Go for brisk walk 45 minutes daily. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include low calorie, normal protein, vitamin, and mineral, resticated carbohydrates, resticated fats, and liberal fluid, high fibre diet are given. Take salad before meals. Don't take rice at night. Take sprouts and fruits. Drink more water in a day. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.

Past 3-4 years my hair strands have become thinner and now I am having excessive hairfall. I did undergo treatment for almost a year from Dr. Batras but it did not help. Can you suggest a way out?

Since how long you have taken treatment in Batra. for how many years you have taken medication. did they advice you to check your thyroid levels and serum ferritin. Generally hair cycle will be minimum 3 yrs to 7 yrs. if hair falls and volume reduces month by month then you need get evaluated with your diet, hormone etc. medication will be given based on above evaluation only. Normally you should see improvement at least minimum of 1 yrs itself.

The hair cycle normally consists of growing, resting and falling hairs and there is a delicate balance between these stages of hair cycle. Normally hair should re-grow but if it is not happening, you should consider seeing a dermatologist.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, fast, junck, spacy foods. Take simpal veg food home made with green vegitabales, salad. Take 1/2glass beat juice daily morning after breakfast. Take clearo syrup 2 spoon after lunch end 2 spoon after dinner for a month than report to me. Apply deramacid cream on each pimpal in night. Do arobic excersices, yoga, pranayam.

Hye, Thanks for your query. First of all no food will work in isolation in weight/fat loss. It's a balanced diet that is important to fat loss. Remedies like honey lime water don't help weight loss. They help flush out your system and act as a detox which definitely will help better digestion and metabolism. This will aid in your efforts to lose weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called singular remedies will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, have your honey lime water but accompany it with good diet, exercise and sleep to see result.

Use Bakson Sunny Herbal Lip balm . Home Remedy:- 1. take a pinch of haldi powder and one tsp of lemon juice in a bowl, mix it well and apply on to ur lips and wash it after 10 minutes. 2. crush fresh rose petals, mix it with little amount of glycerine and milk cream, now apply on to your lips.use this thrice a day.

No need to get fat if your bmi is correct. However there are safe herbal medicines which bring you in ideal weight bracket. For selection of herbals and diet plan, pl send little medical history and reports if any.

Hello, for white hair you should take lycopodium 200 , 5 drops once in 15 days, morning empty stomach. Apply A-1 Black Hair Oil on your hair thrice in a week. Wash the hair with A1 Black Shampoo. Take wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , once a day , daily.

Hi. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area.

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) apply paste of milk and fine powder of AJOVA SEEDS on face with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 1 tsf of FENNEL SEEDS along with 1 tsf of jiggery after meals…C) take 30 ml of TULSI and GINGER juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of water, early in the morning, on empty stomach. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.
