My age is 25 years but my body muscles are not fully developed get me some tips for strong and healthy body.
The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. The fat that you are carrying around was accumulated in years. So how can you expect to lose it in mere days. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: monday/thursday: chest + triceps tuesday/friday: back + biceps wednesday/saturday: legs + shoulders don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc.. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference? Apply freshly squeezed lemon juice to your lips and massage them gently. Follow this ritual every night before bed. Sugar scrub: Sugar works as an excellent scrub to exfoliate lips and also helps get rid of unwanted dead skin. Take three spoons of sugar and mix it with two spoons of butter to make a thick paste fairy skin and soft Apple is a miracle fruit for the skin.The alpha hydroxy acids or AHA’s present in apples improves skin color and elasticity of the skin.Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste.Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face and neck.Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water and massage an ice cube.The skin looks baby soft, smooth with a rosy white glow.Follow this for a week to get fair skin naturally.

Birthmarks - Know The Different Types!

Colored marks which are present on the skin since birth or develop soon after birth are called birthmarks. They can be of many sizes, colors and shapes. Some of them are present on the surface, while a few of them are raised over the skin surface. Here are some common types of birthmarks:

  1. Salmon patches: These birthmarks are most commonly found. They are flat and thin, and are mostly present on the back of the neck, the upper lips, eyelids and in some cases, between the eyebrows. They are usually pale pink or reddish in colour and fade within a year. However, those which are on the nape of the neck might stay and become permanent marks.
  2. Congenital moles: Congenital moles appear at birth. They are usually brown in colour and can be of different sizes. While some moles appear as a single mark, others can appear clustered in groups. The moles which become larger, however, need close observation because there remains a possibility of them becoming cancerous later on in life.
  3. Cafe-au-lait spots: They are smoother than other types of patches. They are present from birth and may develop more during childhood. Usually, these spots are not found in the neck or shoulders, but rather at the legs or torso. It is generally not a health scare. However, if these spots appear in clusters and occur in the armpits accompanied with freckles, they might be suggestive of neurofibromatosis later in life.
  4. Mongolian Spots: They are usually present in babies who are born with darker skins. Mongolian spots usually fade by the time the baby has reached school-going age.
  5. Venous Malformations: These are very rare birthmarks which are formed because of the abnormalities in the veins. These are usually bigger than other birthmarks and need to be treated by a process which is known as "embolization". This involves treating the malformation with a solution, thus putting a clog in the blood vessels and shrinking the mark.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap. Prepare a neem leaves mustard oil and apply on your skin. Avoid hot food & spicy food

Take pranacharya kasantak syrup 2-2 tsf in hot water twice a day...Take sitopaladi..praval and tankan bhasm churna with honey 3-4 times a day...take ginger black pepper and basil leaves tea.. ..gargle with hot water(salted) avoid milk...cold drinks....take hot water steam.......

I am 18 years old Boy. I am not too much overweight but I am 86 kg right now And My Face looks normal but When I laugh It looks Too Much Ugly And My Body Shape looks too much Fat, Now I Passed my IT Diploma and Now I'll go to Engineering But After 8th Standard my Wright is Increasing day by Day Thank God Increase rate is too slow but After 8th I Gradually Stooped Playing outside, till 10th I used to Play Outside games Like Cricket, Running, Football, Kabaddi, Swimming, Even Gymnastics but Now It is Impossible to Do any of it I really want to go to Ground but Always I loose and Sweating is another Huge Problem When I go outside. My Face Becomes too much wet I Don't have any Breathing Problem or I Don't get Sweating by Running or Exercise but nowadays I can't go outside of AC or Fan for even a Single minute I want to be Strong Once again I used to Look Good and Healthy but Now I really Look Ugly and Weak I want to change it I want to make me Great again like I was I joined gym for 1 month but that was no use I did everything Yoga, Swimming and all But I can't even do that Once Even 2 kg Dumbbells make My Hand Pain I don't want this I want to be Strong Once again please And I got Hair loss Problem too yes I agree O ate lot of Bad food From. Street from Junk Food Pani Puri, Vada Paav, to Dominoes and Not a single work I feel that I lost everything And There is no way to be like before once again I even Hate My smile nowadays Because my eyes Looks So Small and Face too much big How I suppose to Be Great Once again? I really want to be like before as soon as possible what I suppose to do for make me Great again?

Come back to nature. Go for early morning walk in any good garden take deep brith do some arobic excersices. Change food habites. Avoidfast, spacy, junck food, over eating. Take simpal veg foods with salad, take fiber food as much as you can. Due to ac life you are so far away from nature. Nature is best source of healthy life.

Dear user, You might not be feeling pain in your joint but its problem related to tmj. Here are some things which you have to follow First chew on both sides of jaw Avoid hard foods frequently for some days better take soft food Try hot n cold fermentation N do not open your mouth too wide.

1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result.
