take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. ...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Sarswatarishta 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If no relief in 4_5 days, then inform again.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

If its due to any trauma. Do take care by avoiding very hard and spicy food for few days. Take soft n liquid diet. Use betadine gargle twice or thrice daily in diluted form. N take antibiotic n pain killer as prescribed by a quqlified doctor. If it is from birth and non traumatic it can b corrected by cosmetic surgery.

Drink lots of water. As of now take gokshar guggul 2 bd, chanderprbha vati 2 bd and tab neeri 2 bd with full glass or two of water for 7 days. Write again.

1. For increasing weight. First we have to work on your digestive system. It will do aam pachan and will increase your digestive power and appetite. 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day. 4. Eat healthy n light food. 5. Drink plenty of fluids. 6. Avoid constipation. 7. Walk 1km daily in evening. 8. Follow up after a week, will start medication which can increase your weight without any side effect.

She will need full gynec check up. The uterus, cervix (mouth) and birth passage will be examined to identify the source of bleeding. Ultrasound will help in the diagnosis. Only then will it be possible to give some treatment.

Take the stairs instead of the elevator; walk to the bus, train, or all the way to the office; window-shop with your best friend rather than sit over coffee. Taking the dog out, gardening and even housecleaning all increase the number of calories you expend. You don't have to go for a jog (although that would help!) to speed up weight loss. Twenty minutes of moderate exercise a day means you'll burn approximately 700 calories.

A wise person learns from his past mistakes. Now you have to study well. Only studying well can provide you good scores and doing well in exams will make you stress free. You should follow these steps- 1. Planning:- this year you should plan your study. You should see your curriculum and divide the whole syllabus into monthly syllabus. You have to complete your monthly target. 2. Choose books and study material in advance with the help of your teachers. 3. Plan to take admission in a coaching center/ tutorial for professional guidance. 4. Try to study with your friend, or discuss with him the topics. This will clear many doubts and you both may learn much from each other. 5. Have a de-stressing lifestyle which includes early morning awakening before sunrise, daily walk/jog, regular yoga/meditation, healthy diet with lots of fruits, salads and sprouts, evening walk, listening to your favourite music at evening, having some time for recreation & socialization and adequate rest and sleep. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Good posture plays a key role in your spine health, helping to prevent additional back and neck pain and even injuries to spinal structures. Try to be aware of your posture and make good posture part of your normal routine. -head up, shoulders back, rear tucked under -Stand and walk with correct posture -Sit with support -Lift and carry carefully -And finally, keep moving:-Maintaining a static position for too long—more than twenty or thirty minutes at a time—is hard on the back. Prolonged static posture can slowly deplete elasticity from the tissues. By simply moving—be it a change of position, a stretch, or a short walk—the tissue elasticity needed to protect your joints can be restored and the associated discomfort reduced. -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you relief. -Consult a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your back pain. Firstly stop applying steroid ointment over boil, boil needs to be treated with antibiotics not steroids. Silicea 200, four pills daily once in morning for three days, belladonna 200, four pills twice daily for three days, calendula 30, four pills three times daily for seven days. Medicines to be taken on empty stomach.

Hi lybrate user. At first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food two times in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during 3) avoid late night sleeping habits 4) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast and fermented foods. A) apply paste of tankan bhasma along with fresh lemon juice with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of audumbaravleha along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. C) take 60 ml of trifala juice along with 60 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for thirty days and reply me for further suggestions. Thanks.

There are many causes of uneven size. Yes sight variation in size is normal. Better you show yourdself to surgeon or urologist. Yes ultrasonography of scrotum will also help you. For pain you can take tab. Zerdol daily or when neccesary.
