How to loss weight and maintain health to remain fit and healthy and what should I take in diet.
Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet 2. Destress yourself. 3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day. 4. Have an oil massage at least twice a week with coconut oil or any oil of your choice.Condition your hair after shampooing .

I am a software developer in a private company. There I work for 8 to 10 hours on my computer. Now, I think because of sitting for a long time and irregularity in lunch and dinner, my belly has gained lot of fat because of that I am not able to wear t shirts, slim fit clothes etc. It looks very ugly. Please suggest any simple diet plan and normal 20 to 30 minutes exercise routine so that I can flat my tummy to normal. Thank you very much.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

It is safe to have gestofit 300. According to my opinion complete rest and duvadilan are not significant.

Drinking at least between 10 and 14 - 8oz. Glasses of water every day is another great way to prevent hair loss. Water helps wash off toxins from your body. These toxins could be a major reason for hair loss. Drink distilled water or at least filtered water that does not contain chlorine, lead, etc. For healthy hair.

There are many marks on face i.e of nails etc and also my skin become dull and dark. It looks like a tanned face . please suggest me remedy so that I get a glow and clear skin.

1.Apply a fresh paste of cold cucumber juice with 2 tsf of lemon juice and wash off after 10 minutes 2. you can also combine 2 tsf of aloevera gel with few drops of rose water. freeze it for 10 minutes and apply it on tanned skin 3. you can also apply fresh lemon juice in affected area and dry it before washing it with water 2-3 times a week

directions for acne::-- Homoeopathy cures acne conditions like blackheads, whiteheads, skin rashes and oily skin very effectively. Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch , (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2. Take berberis aquafolium Q, (wsi) 10 drops mixed with half cup of water, twice a day. 3.Acne aid tablets(bakson),1-1 tab. Twice a day. 4. Apply topi berberis cream on the face, twice a day. 5. Wash face with Sunny herbal face wash twice a day. Management part for the acne-- 1.drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 2. She is 63 years old suffering from diabetes-on Insulin+other allopathy medicines but the sugar level running from 70 to 200 and more. Today fasting 90 but PP is going high between 200 to 300. She is on Insulin from last 15 years. Can she be treated with you? And I am also suffering from Slip Disc. L4 L5 S1 and taken 15 days Ayurvedic treatment such as Katibastyi, Malish, Steam bath etc but there is nothing complete and permanent. Please advise us to permanent treatment.

This means either her diet is wrong or she is not receiving proper treatment kindly mention ongoing treatment in detail and revert. Slip disc is difficult to treat but you should use lumbosacral belt and proper posture is really important in your case. Avoid massages by inexperienced people.
