Grate a potato and place it on your eyes for about 30 minutes then wash your face with warm water. 2. Use cucumber slices or juice on the dark circles to lighten them. Place thinly cut slices on your eyes for 20 minutes and then wash your face with cold water. 3. Mix two spoons of tomato juice with few drops of lemon juice. Soak cotton pads in it, squeeze a little, and place them on your eyes for 15 minutes. Wash your face as usual. Apply this twice daily. You have an allergy. You vil need medicines internally for some time. Also, you can apply calapure lotion twice daily over these areas. Cut down on cakes and confectioneries. Avoid milk, egg yolk, tuna, mackerel, prawns. Dust your clothes and bed spreads prior to use.

Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. As is a chronic inflammatory joint disease which has a genetic predisposition mainly affecting spine and hips ( axial skeleton). I am not aware of any permanent cure for it but you are best advised to get in touch of a rheumatologist as it requires a long term supervised care. The disease process can be kept under control by a new class of medicines which are injectable but expensive. Height is determined by a combination of genetic, lifestyle and environmental factors upto a certain age. Height is regulated by somatotropin horomone which gradually subside after adolescence. For males growth usually stops after puberty which is around 20yrs of age and for females it is 18 yrs, dont get decieved by false advertisements which claim to increase height post puberty, instead you can concentrate on looking tall by reducing weight giving yourself a lean or muscular appearance. If one has not crossed these ages then surely, one can help you.

To stay fit and healthy do regular exercise like yoga, push ups, plank etc. Eat small amount of foods but do not skip meals. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Use unrefined foods. Take plenty of vegetables, whole fruits etc. Take more fish, egg, meat. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use lukewarm water after meals.
