During menses many females experience pain in abdomen / back for first 2-3days. Slowly this pain will go. Lower back pain during your period, or primary dysmenorrhea, is caused by contractions in the uterus. Every month your body builds up a thick uterine lining (called endometrium) in preparation for a fertilized egg. When estrogen and progesterone levels drop and cue your body to break down and detach the lining, and it does that by contracting. If your uterus contracts too strongly, it can press on nearby blood vessels, cutting off the supply of oxygen to the nearby muscles, which is the reason pain occurs in the abdomen and radiates to the lower back and even to the thighs. Have warm fluids during your menses and take mag phos 6x 4 tabs 4 hourly for abdonimal and back pain.

It is critical to get an accurate diagnosis, so go and see a sports physician, an orthopaedic surgeon or a qualified sports physiotherapist who has experience working with cricketers. A full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed. More importantly, they will likely investigate your lower back using a combination of oblique lumbar x-rays, a bone scan, ct scan, or more likely a mri, which will show more accurately any areas of bone activity. The goal of the investigations is to primarily determine whether there is an active fracture present and whether the body is trying to heal itself. Can try some home relief techniques until you go to a specialist: -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time best wishes.

Hi I am 34 male my coronary angiography report. Clinical resume. Recent amwi; thrombolysed with stk here on 9.1.2017. 2d echo showed distal ivs & apex hypokinesia .mild lv systolic dysfunction. Lvef45% Procedure. 6f sheath and jl 3.5 and jr 3.5 catheter. Approach rt femoral artery. Findings Lmca. Normal artery Lad. Lad is type III and recanalised artery. Mid lad has 40-50% thrombus containing lesion distal lad has subtotal thrombotic occlusion Lcx. Non dominant and normal artery .om branches are normal Rca. Dominant and normal artery pda and plv are normal Renal. Right renal .normal artery. Left renal normal artery Conclusion. thrombotic disease in lad Advice. Aggressive medical management and life style modification as per separate No stents was placed only tablets r given to me. I want to know is treatment given to me ok. Now I am taking storvas trio 20 at night n met xl 25 in morning.

As per your mentioned report, you had an heart attack which seems to have been managed well due to timely thrombolysis and as per this report only minimal blockage is present in this report. Based on this report the medical advice that has been given to you is fine. But we cannot comment with 100% surety without looking at the angiography CD, because sometimes the study is either not interpreted or done correctly, but assuming that this is the report your present treatment is ok.

We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. You are still young and can wait. If there is a deficiency that is restricting your growth, go for regular checkup for b12, iron, iodine copper. Apply cow's fresh butter on the areas. If nothing works, it might be hereditary. Later you can go for hair transplant. Do not take the problem so seriously, it's okay and many people face this problem, it is very common.

If there is no fever and breathlessness, you may give her anti allergic tab, Saline Nasal drops to instill in both nostrils 3-4 times in a day and warm water to drink. I hope it may work.

Hair fall is common now a days. Due to stress and eating habits. And some illness, like anemia, thyroid and hereditary problems. Take following homoeo medicine. Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use Tea Tree face wash 2 times a day. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 1.Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. They keep skin healthy and boost body’s immunity to deal with several issues and not just acne. Include it in your daily regime.

*. Take protective measures when you have to expose to abnormal weather
*. Change from heat to cold and cold to heat should be gradual and not sudden. For example, when you come home after exposing to very hot weather, don't gulp ice cool fridge water immediately. Drinking normal water is better.
*. Avoid sources of infection-mosquito bites, moving with infected people
* maintain personal hygiene and keep your surroundings clean.
*. Drinking lots of water is good. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits.
*. Take nutritious and timely food.
