Pain in cervical area. More affected in night. Pain may b shoulder level or it may b both upper limb. Some time local tenderness may seen. Headache may occur. Tingling and numbness may felt. Use thin pillow avoid weight bearing and use cervical collar. Hot formantation can be used. Avoid nech forwad flexion. Do isometric exercises.

Take rest for few days. Hot formantation will helps. Use hard bed. Avoid weight bearing and forward bending. Avoid same positioning for a long time. When pain become subside you can start spinal strenghthing exercises.

Do not worry it may be due to muscular spasm, stretch calf and hams muscle thrice a day with 20 repetition. Place pillow under both knee joints. Do spinal flexion exercises regularly.

1. Don't lift objects away from your body with your arms outstretched.
2. Don't lift heavy weight.
3. Don't slouch in your chair
4. Don't stand a long period of time.
5. Avoid prone lying.
6. Change position in every 20min.
7. Use hard bed.

9. Avoid forward bending.
