When I running in morning my right side was so much pain. What I do please help me?

MD Paediatrics, MBBS

This might be related to some muscle catch/cramp. Withhold running for few days and let your body rest. Can apply some pain relieving ointment like volini and massage.

If baby of 1 month is doing pooh continuously 4 to 5 times a day ?what does Mom should eat so that baby gets protein?
Hi! One month old baby passing stool 4 to 5 times is normal. When baby is breast fed it automatically gets required amount of protein. However if you eat healthy & avoid junk food you can improve the quality of your breast milk. Your diet should contain milk, dairy products, soy, pulses, fish, chicken, egg, nuts & lots of fresh vegetables and fruits.

Do teach children on'safe' touch'unsafe' touch
Safe touch is experienced by the child as warm and supportive
Unsafe touch is what hurt the child or what seems to disregard the child's feelings
Confusing touch is what makes the child feel uncomfortable. The child experiences conflicting feelings about the touch.

MD - Paediatrics, MBBS
Pediatrician, Faridabad
Parents must be truthful to their children and must fulfill any promise made to them. For example you may take your child to the doctor for vaccination, tell him that he would be vaccinated and it is very important to prevent the disease .one injection will prevent many injections.

Split is called regurgitation, which occurs due to swallowing of air by baby during feeding. It is normal.

Normally jaundice is not seen after 14 days. Each baby doesn't require photo therapy. Jaundice is corrected on its own by the body's physiological processes. You can expose the baby to early morning sunlight.
