Do Surya Namaskar , yoga asans like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose),Vajrasana (Diamond Pose), Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose) avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. drink plenty of water daily. Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

Hi. Acne scar take time to go if acne are properly treated. Need not to worry. It will go by its own. Apply sunscreen in the morning and any good moisturizer in the night.

Hello Lybrate User, Please make these changes if you want to lose weight fast 1) Have small and frequent meals…it helps in increasing BMR and helps in weight loss 2) Cut down on sugar intake. Avoid mithais, sweets, icecreams, puddings etc 3) Drink at least 2 litres water in a day. But make sure not to have water immediately after a meal 4) Have more green leafy vegetables and whole fruits. Eat natural foods. 5) Avoid fried and fatty foods and foods with preservative such as samosa, pakoda, chips, namkeens etc 6) If you eat non veg, then avoid red meat and include more of leans cuts of chicken, fish etc. Don’t eat yolk. Have egg whites only. 7) Avoid aereated drinks and juices…even the fresh fruit juices. 8) Don’t drink alcohol as it has nothing but calories 9) Include more fibre in food as fibre keeps you full for longer. Whole fruits, vegetables, whole or sabut dals all have fibre. Try including more of fibrous cereals too such as dalia, oats, add bran to atta for making chapattis, brown rice etc. 10) Have good breakfast and light dinners. 11) Include physical activity like walking, swimming, cycling.

I am 26 years woman, I had ovarian cyst which was diagnosed 7 - 8 years back. I had treated them by taking help from dermatologist. Now I get periods regularly but I have a acne problem. Dear Sir, A little brief about my father. My father is 49 years old. Since 2000 my father started experiencing strength loss in his legs and hands. His age at that time was 31 years. As time passed, his conditions progressed steadily. We went to every best hospitals in India. Every doctor Gave up on him. Now the condition is that he cannot walk 10 steps even on his own. He needs to have support of someone's shoulder to walk and go to the toilet. That's maximum work he does. He cannot sit on floor. His bed is even at certain height which is more than usual beds that we have. If he has to sit, someone has to hold his hand and support his back and make him sit. That to he can only sit for max 1 hr. After that his bank gets stiff and he needs to lie down to straighten it. He cannot comb his hair as he cannot raise his hand that high. There is no pain in any part of his body. Now we are not able to take him to any doctor or hospital as he cannot travel and we not have enough money for the special treatment that he need while travelling. Even doctors have given up on him. I recently posted on a medical site about my father's situation and A Doctor suggested that he might be having SMA. I would be really grateful if there is anything that we have missed or anything that we could do to help him. We would do anything. PLEASE HELP.

Take following remedies 1. Alovera juice 4tsp+ 1 tsp honey after dinner 2. Amal juice 4tsp +2 tsp sugar + 2tsp honey empty stomch in the morning there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result on pores and dark spot.

If the mouth ulcer is causing a lot of pain, gently rub a small ice cube over the spot or rinse your mouth with ice-cold water. You could also chew on a clove bud (lavang) and direct the juice generated to the area where the ulcer is located. Clove buds are a great ingredient to cure sore throat too. To prevent the ulcerated area from getting infected, make it a point to rinse your mouth with a little salt water. Remember, this won’t make the ulcer disappear, but it can help reduce the pain. Honey is a natural humectant. It helps reduce scarring and hastens the process of new tissue growth. This, along with its anti-microbial effect ensures faster healing of the mouth ulcer. Chew a few leaves of tulsi along with some water about three to four times every day. This will help in getting rid of ulcers faster and also have a preventive action against their recurrence. Applying a little coconut oil directly onto the mouth ulcer or chewing some coconut (fresh or dry) helps reduce pain and inflammation and hence, ulcers heal faster. Mix some sugar to crushed khus-khus seeds and consume this mixture for instant relief from ulcers. You could apply a little ghee directly to the ulcerated area, or drink a glass of buttermilk two or three times every day. Mouth ulcers left untreated generally go away in a week or so; with these home remedies, you can expect faster relief. However, if you notice an ulcer in the mouth that is persistently present although it does not cause you any pain, do not neglect it or try to treat it with home remedies beyond a few days. Make it a point to see a doctor soon because often, a painless mouth ulcer is one of the earliest signs of oral cancer.

Both your readings are much out of range you will have yo start taking the medication and if these levels improve then you don't need to take them lifelong.

Most probably it is hormonal weight due to approach to menopause. Regular exercise focusing on waist and belly area is must. Reduce oily food and take low salt diet. Stop all bakery products. Sweets. Add fruits and lot of green vegs.

You might be having urinary tract infection get your urine tested for cultur and sensitivity take tab norflox 400 mg twice a day for five days drink plenty of liquids orally.

Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.
