Long sitting hours can fatigue the back muscles. You need to strengthen your back muscles so they are able to take the load of your spine. Take breaks while sitting. Get up and do some back stretches. Walk around your work area. Learn back exercises from a physiotherapist and do them. Also you can do hot fomentation which would decrease the pain.

Vitamin e is useless. There are many reasons for hair fall or thinning of hair on scalp. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin. Moreover, you should never self treat with anything. Hello , leucoderma is socially embarrassing illness. It is slow growing, it definitely got very good treatment in homoeopathy. For now start with medicine ars sulph flavum 30 3 times for 3 days then wait for a month. It helps most of the cases. But considering the long duration of illness it is best if you start treatment by consulting proper homoeopath. Thank you.

Top 22 Diet & Fitness Tips Top 22 Diet & Fitness Tips Don’t ever overdo with any exercise and do as far as the body permits. Individual predisposition, natural abilities and genes should always be taken into account while implementing an exercise program. A slim person would normally have high metabolism than a not so slim person and can achieve better results working out only 3-4 times a week, 5- 6 times for the latter. We lose water via sweating, urinating and breathing, etc. Thus we lose more water during hot weather, even if you aren’t sweating. Don’t let your body get dehydrated, supply yourself with water and required fluids whenever the body demands. Do not ever skip breakfast as not eating well at the starting of the day can result in being hungry later on. Choose your food well. Snacking by sitting in front of the TV is the easiest way to hamper your diet. Thus, watch out what you eat. Burn up a particular amount of calorie to maintain the balance of your health. Settle for several mini meals than one huge meal during the day, as you tend to over eat while you are very hungry. Getting enough sleep may make you feel rested and full and keep you away from unnecessary snacking. Get to know portion sizes. Try to right-size your diet by using a kitchen scale or measuring cups to measure your meals for a week or two. Use smaller plates and glasses to downsize your portion and get satisfied with whatever is available in the plate. Switch your food habits if you understand it’s not quite healthy and nutritious for your body. Opt for salads tossed with pepper and lemon to add flavors to it. Try skipping alcohols and nicotine. As alcohols contain empty calories it gets converted into direct body fat. Celebrate but not with food. If success comes your way then celebration is mandatory. Do celebrate but treat yourself with assets or shopping and not with an enormous pizza or a chocolate sundae. Fill your house with healthy snack Exercise regularly and maintain the consistency. How Homeopathy Helps Treat Insomnia?

Insomnia is a mental condition, which is characterized by a difficulty in falling asleep, even when you have the chance to do so. The causes of insomnia include stress, emotional or physical discomfort; environmental factors like noise, light or extreme temperature that interferes with sleep; and depression or anxiety.

The visible symptoms of insomnia are inability to fall asleep no matter what, irritability, depression, lack of concentration and enthusiasm, and distressed stomach and intestine. Complications associated with insomnia can cause psychiatric problems, obesity, increased risk of long-term diseases or conditions like high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes.

Insomnia can be classified in the following ways -

  1. Secondary insomnia: It stands for sleep problems that may be caused by health conditions, medications, pain or any other causes.
  2. Acute insomnia: It is also known as short-term insomnia and usually lasts for a night or a few weeks.
  3. Primary insomnia: It refers to sleep problems which aren't directly related with any health condition.
  4. Chronic insomnia: Insomnia is described as long-term or chronic if you suffer from it for about 3 nights a week for 1 month or longer.

Hello, Although the rate at which your beard grows depends on your individual testosterone level and genetics. There are some simple steps you can incorporate into your daily routine to help along the growing process. JOJOBA OIL: Stimulate your facial hair by massaging with jojoba oil. Nutrients in jojoba oil penetrate into the hair and stimulate facial hair growth. Apart from hair, this liquid wax will moisturize your face. CASTOR OIL: You can massage your beard with Sunny isle’s extra dark Jamaican black castor oil (or normal castor oil) at nighttime and leave it overnight. Black Jamaican castor oil has a scientifically valid theoretical method of boosting beard growth, by stimulating the production of prostaglandin E2 in hair follicles. SESAME OIL: Apply sesame oil once in a week to your face to grow thicker beard. Leave it overnight and rinse your beard off with lukewarm water in the morning. You can also eat 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds once a day for its additional benefits. ARGAN OIL: Argan oil is another beard oil that is most commonly used as a hair moisturizer to soften and hydrate hair shafts. Moreover, it is proven to make beard hair silkier, softer and shinier. This is why many cosmetic companies add argan and jojoba oils to beard oils for fast beard growth. EXFOLIATE YOUR SKIN: To grow a fuller beard you should exfoliate your skin once a week, using a scrub or an exfoliant. This will help to remove all the dead skin cells and will stimulate new hair growth. KEEP YOUR SKIN CLEAN: On other days, wash your face with tea tree facewash to get rid of all the oil and dirt accumulated on the skin making it. Moisturize with Aloe Vera moisturizer (it also promotes healthy hair growth). FOLLOW A HEALTHY DIETARY ROUTINE: Eat more foods that are rich in proteins like beans, eggs, chicken and fish. Also eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables (especially green ones) in plentiful amounts. Drink at least 5 litres of water in a day. BIOTIN: Take a biotin supplement daily. Also add a high quality multivitamin, flaxseed oil, fish oil, and Ashwagandha powder to your diet.

For prevention of hair fall follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles) daily and tab. Boitin only under the supervision of nearest physician. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.
