ok...u are taking these medicines as told by you but what is the query then?. do u want to ask any treatment for your allergy (cold)? i think this is just because of lacking immunity. Ayurveda views allergies as an excess of kapha dosha, or the earth and water elements. Earth and water are cold, heavy, dense, smooth and stable. These qualities in excess result in congestion, mucus, phlegm, sneezing and post-nasal drip. Along with the excess of these qualities, there's also a slow digestive fire. So the way to turn allergies around is to improve the digestive fire and use the qualities that are opposite of kapha (warm, light, mobile, and clear) in everything you do ? diet, herbs and daily routine. use warming spices in cooking and on food to support digestive fire ? particularly ginger, cinnamon, turmeric and black pepper. And also supplement diet with Ayurvedic herbs known to support and rejuvenate the respiratory system, like tulsi, pippali and licorice.

you can take tab. combiflaim twice a day. tab. cetrizine 10 mg at night once. syp. anticough 10 ml thrice a day. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area,cold things .i.e. ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods,spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest , feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that.

Pain in breast can either be due to changes in harmones ,some deficiency or even it could be some muscular pain, in order to figure out the exact cause we advise you to get a mammography or an ultrasound done, along with a few blood tests to rule out for any pathology. Sometimes breast heaviness or discomfort also happens during or before periods.

Penis size of 5 inch is absolutely normal and good enough to satisfy women. It is a myth which people believes that more the size more will be satisfaction. Women satisfaction will depend on foreplay + clitorial stimulation + oral sex and last is penetrative sex. So don't worry about size. Most of the products which are available for increasing size are fake so don't fall a pray to that. Eat healthy, exercise, proper sleep and healthy sex and masturbation are good enough. You can use few oil available just to improve erection, and automatically size.

Hi Mr. Lybrate-user, its good that you are doing regular work out approx for 1 hour. Try to do some dietary changes it will help you. - take more green leafy vegetables & fruits. - take small & frequent meal (2 major meal & 3-4 small meal) -do not starv whenever you are hungry. - avoid out side/ fried food -avoid simple carbs & sugar - take a green tea daily. - take sufficient water (8-10 glasses) otherwise you can take calorie reducing chart with a private consultation.

For dry cough I will suggest you to take syp Ascoril-D 2.5 ml and can repeat after a gap of six hours as and when required and For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Take Cp. Amoxicillin 500 mg twelve hourly one after breakfast and one after dinner for five days.

Breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day, no matter which culture you belong to. The age old saying goes that you should have breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. Let's look at some of the menu items, which are not considered ideal for breakfast menus on a regular basis along with a few others which are.

Some of the unhealthiest breakfast foods:

  1. Chole bhatture or oily pooris: These are favorite items within Indian breakfast menus. However, they are full of oil and saturated fats. Apart from contributing to diabetes and blood pressure, bloating, acidity, and heartburn are also common side effects.
  2. Pakoras, samosas or kachoris: Common items which are included in many breakfast and snack menus, these oily fries are major contributors to bad cholesterol, reduce good cholesterol and is are major contributors to obesity.
  3. Sugary cereals: While plain corn flakes are good, sugary cereals have processed sugar and are a no-no for breakfast items as they could cause elevated blood glucose levels and thus cause a host of problems.
  4. Medu vada: While having a medu vada once or twice is alright, having it as a daily breakfast item will add a lot of oil to your diet and so, should be avoided.
  5. Bakery items: Many bakery items such as doughnut, Tiffin cakes, and sweet breads usually tend to have a lot of processed sugar, refined flour and additives which can be harmful to your health.

Some healthy breakfast foods:

  1. Idli: This is a staple breakfast item in southern India and is very healthy as it is prepared by steaming rice mixes. However, reduce spicy chutneys or side dishes while consuming idlis as they can be quite bad for health.
  2. Upma: Another export of the south, upma is now loved all over India and the world. Made with suji or rawa and very little oil, this is a great and filling breakfast alternative.
  3. Poha or Chivra pulao: Made from flattened rice flakes, poha, also known as chivda pulao, is a great healthy alternative and should be incorporated in breakfast diets.
  4. Indian veg sandwiches: As long as the bread is whole wheat, this is a very healthy option as it is usually made with vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers and potatoes and also has chutney as the dressing.
  5. Dosa: Another great option from southern India, this is a great breakfast food if the sambar and accompanying dishes are cooked in less oil and have fewer spices.
  6. Khakra: This dish which comes from Gujarat is also a great breakfast item and can also become a low calorie snack for cravings in between meals.

Penis size is something about which most of the men are obsessed as they don? t have proper idea about the size of their organs. But please remember, size hardly matters unless it is too small to perform intercourse. But when it is really small, application of oil/ drug shown in tv/ newspaper will not help, unless we can actually diagnose the cause of small penis and treat it. So, what you need is a proper check up by doctor to determine the cause of small size and then get it treated.

take diet for both as. you can take diet for diabetes. low sugar breakfast cereal oats., low sugar bran flakes,peas or leafy green. brown rice .whole grain foods. whole grain pasta. Avoid stress. Alcohol, sweet foods, oily and spicy foods, fast foods, cold drinks, Go for walk. You can join zym. By meditation and medication You can control diabetes / sugar level. DO tests HBA1C every 6 months. and for cholesterol :- You can control cholesterol / hdl / ldl/t.g. and obesity by using following flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take . green veg., whole grain foods, spicy foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Low sugar foods, low calories foods. Change own life style . do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily in morning and evening, do any one physically activity daily i.e. play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, alcohol,smoking, fatty foods, non-veg., avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night.
