Sir am 18 year now but my body is not just like 18 I have weight problem I had done everything sine 2 year to increase my weight but there is no any effect I take highly fat nutritive protinous diet but no any solution have been working on me I also take same medicine to increase my weight but it is also waste please sir request you to give me a very well solution that works in a month.

First you need health check up.If you suffer from hyperthyroidism it could occur and you should go through proper medication.And another important reason is heredity,food habit.Eat more food more frequently.Use whole cream milk or milk shake.Take banana 3-4pcs /day.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement.Take ghee,butter,cheese,cream,chocolate,jam,jelly extra.Take dense fruits,vegetables.Take more fish,egg,lean meat,cottage cheese,mushroom more.Add extra healthy fat in cooking.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water nut not just before or during meals.Do muscle building exercise to gain weight.Stay stress free and quality sleep.

So what should I do?
Minimum we for a 5 feet teenage boy should be at least 55 .coelic diseases, depression, unbalanced unhealthy diet ,lot of trash foods, over extra use medicines, no exercise .can be causes start take plenty of starchy foods, raw seasonal fruits vegetables lot of water, meat fish eggs beans paneer a for dose duration quality ask For me.

Hello,Homeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the morning and go for walk.

Hello, Madam, If blood glucose levels are well controlled, that is fasting closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c<6.8, then your health remains in good shape. Cravings can only be controlled by self discipline. There is no medicine for that. Sweets have to be avoided as they increase blood glucose level very rapidly. High glucose in blood is the main reason for the long term complications associated with diabetes. Plus looking at your weight and height it is clear that you are having grade 1 obesity with a BMI of 31.25 kgs/M2 (normal <23 kgs/M2). Which means you are carrying 20 kgs extra weight. That is the main reason for cravings and uncontrolled diabetes. You will have to work on reducing at least 5 to 8 % of current weight and maintain that. Thanks.
