Hye, Thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to lush out your system & avoid bloating. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

Hi, the best thing you should do is ignore what comments are passed on you. When you will have a habit of ignoring then only you can control your anger. Yoga exercises are best to control anger.

To achieve weight-loss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. My best wishes.

There are methods by which your son can gain some centimetres of height. 1. The height of body is largely depend on the length of your spine (vertebral column or back bone in general language). So you have to add the exercise of stretching of spine daily in morning. Here are the exercises! * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Bone growth depends upon the adequate intake of calcium rich diet. So take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Vitamin d play very important role in bone growth. So sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are notso strong. 4. The growth and height is controlled by growth hormone which is secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. For meditation, listen toslow and spiritual music, take long breaths for 15-20 minutes everyday. It makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Hello lybrate-user, ayurved medicine nd diet can get relief. Here you not mention which medicine you did taken. You should avoid spicy, oily, junk food, package food. Take baland diet. Eat warm food. Here I give you one remedy: 1 part rosted cumin powder, 1 part saunf (variyari) powder, 1 part coriander powder, 1 part sowa (suvadana) powder, 1 part ajwayan powder, 1 part black salt & 1 part asafetida (hing. Take 1 teaspoon this mixture with 2 teaspoon lime juice and 50 ml water in morning nd evening. For further treatment can online consult.

After 18, ht increase diminishes. To keep pace which rarely continues uoto 25 yrs, you have to sprint, do hanging exercises, soorya namaskar, deep breathing, cow milk n products, greens, rich proteins and support of antioxidants and growth herbals is required. If you r determined, do all thing collectively and hope for the best two years ahead.

Hello, your problem suggests that you might have pitta prakruti, try this ayurvedic treatment which will definitely help the cause. A) Paripatahadi kwath 2 tsp twice a day with water b) Patoladi kwth 2 tsp twice a day with water c) Gandhak rasayana 1 Tab twice a day d) Avipattikar churna 1 tsp twice a day e) Tab Tapyadi loha 1 Tab twice f) Go to bed early before 10 pm, and Avoid spicy diet, curd, non-veg, and green leafy vegetable.
