Hello. Sometimes menses get delayed due to increased stress and physical activity, nutritional deficiency or some underlying medical condition. So, don't worry, but of course if you are having active sexual life, get pregnancy test done always!

Hello Doctor, I had sex with my husband last night, after an hour I washed my private parts and today morning took bath, I did not wash my private part with soap but may slight chances of soap water may touch. Now I feel strichy, watery and with white fluid with unpleasant smell. I am really upset because of this. Please help me. If its not normal tell me the home remedy as soon as possible. Actually am trying for baby. Before 2 days heavy stomach pain with hard stool.

Hi Lybrate user, this type of sticky discharge could be due ovulation also. Since you had intercourse yesterday semen might be trickling don't worry wear cotton undergarments. Change it twice a day. Observe it for 2 days if the smell is consistant then visit gynaecologist.

For the girl- take her to gynecologist and assure her that nothing to worry, it will subside with time. Now she needs drugs after diagnosing the cause. For you- maintain hygiene, continue wash. Avoid ordinary soaps in vaginal area. If still persists, get check up by doctor and get cured.

Yes it can ssurely effect in future.Start doing some back exercises along with a diet rich in calcium esp.2 glass milk daily.Stop climbing stairs and lifting weights for few days and while riding on scooter be careful of bumps.You will be alright.

Dark circles around eyes and tiredness is due to the following conditions 1. Stress, 2. Insufficient nutrition 3. Insufficient sleep destress yourself: perform meditation, chill out, take early morning walks even if you are on a diet see to that you are getting adequate vitamins and minerals, also proper hydration is very vital, hence have adequate amounts of water have a good nights sleep. For your age atleast 6-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep is a must.
