feel confident about the things you have accomplished, even if you’ve messed up in other areas. Forgive yourself. Maybe losing your job is just the chance you need to start your own business or go back to school. Come up with ideas of how to turn negative thoughts into positive ones. If you find yourself thinking you should have done this or that differently, try changing your thoughts around. Instead give yourself credit for what you did do, remember that you are not perfect or that you can do better next time. Work on visualization. Picturing what you want to accomplish or the person you’d like to be can be a great motivator to getting you there and helping you feel more positive about the distance you have to go yet. Think of ways to turn visualization into action. The next natural step of this is to think of just how you’re going to get to where you see yourself. Just picturing it isn’t going to make it happen, so create a plan to take it one step at a time until you’ve made it. Practice self-hypnosis. Self-hypnosis brings about a highly conscious state of mind that is willing to follow instructions. This means you’ll be more open to positive suggestions that will allow you to be happier and hopefully healthier in your life. List the reasons you will get what you want. If you are having trouble believing that you’ll get that big promotion or that your book will get published try sitting down and coming up with a list of reasons that you will get what you want rather than focusing on the reasons you might not.

Hi yes it can be corrected with proper care and exercises also the disc bulge can be reduced by strengthening the muscles around the cervical region. If not taken care it might aggravate and then lead to severe issues so kindly be regular on the physiotherapy exercises.

Last year I needed silver deu to cavity.
If the tooth is filled with silver and having swelling at root base than the filling is to be removed and rct will be done for exposed tooth. If the infection is in gum in that case deep cleaning and dressing of pocket may be sufficient this can be ascertained after taking an x ray and than further treatment can be planned.

1. Beer works as an excellent hair tonic. The proteins (hops and malt) in beer help repair damaged hair cuticles and provide nourishment to hair follicles. This in turn adds shine and luster to your hair. 1. Wash your hair with shampoo and then apply flat beer from the root to the ends. 2. Massage the beer thoroughly into your scalp using circular motions. 3. Allow it to sit for about five minutes and then rinse it off. 4. Follow this remedy once every two weeks. 2. Coconut oil:-to get shiny hair, it is important to provide nourishment by applying oil to your hair regularly. Coconut oil (organic and unrefined) is one of the best options. It helps restore moisture to dry and damaged hair, in turn making it shiny and healthy. Apply warm coconut oil on your hair, from the root to the ends. Massage for a few minutes and then wrap your hair in a shower cap or towel for at least 30 minutes. Rinse your hair with water, then shampoo and condition like normal. Another option is to add a few curry leaves to two tablespoons of coconut oil. Heat it until warm. When cool, massage the oil gently onto the scalp and hair. Cover with a warm towel for 30 minutes and then wash with a mild shampoo. Follow either of these remedies once or twice a week, depending on your hair condition. You can also use olive oil, castor oil, or almond oil and follow the same process or 30 minutes and then wash with a mild shampoo.

Hello, Disproportion of fat is very common, as you follow right dirt and exercise you will notice fat reduction. Blend of aerobics/cardiovascular with strength training will help. Any crash dieting without a professional dietitian could be detrimental. Moderation is the key. Ensure you are having something every 2 hours. Avoid oily and heavy meals. Multi Grains, milk and milk products, fresh fruits and vegetables, water will work wonders. A proper diet plan with the calculation from a qualified dietitian will help you.

You should have 65 kg.Do exercise like push ups,sit ups,swimming,skipping etc.Eat small amount foods.But do not skip meals.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.No sugar,cola beverages.Take watery vegetables,whole fruits.Use healthy fats.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water specially before meals.These are basic things but for more quick result you need professional guidelines.You can consult me privately on lybrate.

Hi, Regarding precautions, be careful while eating outside food. Do not consume uncooked or raw food like vegetable salads, chatnis, buttermilk, lassi, raita, cut fruits, etc. Drink only boiled and cooled water or mineral water. One can even secure himself by taking typhoid vaccine which protects your body for 2 years.

To stop or control hair loss, increase your intake of green leafy vegetables, salad, fruits and sprouts. Include yeast, wheatgerm, soybean, whole grains and nuts in your meals. Massage the scalp gently with coconut or almond oil daily for 10 to 15 minutes.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.
