Kegels are easy to do, once you know which muscles to target. One of the easiest ways to locate your muscles is during urination. Halfway through urination, try to stop or slow down the flow of urine. Don’t tense the muscles in your buttocks, legs, or abdomen, and don’t hold your breath. When you can slow or stop the flow of urine, you’ve successfully located these muscles. Contract these muscles for a slow count of five. Release the muscles to a slow count of five. Repeat 10 times. Do a set of 10 Kegels daily, three times a day.

In nose bleeding condition sit him up facing the breeze with the head slightly forward. Ask him to breath through the mouth and not to blow his nose. Apply a cold compress the nose. The soft part of nose may be pinched close with the fingers for 10min.

This may be due to muscular weakness, use ift in physiotherapy department for 14 min each shoulder and do muscular strenghning exercise regularly with tje use of stretch belt.

This may be due to neuralgia or over stress of hand, some time trapezitis or cs causes reffered pain. I. F. T in physio department will help to reduce pain followed by hot formantation.

Hello doctor can you please tell me what are the symptoms of cervical spondylosis? and also its remedies?

Pain in cervical area. More affected in night. Pain may b shoulder level or it may b both upper limb. Some time local tenderness may seen. Headache may occur. Tingling and numbness may felt. Use thin pillow avoid weight bearing and use cervical collar. Hot formantation can be used. Avoid nech forwad flexion. Do isometric exercises.

42 year old suffering from stiffness of muscles since two years. Morning stiffness is more. Muscles of back thighs neck r affected. Lab reports r normal esp cbc esr s ra s uric acid bsl urine routine aso titre tsh cpk crp s magnesium vit d vit b12 please guide.

This may be due to previously heavy weight lifting or heavy work. Take physiotherapy sessions for at least one month regularly. Stretching of stiff muscle will help.

1. Don't lift objects away from your body with your arms outstretched.
2. Don't lift heavy weight.
3. Don't slouch in your chair
4. Don't stand a long period of time.
5. Avoid prone lying.
6. Change position in every 20min.
7. Use hard bed.
8. Use thin pillow.
9. Avoid forward bending.
