Hi. Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, allergies, sinus infections and nasal congestions, lower eyelid laxity, fluid retention, hormonal imbalances, hyperpigmentation, aging, sun-exposure, insufficient sleep, worm-infestation, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. on computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! Management: Eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. The area under your eyes has very sensitive skin, so never use chemical bleach. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other exercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). Use sunglasses regularly when you are in the sun and not to forget to apply a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen liberally, 20-30 minutes before stepping out in the sun and apply the same again after 3-4 hours if you have exposure to sunlight for long hours. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night for 10 days. Schwabe's Alfalafa Tonic/ 1 tsp thrice a day daily for 20 days and revert me back about the condition. Hi, contrary to general belief, masturbation is almost certainly ok for your sex life. The fact is that most males masturbate. Masturbation isn't only about sex, it's a routine way of relieving stress, clearing your head before work, or going to sleep. But off course too much of anything can be bad. It leads to anxiety and loss of control over body mechanics. Though it may be ok thrice in a week, too much of it affects the senses and sensibility of an individual. Suggestions for you to reduce frequency of masturbation: 1. Read good books, newspaper 2. Spend time with family members 3. Daily walk 30 minutes 4. Avoid porn 5. Hi, Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: Consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! Eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. (You can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) It is a good way to experience sexual pleasure and can be done throughout life. Masturbation is only considered a problem when it inhibits sexual activity with a partner, is done in public, or causes significant distress to the person. It may cause distress if it is done compulsively and/or interferes with daily life and activities. In general, the medical community considers masturbation to be a natural and harmless expression of sexuality for both men and women. It does not cause any physical injury or harm to the body, and can be performed in moderation throughout a person's lifetime as a part of normal sexual behaviour. Some cultures and religions oppose the use of masturbation or even label it as sinful. This can lead to guilt or shame about the behaviour. Some experts suggest that masturbation can actually improve sexual health and relationships. By exploring your own body through masturbation, you can determine what is erotically pleasing to you and can share this with your partner. Some partners use mutual masturbation to discover techniques for a more satisfying sexual relationship and to add to their mutual intimacy. Sex boosts your body’s ability to make protective antibodies against bacteria, viruses, and other germs that cause common illnesses. If it is hereditary then it could be or if you have any health problem then it happens.Otherwise change your food habit.Eat more food more frequently.Do not skip meals.Take nuts,seeds whenever you like.Take dense fruits,vegetables.Extra protein foods will help you to gain weight.Add ghee,butter etc with foods.Add more healthy oil in cooking than before.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Do muscle building exercise to gain weight.These are common but for more details consult me privately on Lybrate.

Dear DIET 1.Reduce intake of junk foods, oily foods, gravy in curries (veg & nov veg), consume more proteins, dry fruits, fresh fruits, & vegetables. 2.“PROTIEN RICH DIET” Veg: Dhal, soya beans, mushrooms, sprouts etc Non Veg: Egg whites, Fish, Chicken (non fried items) Dry fruits – (Almonds 5-6 (badam), Dates (3-4), Walnuts (1-2), Raisins (kishmish)) majority of dry fruits are good for health & hair especially. Fresh Fruits - Green grapes with seeds (please crush seeds along with grapes while consuming) and Skin of Green Apple. Vegetables - Green Leafy Vegetables.

Was it black colored then it's melena ie from upper gastrointestinal tract. And if it is red colored then it is from lower git. Ie Piles or from colon. Do the following investigation ie stool examination from a good pathological laboratory. And let me know.

Body temperature is natural and depends on your basal metabolic rate. I would advise you to do daily pranayam and exercises to keep your body temperature stable. Eat cool things throughout the day. Include jal jeera, watermelon, green tea in daily diet.

Headache can be due to many causes. You have not mentioned details of your headache pattern or treatment you have undertaken till now. These details are required to reach a diagnosis and treatment plan. Common causes being 1. Simple tension headache 2. Headache due to refractive error (visual problems) 3.Sinusitis ( sinus infections), 4. Migraine. Get your vision checked first. If you have sinusitis and headache you will have cough, nasal discharge or fever. Consult an ENT specialist in such cases. In simple tension headaches there is tight band like constriction at forehead. It will be relieved by simple analgesics and rest. Migraine headache is characterised by nausea, vomiting, intolerance to light and sound, throbbing headache. For migraine you need to take preventive medicines and make lifestyle changes. For further queries consult again with deatils of your headache. In persistant cases you will have to undergo MRI scan of brain.

It is just a matter of habit you make it the way you want it you will have to work for it deliberately to regulate your timings it is certainly not a disease at the most consult a physician in person and get your general checkup done to rule out any weakness or disease.
