Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

I want to run 5 km in 24 min. In 5 months but this time I am only 500 mtr cut with one start up as well as am 21 years old, 66 kg weight so please tell me about that any diet list you can provide me. please help me.

Few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

Taking supplements for over a long period of time will eventually effect your kidney as they are complex protein which get filtered. So try avoiding the same. Instead opt for natural sources of protein.

Make necessary dietary changes and combine it with REGULAR 45 min brisk walk / exercise and you can shed weight. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. Eat outside food less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Have small and frequent meals. Have plenty of water and sleep well. Destressing also helps shed weight optimally. IME-9 Tab. Dosage: Two tablets thrice a day, half an hour before meals or as directed by the Physician. But you have to monitor regularly and cannot fully depend on this alone.

dear tarun. As you are just 23, it is not advisable to indulge in sex, unless you turn 25. please stop this practice otherwise you will suffer. take stesscome capsule with praval pishti tabs, one each, thrice a day with a cup of milk after meals. continue for 2 months. god bless
