I have very much of hair fall without any reasons, howcanI cure from this hair loss.
Hairfall the reason for hairfall and hair thinning can be lack of balanced diet full of minerals, proteins. Stress. Inadequate sleep. Harmonal factors. Excess use of harsh shampooes. Etc. Check all the above factors and bring changes in your lifestyle accordingly. As a treatment, take jeevamruta leha 1 tspn with a glass of milk in the morning on an empty stomach. It's the best medicine. For hairfall. Apply juice of onion onto the scalp and let it stay for 30 mins and rinse off. Can use a mild shampoo. Do this twice a week. This will stop hairfall and help in regrowth. Apply castor oil as a routine oil. Apply mahabringaraj tail regularly apply hair masks: 1. Egg white mixed with rosemary oil and lime juice. Keep it for 30 mins and rinse off with shampoo. Take balanced diet protein rich food avoid spicy stuff drink adequate water.

Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

These are the causes of white hair: • Stress • Due to medicines • Due to malnutrition • Use of chemical products • Due to pollution For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. • Practice SARVANGASAN and BHRAMARI PRANAYAM daily for atleast 3-4 months.

Asthma is usually precipitated by dust/smoke exposure, cold air inhalation, severe panic or fear, heavy exertion etc. So avoidance of these along with keeping an inhaler containing bronchodilators along with or without steroids all the time with yourself is recommended. Wish a healthy life.

Hello. My Brother aged 16 was suffering from stomach ache for about 6 months. He will feel immense pain in the stomach for about half n hour, atlest twice a day. No other side effects. When scanned, it states Lymphadenitis. Something like SAD-25 MM) etc. I did not get clarityfrom the doctors. They suggested medicines, we r using them but still the stomach ache continues. Hello. You mean 250 mg/dL? It's slightly raised. High blood cholesterol is treated with lifestyle changes and medicines. There are few risk factors: Cigarette smoking High blood pressure (140/90 mmHg or higher), or you’re on medicine to treat high blood pressure Low high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol (less than 40 mg/dL) Family history of early heart disease (heart disease in father or brother before age 55; heart disease in mother or sister before age 65) Age (men 45 years or older; women 55 years or older) Food to be avoided: -Saturated fat which is found in some meats, dairy products, chocolate, baked goods, and deep-fried and processed foods. -You also should try to limit the amount of sodium (salt) that you eat. -Try to limit drinks with alcohol. Too much alcohol will raise your blood pressure and triglyceride level. Food to be taken: -Whole-grain cereals such as oatmeal and oat bran -Fruits such as apples, bananas, oranges, pears, and prunes -Legumes such as kidney beans, lentils, chick peas, black-eyed peas, and lima beans -A diet rich in fruits and vegetables can increase important cholesterol-lowering compounds in your diet. -A healthy diet also includes some types of fish, such as salmon, tuna (canned or fresh), and mackerel. These fish are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids. These acids may help protect the heart from blood clots and inflammation and reduce the risk of heart attack. Try to have about two fish meals every week. If you’re overweight or obese, losing weight can help lower LDL cholesterol. Routine physical activity can lower LDL cholesterol and triglycerides and raise your HDL cholesterol level. Medication: Homoeopathic medicine - Cholesterinum 30/ thrice daily for 4 weeks.

Hello, the two conditions mentioned are totally different. By saying" gastric trouble" is difficult to understand. But most often it hyperacidity, which is due more acid secreted in the stomach. There are many reasons why it may happen including irregular food habits, very high spicy food intake, repeated use of pain killers, alcohol use and smoking. Diabetes particularly t2 occurs due to either lack of insulin or resistance to its action or both. Plus over weight and inactivity are major contributors. For preventing diabetes one has to exercise regularly, maintain normal weight and take a healthy and balanced diet. Consume good deal of fruits, green leafy vegetables and salads. Avoid too much of sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Also avoid alcohol and smoking. Thanks for the question.
