Hair fall is related with bodily changes. In indian ladies normally menopause sets in at the age of 40 to 50 yr. This causes lot of hormonal changes in the body and it reflects on the hair also. There are various other reasons for getting hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress. Thyroid problem, acute illness like malaria, typhoid are few other causative reasons. It is important to eat healthy. Food rich in minerals, protein and iron helps in building foundation of hair. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. This will help in conditioning the scalp.

1. Take bland diet, avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper breakfast, dont skip or postpone your meal, take home made food, avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, dont rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, dont skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having, 6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days.

According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice we are offering ayurveda course for obesity.

Hello! weight gain is a very slow process. One should concentrate on healthy muscle gain not fat. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items. So my suggestion will be take a dietitian's advice for your diet plan. And check thyroid profile.

Vertigo is giddiness means feeling of rotation of body with respect to surroundings. Causes are many but imp. Ent causes include bppv benign paroxysmal positional vertigo/meniere's disease.
