Hie lybrate-user. Remember the moral of "The hare and tortoise" story? It says slow but steady wins the race. Moving on in a relationship which was important for you, let be an year or two or any number, requires time. You have to change your habits and pull on new ones so that the old ones doesn't come in your way. Next, ignore the person to the extent possible! Take it as a lesson, and decide for yourself that you will not let people who left you enter your life again, then let how strong your feelings are! Read books, read positive thoughts, answer to people, become self centred, pamper yourself, love yourself! Moving on will not happen in a day, it will take time and gradually will happen with a lots of ups and downs! But a truth is this too, that some part of you will always linger to the memories, which will remind you of those memories you created. But with time, it will not matter you so much as it matters you in the initial phase! And now that you have decided to move on totally, make sure you delete all his social profiles from your accounts and also don't try to stalk! You wish to cry, cry it out! Sometimes crying makes you feel better. You may have a soft corner for him, but don't forget the pain he gave you! Put yourself and your feelings as a priority and weigh him the last in your list! Make sure that he doesn't enter your life again. Don't give him any second chance! Learn that the person who can leave you once, can leave you again, without hesitating! And lastly, certain things and people have to leave our life, so that better things and people can enter it! Today it will be hard to accept the change, but this change could be the best thing that has happened to you! You may realize it later. Stay happy. Be positive. Breaking up with someone is hard. You have shared your feelings, your thoughts and you were together for almost 5 years so moving on is difficult but not impossible. Keeping feelings to only yourself is the worst. When I am telling you to share feelings it is not that you share why you broke up but tell someone how you feel about this. And be honest to yourself. There is another phase which is anger. You will start hating that guy, start complaining why this happened to you. Let it pass. Then you will start stalking .Yes, you will eager to find out what is happening in his life .You will also try to make him or call him. Block him on WhatsApp and delete his number from your phone. Whenever you think about him or you have urge to find out what is going on in his just say this out loud. That is his life and I don't give a shit about him. Then, engage yourself in doing what you love to do. Believe me, I have been through this. When you will be engaged and completely busy in something you love to do you will not miss him at all. I have read somewhere" There are two solution of any problem: time and hope" Give it time, and never lose trust on ourself. You will be fine.

Hello I'm asking for some help regarding cancer issues. How can we. Recognise cancer issues. My mom got breast cancer and now she getting so many problem. So how can she will be all right from breast cancer.

MBBS, DNB (Obstetrics and Gynecology), MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology
Gynaecologist, Delhi
breast cancer if diagnosed early is generally given radio/ chemotherapy to shrink the tumour followed by surgery to remove the breast and axillary lymph nodes. It has good survival chances if treated early. Regular self breast examination to look for a lump, pain, nipple discharge/ abnormality, skin puckering helps in quick diagnosis which should be followed by timely sonography or mammogram to detect the cancer in time.

Tachycardia may be due to levolin nebulization. Get adult vaccination for pneumoccocal pneumonia invassive and flu, join a pulmonary rehabilitation programme, consering bronchictasis avoid contisone nebulization as it will increase chances of infection and use ultra short laba and lama combination in place of foracort.

Some causes of normal nipple discharge include: • Pregnancy. In the early stages of pregnancy, some women notice clear breast discharge coming from their nipples. In the later stages of pregnancy, this discharge may take on a watery, milky appearance. • Stopping breastfeeding. Even after you have stopped nursing your baby, you may notice that a milk-like breast discharge persists for a while. • Stimulation. Nipples may secrete fluid when they are stimulated or squeezed. Normal nipple discharge may also occur when your nipples are repeatedly chafed by your bra or during vigorous physical exercise, such as jogging. Normal nipple discharge more commonly occurs in both nipples and is often released when the nipples are compressed or squeezed. Some women who are concerned about breast secretions may actually cause it to worsen. They do this by repeatedly squeezing their nipples to check for nipple discharge. In these instances, leaving the nipples alone for a while may help the condition to improve.
