The type of treatment you have for toothache /sensitivity/swelling will depend on the cause of the pain, so your dentist will examine your mouth and may carry out an X-ray to try to identify the problem. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling is caused by tooth decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling is caused by a loose or broken filling, the filling will be taken out, any decay will be removed and a new filling put in place. •If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling can't be treated using these methods, or if your tooth is impacted (wedged between another tooth and your jaw), it may need to be removed.

Hello- If a man suffers from stenocardia and take pills containing nitrates or nitric oxide donors Viagra disagrees with them as it intensifies the hypotensive effect. As a result, blood pressure will drop down to critical points. Viagra may cause different allergic reactions such as skin eruption, itching, facial edema, and shortness of breath. Viagra should be used carefully in case of anatomic deformation of penis. If a man suffers from diseases accompanied by angiostaxis, from active gastroduodenal ulcer, dysrhythmia he should refrain from taking Generic Viagra. High or low blood pressure (more than 170/100 mm/Hg or less than 90/50 mm/Hg) is also a reason to refrain from using this particular medical drug.

It is not fatal. But reduce excessive exercises. It affects the heart because exercising adds more load to heart. You should keep continuing exercises, but not as rigorous as you say.

Acne is the most common teenage problem. Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. Homoeopathy cures acne conditions like blackheads, whiteheads, skin rashes and oily skin very effectively. Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch, (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2. Take berberis aquafolium q 10 drops with water twice a day. For the acne-- 1. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 2. Eat healthy and balanced diet including whole grain meals, green leafy vegetables and fruits. 3. Avoid oily and junk food. 4. Avoid oily and spicy food home remedy for acne-- crush coriander leaves and take out its juice, then mix it with a pinch of turmeric powder, now apply on acne at night.

1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg, then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans, soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories.-------------------------- 2. Eat custard apple (saripa, sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie.----------------------- 3. Healthy fats: avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in india give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola).------------------ 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds.---------------------- 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories.--------------------------- potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates.------------------ 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories.------------------------- 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty.---------------- 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements.---------------- 9. Non vegetarian foods-------------- some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below:-------- 1. Red meat lean ground beef, lean steaks-------------- 2. Pork, ham, lamb------------- 3. Fish: eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day.-------------- 4. Shrimps: the nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories.----------------------- 5. Turkey------------ 6. Chicken breast chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving.----------------------- 7. Whole eggs: eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins a, d and e.------------------- ________________________________________ weight gain diet----------------- it is not a good idea of increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet.---------------------- breakfast:---------------------- banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not take milk mixed with ghee. It is not healthy.-------------------- lunch-----------------: roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc ------------------dinner---------------------------- similar to lunch in-between meals:----------------------- fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad------------------- avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc. Avoid fast foods.

Firstly there's no lifelong cure for the common cold. Antibiotics are only effective against infections of throat and are of no use against cold viruses. Over-the-counter (otc) cold preparations won't cure a common cold or make it go away any sooner, and most have side effects. A saltwater gargle 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2tsp turmeric dissolved in a glass of warm water can temporarily relieve a sore or scratchy throat. To help relieve nasal congestion, try saline (pure salt water) nasal drops. If you have a throat infection, or a viral cold then I will prescribe appropriate meds based on your detailed assessment. You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
