To tone your chest and belly, start with jogging. Then start lifting weights, it will tone up your upper body. For belly, do crunches daily. Adding suryanamaskar in your schedule will also be helpful to you. Do not forget to take a healthy diet

You have motion sickness. Do not eat too much before a car ride and neither be empty stomach. Eat light and take an anti emetic like tab Domstal. That should be enough.

How to loose weight fast. Need attain 70 kg. Am now 90 kg. How to attain goal ASAP.
Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow some instructions as stated below: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drinking excessive alcohol or eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Alter your lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. Try to go to bed early (before 10 pm is ideal) and wake up early as well (between 5 am and 6 am is good for a start). 3. Be physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch TV whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Try to eat healthy and eat on time – Not only eating healthy is important but also eating at the right time is equally important. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here’s a sample diet you can follow: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea C. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk.

Take high protein foods. Your every meal should consist of atleast 1 protein food. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. You can carry nuts, paneer sandwich, roasted chana, peanuts and sprouts for office. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan for you.

In today's world most of men suffers from sexual reasons. Most of the problems happen due to low awareness and education on sex. Some myths about sex myth 1. Bigger penis can only satisfy women fact: size is not important for satisfaction, what matters is good erection and timings. Wome vagina initial 2 inches is only sensitive so size anything bigger than 2 inch is sufficient. Hardness and strokes matter. If anyone is suffering from timing also call early discharge or premature ejaculation can be treated with proper guidance and ayurvedic medicines. Firstly stop the Gutkha as it can be dangerous to your body. The stain will slowly go away after you stop the habit. You can also go to a dentist to check for oral health and cleaning of the stain.

Doctor my gynecology gave me siphene 50 mg tablets for 5 days I have to take 2nd day to 7th day now my question is how much months I have to take she told 6 months. In 6 months after I will conceive or before please clarify And when we have to do intercourse I have regular cycle now 29 to 32 days.

Conception of a chance event. hence at least 6 months of treatment are needed. it's difficult to guarantee results, it depends on lot of factors. best time for intercourse will be around day 15

It is because of OCP. And my suggestion is to use condoms instead of pills. As the ocp have many side effects. Some are very dangerous which she will have to suffer her whole life.

The symptoms of jaundice are: - fever - vomitting - tiredness - loss of appetite - abdominal pain - yellowish discolouration of the conjunctiva, tongue, nail beds, skin and urine. - whitish stools. - body itching - enlargement of the liver and spleen follow these precautions: - maintain personnel hygiene like washing hands thoroughly with soap before eating and after attending to the nature calls. - avoid eating roadside food which are unhygienic. - wash vegetables before cooking and wash the fruits before consuming. - drink only purified water. - keep the eatables covered to avoid flies sitting on them and contaminating it. Please follow these in your diet: - avoid spicy, oily food and sweets. - consume soft and easily digestable food. - drink plenty of fluids like tender coconut, water, fresh fruit juices, barley water, etc. - eat plenty of fruits like apple, chikoo, small bananas, musambi, dry grapes, musk melon, water melon, etc. Jaundice may occur again if proper personnel care is not take like eating and drinking unhygienic food and drinks. It is not contageous disease. Take tab. Arogyavardhini 1-1-1 after food and tab. Liv. 52 ds 1-0-1 and kumari asava 2 tsf 3 times a day with equal quantity of water. Take all these medicines for about a month and repeat the blood and urine examinations to assess the bilirubin levels.

If you are sure that your love was one sided it is not at all necessary that the person whom you love should love you back the same way. In that case I would recommend you to visits a psychiatrist or psychologist for counselling.

I was detected with varicocele. My general surgeon suggested Sperm analysis. It was 1 million per ml. I told him that I was suffering from high TSH levels. He said unless TSH is in control we will not do a surgical procedure. After seeing reports of sperm count my endocrinologist suggested a 14 day infection removal course. Serm count came down to 0.3 million/ml. I have noticed that my scrotum is always very warm. What should I do to control temperature of scrotum? What should I do to increase sperm count- and is varicocele associated with sperm count?

Goodevening mam yes I ahve understood your question. Firstly you must start with a couple of isometric exercises for your knee. Place a towel while lying down under your knee and press it down till about 10 seconds and then release. Then you should raise your leg upto 45 degerees and hold for 10 seconds. Secondly do active knee bending and straightening of knee while in sitting position. Do these exercises every day twice. Please let me know how your feeling.

I am 37 years old n having chronic constipation since my childhood. I have tried plenty of treatments like laxatives, aloevera and amala juice on empty stomach, bedtime isabgol with milk. All these things helped me till I use them once I stopped taking them constipation comes back. Please help me to treat this problem forever. I have started having plenty of fiber food and drink 2.5 litres to 3 litres water everyday.
