Headaches can have multiple causes, stress and tension are some of them. However it is advisable to rule out other possible causes by consulting a doctor. Yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercises for 15-20 minutes are helpful exercises to relieve stress and thereby headaches.

I have gained almost 11 kg since I got married. Its 1 year now. And I have been observing that my menses keeps changing every month. Its been always 1 week ahead of previous month date. My husband is a cancer survivor for last 4 years. Does his sperm do affect my cycle too? I have been to doctor and gave me medicine to regulate for three months. But it is back again to same. Kindly suggest. Do I need to reduce weight too? Do I need to check for thyroid?

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Get an ultrasound (pelvis) done. Gain in weight itself causes irregular menses. Cancer is self-limited problem. Cancer is NOT contagious. A healthy person cannot “catch” cancer from someone who has it. There is no evidence that close contact or things like sex, kissing, touching, sharing meals, or breathing the same air can spread cancer from one person to another. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hello. Start hair vitamin tab kerablak after breakfast and tab keraglo after dinner for 3 to 6 months to prevent further greying. Have more proteins in diet. Avoid stress. Get investigations like hb, tsh, vit b12 and d3 done. Apply altris gel or melitane gel on scalp daily evening for 6 months. It may stimulate hair root pigment cells to reduce greying. Please see a local dermatologist for further assessment if no satisfactory improvement.

Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow?s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises. *Revert after 1 month.

Oral l has got minimum hormones, do take it for 3 cycles, give a break of a month, restart for next 3 cycles. Remember taking too much of hormones does have repurcussions on future fertility.

Hello, as you are a male of 19yrs., so you are left with only 2 yrs. more to increase height. Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Height-Aid or Gro-up drops/ 10 drops and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after a month for further guidance.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. Do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Hello, you are on d right track but only medication will not suffice your need unless you opt certain natural measure to reduce cholesterol - level. - go for brisk walk in d morning to restore blood circulation to nourish your body and clear blood arteries. - go for meditation to inhale plenty of oxygen to feed heart, cells, tissues, reducing stress & keeping your brain calm. Plenty of water be consume to eliminate toxins &'to hydrate your self go for cycling, swimming, jogging, gardening. Avoid, junk food, caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, fried food, pizza, burgers. Dear Luise, Since alcohol is a sedative, when you stop drinking there is difficulty in sleeping. The brain gets used to the drinks. It will ask you to give drinks by disturbing your sleep. So, doctors' first medicine when you stop alcohol is a Calmpose kind of drug. There are many types of such drugs - both tablets and injections. Few act only for 2 hours, few acts longer than 24 hours. It will be given for 2-3 weeks initially, when you stop drinking, depending on your need. It is a drug to stop you from suffering withdrawal symptoms. It may be given throughout the day also for few days so that you will not go for alcohol immediately. You will also be given motivational enhancement therapy and stress management therapy in first 12 weeks. You can also start with anticraving drugs like Acamprosate, Baclofen and Naltrexone. They postpone your craving for alcohol. Not immediately - but in 3 months or so. They also make your brain to tolerate less and less alcohol. They are costly and need to be given for 9 months to a year in appropriate dose. You can also ask for aversion therapy with Disulfiram. It makes the alcohol into a poison. The effect of poison, you don't like. You will be OK after taking the drug daily. The drug acts only when alcohol gets into your blood. Since the poison effect happens as soon as you drink, you feel like not drinking or induce vomiting after drinking. This drug is cheap, only less than Rs.2/day. It can be taken for life. Better to assign someone who will give the drug daily to you. May be your wife or mother. All the other drugs you can take by yourself.

You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

Follow these methods to get rid of tanning: * apply lemon juice on tanned areas and leaves for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with cold water. You can use cucumber with lemon juice to apply on tanned area. * gently rub the slices of raw tomatoes on tanned area for 5 minutes and then clean with water. * mix one teaspoon of curd with one teaspoon of fuller' s earth (multani mitti) mix and apply it on face for 5 - 7 minutes and then rinse of with water. * apply rose water on tanned area.

Actually the fact is that after leaving Gym ,we become complacent in our diet too and lack of exercise and increase in dieet add on to our weight.So the exact criteria after loing weight in Gym i to maintain your weight at home by continuing with morning walkss and light exercise and keep away from fried and oily food as much a you can.Our weight is a simple Mathematics,what we eat will add on and what we burn will be substracted from out weight.Point is to keep our mind strong and say no to sweets.
