Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Fever of 1 month duration need meticulous evaluation. You haven't revealed more or anything else associated with your fever. Please give in details regarding fever like, low grade or high grade, with or without chills/rigor, frequency of fever-multiple times daily or alternate days or whatever else, associated with headache/cough/burning urination etc. And all investigation reports already done.

Dear lybrate-user face dull/ glow nahi rehneke primary reasons hai. Stress, negative vibes, late nights, intake of salty and sour food in more quantity, less hydration of skin. So kindly avoid these factors. Any skin disease increases coz of stress. Meditate and do Pranayaam in open air. Work on your problem but don't think bout it much. Apply kumkumadi tail (kerala pharmacy) to d face daily twice. Internally take 1 tsf liquorice (mulethi) powder with 1 tsf ghee + warm milk at bed time. Every morning apply dudh malai + haldi as a scrub to d face. For more specific details consult personally on Lybrate. All d best. Your health is our priority.

Ulcer can be differnt types diagnosis is important so visit a dentist findout its a normal apthous ulcer or traumatic ulcer. You can use topical gels and vitamin b supplement with zinc under doctors guidance. Yes you can use toothpaste to clean tooth.

CONSTIPATION:is due to an incorrect lifestyle and irregular eating patterns, not taking enough fluids,sedentary lifestyle.Foods that are heavy and difficult to digest, as well as oily, spicy, fried, and junk foods are the culprits. Eating food in a disturbed atmosphere or in front of the television and being awake late at night all lead to bowel disturbance. Psychological factors like stress, anxiety, fear, jealousy, and sorrow also play an important role. DIET & LIFESTYLE ADVICE: Increase intake of fiber, especially fruits and cooked vegetables. An Apple or Pineapple/Pomegranate each day is helpful.  Drink 7-8 glasses of lukewarm water each day. Take daily morning and evening walks for at least 20-30 minutes each. Eat whole grains /nuts/sprouts and Muesli in breakfast Avoid removing bran from the flour because it clears the intestines  Avoid refined foods like white flour, bread, pasta, pizza, white rice,or high protein foods like cheese,meat and cold foods like ice cream or chilled drinks  Take meals in a relaxed and calm atmosphere. The food should be warm and freshly -prepared, as cold food slows the digestive power. Take 30 ml/6 tsp of syp Duphalac thrice daily after meals with lukewarm water. Soak 3-4 dried figs after washing them overnight in water. Eat them first thing in the morning,

Definitely without supplements, tablets one can reduce weight and get back to their healthy ideal body weight by boosting their metabolism and making certain, i've style modifications to complement their weight loss. Hi One of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take sarpgandha vati 1-1 tab twice a day. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid spicy food. Junk food. Fermented food. Tea.coffee. Do pranayama early in the morning.
