Glucosamine has no role in the repair of cartilage. You would need arthroscopic knee surgery. It is a very safe procedure in our hands with uniformly good results. We have very good well equipped center in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore it lest it become beginning of a bigger problem persistent pain knee will be harmful to your heart.

Start with lighter dinner items like brown rice with veggies and dal, idlies with chutney / dosa / utappam / only phulka instead of oily chapatis / puris, with salads and veggies / vegetable daliya / vegetable khichadi. Veggies are very important to avoid acidity. Hydration is very important, Take Nimbu paani / lemonade, coconut water, green tea and herbal teas, vegetable soups, apple juice, carrot juice, beetroot juice and buttermilk. Shakes (Mango, Banana) Flavoured milk is also a good option. When hungry at night, take fistful of nuts or take dates, Roasted channa ,murmura / kadlepuri / puffed rice.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Mr. lybrate-user Asif, Thanks for the query I have gone through the details given. It is difficult to give an answer straight away without knowing certain fact. Weak or small wrist, fingers and hand are usually in proportion to ones over all body size. If those are thin or weak, then there is a need for regular exercise and strength building. Plus nutrition has to be good. That is intake of good deal of proteins in addition to routine foods. May 2 to 3 eggs a day plus fish and chcken are good sources of protein. Plus better to join a gym and do workouts under the guidance of trained instructor. Secondly if you want to get detailed blood tests done then visit a good clinical lab and find out from them about Thyrocare's Package of multiple test at a reasonable price.
