Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

I am 22 years old. I think I have autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Symptoms are: difficulty in speaking what I think, inability to concentrate what lecturers say, stuttering in voice while speaking with new people, confusion, memory loss, extreme anger sometimes which makes mobile in my hand to break, instability of thoughts etc. Kindly help me to resolve these problems.

Hi, I can understand your situation. You are a mother of twins so obviously you would be physically more tired. First of all you should take care of your diet and rest. Take help of some one in the house or keep a maid. Also when your kids are sleeping that time you also take some rest. Many indian women make this mistake and complete the household chores when the kid is sleeping. This causes lack of rest in the body and in return the woman gets frustrated. Also with your doctor's advice take some vitamin supplements. Put yourself first before others for few months. Once the kids will grow up then you can attend others as they wish. Listen some soothing music. It will help to relax. Wish you a happy parenting.

Hair fall is not usually caused by disease but is related to aging, heredity and testosterone. Other causes are- hormonal changes for example thyroid disease, child birth and use of birth control pills. A serious illness such as tumour of ovary or adrenal gland. Prolong fever. Medication such as chemotherapy. Permanent hair straightening and excessive use of blow dryer. Emotional stress. Tinea capitis [ring worm of scalp] poor nutrition, limited food intake and deficiencies of certain nutrients. Hair loss is a indication that there is something not well in your body. Take nutritious diet sleep well and avoid stress.

How to stop food craving. Eat fruit / veg salad one hour before every meal. Drink one glass of water 30 mins before every meal. - Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee from your diet. - Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. - Eat slowly and mindfully. Take 1600 calorie diet daily. - Reduce portion size. Take small bits of food in your plate. - Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. - Reduce socialising/company of people who are addicted to junk food and overeating. - Love yourself and respect your body.

You conceive when you ovulate and ovulation time is normally around two weeks before the next expected date you have to check a few previous months dates and then calculate accordingly.
