I am 20 years old I'm having back pain from last 1 month how can I get rid of this please suggest some good method.
. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Since there is no mention about actual blood glucose levels like fasting, after food & HbA1c% and current treatment with dosage, it is difficult to comment. However, follwing are few suggestions: 1) Get her blood glucose under strict control with fasting < 100 mg, after food between 160 to 180 mg, HbA1c% <7. Her BP should be properly controlled (120 to 130 /70 to 80 mm Hg. If there is any injury to the leg or foot it should be properly treated by the local doctor or a nurse. Thanks.

I am suffering from backache from oct/2016. Consulted with an orthopedic super specialist and suggested the following tests: X-ray, urine culture, ESR, CRP (Q), URIC acid, ASO (Q). Out of which uric acid- 7.01 and ASO (Q) is 476.31. Kindly suggest me what to do? What may be the impact of these ratings. Doctor suggested me some antibiotics, tab for heart, calcium yabs etc. please advise me.

Weakness could be the common reason. Moreover hair fall may be caused by allergy, nourishment gaps, hair care gaps, hereditary. Back pain could also be due to vertebral problem, vata vitiation. Eat max green leaves, salads, proteins. Take vatnashak and keshya medicines.

10 months! you r too late, it would have healed by now, knee & power assessment 1) range of motion exercises 2) static quadriceps exercises 3) hamstrings exercises first this then to next level.

3 years back I had met with an accident then I lost my 2 tooth after consulting dentist they replaced artificial tooth since then there is no problem. Since 10 days the gum beside the artificial tooth is swelled and causing pain when I followed amoxicillin 250 mg and gargling with hot salt water the pain is reducing and the inflammation also reduced. Can you suggest the problem and prevention.

Is it a removable artificial tooth? if yes then stop wearing it and report to your dentist. In case its fixed teeth then you can not remove the teeth yourself, go to your dentist and ask him to check. And please do not self medicate.

Your age, what lifestyle and history should be known before I comment. However in general take hot water bath and put lot of warm water over calf muscles and back of thigh. Gentle application of rumalya liniment after bath should be done and let it absorb. Similarly for knees. If still you feel pain after few weeks, take ayurveda medicine from any ayurveda doctor. Please Do not make habit of allopathic pain killers. Yoga postures will help you a lot. I mean it.
