I am 59 years old, I had a month back an internal and external hameriod (piles) operation after that I am finding difficulty in passing urine. Now I am been advised to take urinix-d tablet. From yesterday I am finding frequent urine passing. Whats shall I do. Whether I have to take urnix-d tablet or I have to stop it?

If your piles produce only mild discomfort, I may suggest over-the-counter creams, ointments, suppositories or pads based on your medical history. These products contain ingredients, that can relieve pain and itching, at least temporarily. Don't use an over-the-counter cream or other product for more than a week unless directed by doctor. These products can cause side effects, such as skin rash, inflammation and skin thinning. For further queries consult me privately.

Hi, runners knee :speed your recovery :-Rest your knee ,Ice your knee to ease pain and swelling, Wrap your knee, Elevate your leg on a pillow when you're sitting or lying down, Do stretching and strengthening exercises, especially for your quadriceps muscles. Get knee MRI done and review with reports to rule out any ligament tear.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

I understand your concern because, this kind of extra weight (and fatty liver) is breeding ground for many diseases (blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, certain kind of cancers, arthritis etc), which can affect the quality of your life ahead. This is a lifestyle related issue and it can be surely treated with intensive lifestyle modification program. Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness but it may not reduce weight much. Calorie counting is useless. If you want to count, count nutritional value of food in terms of protein, fiber, good fat etc. I am sure you did not gain this much weight suddenly but over a period of time. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works (moves your weight in right direction) then continue. If you have tried this in past or if it does not work, then approach us for weightloss package of 6 months by lifestyle modification - combination of individualized nutritional plan, stress management, exercise prescription for your current fitness level and sleep improvement, (if required). 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. My best wishes.

Most probably you r suffering from acute viral infection. 1. Drink plenty of water preferably ors 2. Take pcm 500mg 2-3 times a day. It is a self limiting illness, wait for 2 days before starting antibiotics.

I am 30 years women, I'm not able to focus my mind always disturbed mind. Forget things in a jiffy .thinking to do something I will walk from one room to another I will forget. But find difficult to recollect it not even by a day. Not able to sleep peaceful, always my subconscious mind is awake thing in day n night. I feel myself like a wandering devil by mind. I was very good in studies in my school days but I'm very unsuccessful person since my college days till now. I need a sound sleep in time. Focus to study, for better late than never to settle in life. What can be done.

Hi Sree! You have to tell your exact studies and about your family relationships. Are you staying alone or in family. U or every one need to redefine success. It should not be measured in terms of ranking salary status etc. Thinking about all above things will prevent you from remaining happy. Ever try to remain happy. Set reachable targets and also remain sympathetic, helpful to others to make them happy. We are so lucky in compare to disables, disaster victims etc. Try to get inspired from them . Be self motivated. Develop some hobby. Eat vitamin B12 rich, healthy food. Drink plenty of liquids. Keep in touch.
