Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days.

Please get your thyroid profile and a fbs ppbs test done. These are blood tests and are to be taken in empty stomach. Without these reports it is not possible to understand why you are losing weight so get these tests done soon and get back to us with the results.

Please do treadmill at least 30-45 minutes daily. Try to be on your legs most of the time as far as possible. Avoid sitting too long in one place.

6 Tested Ways to Lose Tummy Fat
Losing belly fat can be challenging. It tends to stick on. However, there are certain food habits that can help you achieve the goal.

Here are 6 effective diet changes you need to make to be on track with tummy trimming:

1) Skip Alcohol: Alcohol causes dehydration, which will slow metabolism of your body. Miss alcohol for next few days. And whenever you have too much of alcohol, start the next day with 2 glasses of water (preferably lukewarm).

2) Avoid Salt Intake: Even a little more salt makes your body to temporarily hold water and fluids in the body, which can lead to bloating. Avoid processed foods, salty foods. Consume plenty of vegetables and fruits rich in water.

3) Curtail Milk Intake: If you remain fatigued and bloated or by gases in stomach particularly after having milk or dairy products, your body may be intolerant to lactose. This happens to people who have a problem digesting the milk's sugar, which can result in gas occurrence, cramps and diarrhoea. Avoid milk in any form from your diet.

4) Cut Carbs and fat intake: Avoid carbohydrates, such as pasta and white breads. Also avoid oily and junk foods, sugar, juices, cold drinks, and sweet items. When you reduce carbs intake, your body will start spending carbohydrate stock and also getting rid of accumulated fluids. Replace your carbs with fibre rich salads.

5) No Starch: Food stuffs rich in starch, such as potato, pasta and corn, cause gases. The only ingredient rich in starch that does not cause gases is rice.

6) Stay Active: Regular exercise is a great regulator, especially abdomen exercise. They relieve bloating by increasing heart beats. Whenever you can, take a walk after meals.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

Hello You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Thank you

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Drink 2-3 glass of water in the morning empty stomach, and 3-4 litres of water during the day daily. Walk for minimum 5 minutes. You may also mix two spoons of isabgol in a glass of warm milk and drink it just before you go to bed. It will help. Thank You

How can I reduce belly fat and a little weight loss.
Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I strongly accommodate the patient's own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets available online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. After assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, one can recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: Although both type 1 and type 2 diabetes can involve fairly dramatic weight loss over several days at the onset of the disease, it tends to be more common among people with type 1. The job of insulin is to transport glucose from the foods you eat into your cells to provide energy for all the work that’s required to keep you alive. However, most type 1 diabetics don’t produce insulin. Type 2 diabetics either don’t produce enough insulin or their bodies don’t respond to it properly. Consequently, even if you eat normally, that blood sugar simply builds up and gets excreted in your urine. This causes weight loss, but it could also damage your organs if you don't receive treatment. If you experience an unexplained weight loss, surpassing 5 percent of your body weight within days, see your health care provider as soon as possible.

Hello lybrate user first you have to check your sr. Calcium level, ra factor and aso titer test. Joint pain and bone weakness are due to either calcium deficiency, rheumatoid arthritis or osteo arthritis. Ya definitely it will effect your body in a long term. Skipping morning food slows down your basal metabolic rate causing obesity. You can also suffer from frequent hypoglycaemia.

If you are suffering from recurrent tonsillitis then I would suggest you will have to go for tonsil surgery after consulting an ent. Your hampered growth may be due to recurrent tonsillar infections.
