Flossing is as important as brushing on a daily basis. Taking the floss all the way down to the point where the teeth and gums meet is the appropriate way of doing it.

I have problem related to my teeth. There is blood. what to do.?
Hello. This may be due to faulty brushing techniques or sometimes there might be food lodgement which cause gingivitis (swelling of the gums) that can cause bleeding. Visit your dentist and get cleaning done and learn proper brushing techniques and use a proper tooth brush.

Some strong layer has been gathered on my teeth. What I have to do for removing it?
Hello. That strong layer is known as calculus. Plaque or food debris that have been accumulated for a long time become that strong layer. You can get that removed by scaling.

How many times should we brush our teeth?

You should brush twice daily is recommended but with a proper technique. If you brush properly before you sleep then you don't need to brush them for a longer time in the morning. Every one thinks brushing for a longer time will clean my teeth but that's not true. Twice is recomended.

Hi My teeth are very paining when I am drinking cold water.

There must be cavity or a deep fissure in your tooth. Get if filled and you should be ok. Or your teeth might be sensitive, try using Colgate sensitive pro relief. It has good results.

Saving a fallen tooth can be useful. Try to keep it in place while you seek immediate medical attention. If that is not the case, try wrapping the tooth in a piece of plastic or soaking it into milk and call for immediate dental service.
