From last few months. I I'll from cause of jaundice. But I recover and healthy now. Bus some time I feel very weak and energy less. I want to know that. Here a chance of jaundice again.

1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only.

How to get rid from all that?
To lose weight, you must burn more calories than you consume a day from your diet, if you burn 3000 calories, you’ll lose a pound a week. People who lose weight slowly, about 1 to 2 pounds per week, are more successful at keeping the weight off. You'll also burn additional calories if you increase your physical activity. You weight-loss plan should do all of the following: •Emphasize fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. •Include lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts. •Contain foods low in saturated fats, avoid trans fats, and limit cholesterol and salt (sodium). •Avoid refined sugars and processed foods. Some tips to help you lose weight: •Keep a food diary. Writing down everything you eat is critical! Noting how you feel when you eat will help you identify emotional triggers that may cause you to overeat. Emotional eaters tend to overeat. •Eat when you're truly hungry rather than when you're tired, anxious or stressed. •Eat slowly. If you eat too fast, you eat more than you need to satisfy your hunger. Your brain needs time to catch up with your stomach. •Plan your meals ahead of time so you make healthy choices. When dining out, check the menu online and decide what you will order before you sit down. Ask for dressings on the side. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. People often mistake thirst for hunger. •Eat breakfast. If you skip this meal, you'll be starving by lunchtime. You'll have more difficulty making healthy choices throughout the day. Find resources to help you keep track of your food choices and nutritional values and that can offer additional support when you need it. Exercise for Belly Fat Not only females but also males desire to have flat belly. Read on and find about the best exercises for losing belly fat. Fight your belly fat with the right kind of exercise and the right diet. Belly fat can be effectively reduced with abdominal exercises. They help you to tone the abdominal area apart from enhancing the flexibility of the area. The most important point is that they resist the accumulation of fat around the belly region. The only thing that you must keep in mind is that you must regularly perform these exercises and be patient as nothing happens overnight. Exercises for Losing Belly Fat Some very simple but effective exercises to Lose Belly Fat Stretch 1 – Lie down on a floor mat. Position your legs vertically up and stay in this position for 5 to 15 seconds. This can be repeated thrice. Stretch 2 – Lie down on a floor mat. Stretch your legs straight. Place your hands behind your head and lock your fingers. Now raise your torso and bring it towards your knees. Stay in this position for 5 to 10 seconds and slowly return to your lying position. Repeat this for 15 times in sets of 5. Stretch on Chair – Lie down on a floor mat and position yourself with a chair so as to raise your legs on the chair. Your legs should be at 90 degree to the rest of your body. Place your hands behind your head and clasp your fingers. Now lift your torso and rise up as if you want to touch the knees. Continue for 15 minutes and repeat in sets of 3 or 4. Cycling – Lie down on a floor mat. Raise your legs and rotate them as if you are pedalling a cycle vigorously. Repeat the exercise for five minutes in sets of three. Breathing Exercises to Lose Belly Fat Let us briefly understand on how these work. Oxygen acts as fuel for the body. The extra oxygen that you inhale while performing the breathing exercises result in certain chemical reactions that in turn burns up more calories than you actually take in. You lose extra fat. Pavanmuktasan – for practising Pavanmuktasan, take a deep breath as you lie on your back. Bend you left knee, hold your toes and pull it towards your stomach. Simultaneously lift your head and touch your bent knee. Your other leg must be straight. Breathe in and count ten. Return to your original position and breathe out. Repeat the set with your right leg. Bhujangasan – for practising Bhujangasan lie on your stomach and place your hands under your shoulders. Lift your torso backwards using only the back muscles and not your hands. Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds and slowly return to your original position as you breathe out. Dhanurasan – Lie on your stomach and bend your knees. Hold your ankles as you breathe in. Push your body outwards in the shape of a bow and pull your head back as much as possible. Hold this position for 10 seconds and release the posture as you slowly breathe out. Apart from these there are aerobics that also help you to lose belly fat. Regular simple workouts, like jogging, walking up and down through the stairs fast also helps to shed those stubborn belly fat. But remember, it is always advisable to seek the advice of a fitness instructor before you decide as exercise regimen for yourself in order to get the maximum results. Yes, it is certainly possible. Many patients are able to do it. What you need is persistence with right kind of guidance. If you are aiming to lose about 10-12 kgs of weight, you do not need to invest daily 5-6 hours like anant but just 60 minutes of exercise and really good quality eating plan. Should You Keep Having Eggs for Breakfast During SUMMERs?

It is often believed that eggs tend to heat up your stomach and, hence, should be avoided as much as possible. People believe that eating eggs during the hot summer months can lead to detrimental health effects. One of the reasons attributed to this belief is that eggs contain copious amounts of cholesterol, which can generate tremendous amounts of body heat.

However, contrary to popular belief, eggs do not heat up your system and perfectly safe for consumption during the season of some summer.

Having eggs for breakfast helps you with the following:

1. Cholesterol Factor - To be precise, a single egg provides 212 mg of cholesterol out of the recommended 300 mg. However, cholesterol in your diet does not raise the cholesterol levels in your blood. This happens because the liver produces a high quantity of cholesterol each day, and when you eat more eggs causing your cholesterol levels to rise, the liver starts producing less of it. In fact, a study found that eggs didn't raise cholesterol in 70% of its test subjects.

2. Provides Choline - Choline is a substance, which is required by the body to build cell membranes and to perform a horde of other functions like liver function, brain development, nerve, and muscle function. Lack of choline could lead to disruption of these functions. Whole eggs contain more than 100 mg of this less known nutrient, and therefore, should be a part of your diet.

3. Contains Lutein and Zeaxanthin - One of the gradual symptoms of aging is worsening eyesight. There are many types of nutrients that help in countering this degenerative process. Two such nutrients are lutein and zeaxanthin, which eggs are rich in. These two antioxidants help to build up the retina of the eye. Moreover, they also help in preventing eyesight conditions like cataracts and macular degeneration. Eggs are also rich in Vitamin A, the lack of which is the most common cause of blindness worldwide.

4. Reduces risk of stroke - For many decades, eggs have been unfairly criticized. A popular misbelief was that high cholesterol in eggs made them a cause for cardiac problems. In a review, which accounted for 17 studies and a total of 263,938 participants, no associations were found between eggs and heart diseases. Eggs are also highly filling and help to lose weight to a certain extent.

Obesity today is a universal problem around the globe and you would be surprised that a lot of it is caused by unhealthy habits. Let us look at some reasons to avoid late dinners

Weight Gain 

When you eat during the day you are generally active and this digests all the food properly but when you eat a late dinner it has more chances to increase your weight as weight increases when your metabolism is thrown out of gear during your sleeping hours , which tends to increase your weight. As during your sleep time your metabolism slows down.

Fluctuation in sleep cycles  

A very important aspect of eating a late dinner is it affects your sleep cycle which can have a disastrous impact on your waking state. You will find you will also find it harder to get to sleep and the late dinner just throws your entire body mechanism out of rhythm. Also, if you’re late dinner includes a lot of cookies and cakes as a dessert, it will only increase your weight it is better rather than a late dinner to drink a glass of milk which will also assist you to sleep.

Increased Excretion Needs 

If you have a late dinner your food will have to digest while you are asleep and your metabolism is slow, so you will need to go and ease yourself to the restroom at regular intervals at night which also affects your sleep pattern. If you really are hungry at night you should consider eating foods high in fiber as these will take a long time to digest and won’t affect your sleep at night. 

It is finally important to follow a regular routine as the body works like a clock and needs its input at regular intervals if you indulge in late night dinners it throws the entire clock haywire and will have a disastrous effect on your overall well- being.

Dear, To increase wrist size and get strong wrist follow these methods & instructions : • Increase intake of calcium rich diet such as milk , cheese ,curd ,green leafy vegetables, spinach , cabbage, soya products (tofu, carrot . * Give a gentle massage to hand and wrist joint once a day with any oil. * Do some wrist exercises daily. Such as hold the 1 litre water filled bottle in both hands with the hand facing upwards & move the wrist up & down without moving the elbow joint. Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. As the things stand today, diabetes whether T1 or T2, has no cure. Both need to be treated for lifetime. Achieving strict blood glucose control is the only way of leading a healthy life for a diabetic person. This condition being a insulin deficiency disorder, one needs to either take insulin itself daily or take drugs that stimulate insulin secretion, plus those that reduce insulin resistance are to be taken for life time. There no CURE in the horizon at least for next few decades. Some pancreas transplants and growing pancreas (particularly Beta cells) by stem cells have been tried. But with very little success. Thanks.

An Overview of Deviated Nasal Septum!

A quite common condition that may or may not cause a difficulty is the Deviated Nasal Septum. While most do not show any symptoms, some may experience noisy breathing, nasal congestion, or nose bleeding.
Nasal septum deviation is a physical disorder of the nose. It is a condition when the thin wall which is referred to as nasal septum located between the nasal passages is deviated or displaced to any one of the sides which makes one of the nasal passage reduce in size obstructing the air flow and causing trouble with breathing.

Causes of Deviated Nasal Septum
In cases of slight deviation of the nasal septum, it generally goes unnoticed since it does not result in any significant difficulties. In some cases, even if there is a slight difficulty in breathing, the individuals think that it might be due to a cough and cold which blocks the nose.

  1. One of the leading causes of deviated nasal septum might be due to the condition that was present at the time of the birth of the individual. A deviated nasal septum might occur during the fetal development which is apparent at the time of birth.
  2. The second cause of this condition might be as a result of an injury to the nose which causes the nasal septum to move out of its normal position. The injury might be caused by any accident, contact sports, active play, etc.

Symptoms of Deviated Nasal Septum
In most of the cases of the septal deformities, there are no visible symptoms, but in some cases, there arise some symptoms from which a deviated nasal septum can be confirmed. First and foremost, there is an obstruction in any one or both of the nostrils which make it very difficult to breathe. This might be more noticeable when the individual catches a cold or any allergies that cause the nasal passages to swell. Another prominent symptom is the bleeding of nausea which is caused when the surface of the septum becomes dry. In some cases, facial pain is experienced particularly in the area near the nose or inside the nose. A noisy breathing during the sleep can be another symptom of the deviated nasal septum.

Treatment of Deviated Nasal Septum
The treatment is usually carried out by Ear - Nose - Throat specialist (ENT). The first procedure for treatment is the decongestants which are the medication used for the reduction of the swelling of the nasal tissue that helps to allow free flow of air. Antihistamines are another type of medicines used to treat this condition which helps in the prevention of allergies that includes a runny nose, blocked nose or obstruction. Nasal steroid sprays are also used to reduce any kind of inflammation of the nasal passage. In extreme cases, surgical repair needs to be done. In such cases, Septoplasty which is a surgery used to repair or correct deviated nasal septum is performed.

Thus, when you experience symptoms, deviated nasal septum can be diagnosed and treated effectively.

Hello, You need to increase your daily food intake to gain weight in a healthy way. Try to eat something healthy after every 2 hours. Besides a healthy breakfast, add an extra chapati and rice to your lunch and dinner. Add sweet dish after meals. In between have foods like cheese sandwiches, milkshakes, dry fruits, peanuts, namkeens, idlis, dhoklas, aloo chaat, paneer tikkas, boiled eggs, juices, etc.

Eat lesser calories than you spend. And what bever calories you eat, should be metabolised with the support of warm water and herbs. Pl consult for best herbal combos. For the time being start drinking paneer ke phool strain daily morning for two months. Report every two weeks to get tips in between.

I am having type 2 diabetes since last 14 years. My latest FBS is 124 and PP2 reading is 165. HBA1C is 7.4. The medication taken by me is Gemer 2 before breakfast and dinner, Tenglyn 20 before breakfast and Pioglit 15 before lunch. I also do 45 minutes of brisk walking and exercise daily. I also have a diet as recommended by a dietician. Please advise as to whether any change in the medication is required to get the target HBA1C of less than 7.0.
