I have gone through your query and can understand your concern. It's not clear what causes irritable bowel syndrome, treatment focuses on the relief of symptoms. Following steps should be taken 1. Eliminating high-gas foods such items as carbonated beverages, vegetables — especially cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower — and raw fruits. 2.Some people are sensitive to types of carbohydrates such as fructose, fructans & lactose, called FODMAPs .FODMAPs are found in certain grains, vegetables, fruits and dairy products such as wheat, rye, barley, onion, garlic, apples, apricots, avocados, blackberries, cherries, etc 3.Taking fiber supplements, such as psyllium or methylcellulose, with fluids may help control constipation. Fiber obtained from food may cause much more bloating compared with a fiber supplement. 4.Anti-diarrheal medications such as loperamide, can help control diarrhea. 5.Anticholinergic and antispasmodic medications. These medications, such as hyoscyamine and dicyclomine, can help relieve painful bowel spasms. They should not be used if you have constipation. 6.Counseling. You may benefit from counseling if you have depression or if stress tends to worsen your symptoms. 7. In some people improvement in diarrhea symptoms occurs, if they stop eating gluten (wheat, barley and rye) Don't worry you would be fine Hoping your query is solved.

The lower lip is generally bigger than the upper lip and there are no exercises to reduce the size of the lips. It seems you may have a lower lip overhang which is the reason you try to pull it up under the upper lip. The only way forward in such a case is surgical lip reduction and that too minimal to balance out the equation with the big upper lip as also to avoid any gum or teeth show in resting position. All the best with your endeavour!

Tips on How to Grow Facial Hair Quickly and Effectively: A) EXERCISE: Exercise affects facial hair in three ways: 1. Shedding excessive weight increases testosterone. 2. Short intensive exercise is proven to increase testosterone and prevent it from declining. Particularly weightlifting and strength-oriented HIIT (high-intensity interval training) 3. Exercise increases blood circulation. (Blood carries proteins and vitamins to your hair follicles) B) Use shampoo and conditioner. Using regular bar soap or detergent is not recommended as it can dry skin. C) Get it trimmed. Both scissors and electric trimmers work well for trimming beards. D) Consume nutritious foods: Balanced diet and high protein diet help. E) Take enough sleep and rest. F) Manage itchiness. G) Allow your beard to grow before trimming or shaping it. E) Manage stress. F) Try Rogaine (Minoxidil)

When cholesterol levels are elevated, your diet should be low in fat and high in fiber. Since the fiber helps to absorb the fat and elimates it from the body. Include more of raw vegetables, taking fruits as whole rather than juices will help to increase the fiber in the diet. Use more garlic and onions in the preparation of which will help to reduce the levels. Avoid taking junk, oily fried foods, saturated fats like ghee, butter, mayo sauce, red meats, organ meats, crabs, prawns, lobsters, carbonated beverages, highly saturated sweets and alcohol. Use high fiber foods like whole wheat, multi grain flour / breads, broken wheat, rice flakes, at least weekly twice green leafy vegetables, daily two serving of raw vegetables and fruits, avoid sugars - since they are converted into fat in the body and drink plenty of fluids. Many research studies have proved taking cinnamon powder along with water in empty stomach reduces the cholesterol levels in the blood. Along with the above dietary modifications, daily physical activity of at least 30-40 minutes is necessary. Kindly revert for detailed assessment and prescription.

It looks like gum Infection leading to Gingivitis. Nothing to worry, you should consult a Dentist and get Scaling done followed by a course of antibiotics like Metronidazole and along with it you can also restart taking Limcee that is Vitamin C. Also massage the gums with gum paint. You can also do warm saline gargles. Gargle with concentrated solution of antiseptic mouthwash. If there is sensitivity you can use desensitizing tooth paste. Use a soft toothbrush to brush your teeth. Hope this information helps. Regards.

I can understand your problem, it seems to me you have some sort of double chin which is referred to as submental fat. Submental fat can result from weight gain, aging and genetics. Since you have noticed the deposition of fat beneath the chin recently, I would advise you to have certain life style modifications which may help you get rid of this condition like; 1. Avoid taking excess of fatty meals (veg & non-veg). This will prevent excess of fat beneath the chin. 2. If you are non-vegetarian, you can have baked chicken or fish which contain less fat or meat cooked with less oil 3. Avoid butter or desi ghee, instead use a butter substitute, 4. Drink plenty of water, avoid carbonated soft drinks 5. A regular exercise helps in decreasing the body fat If the above mentioned suggestions do not work, then you may have to consult a plastic surgeon or a dermatologist who is expert in facial cosmetic surgery for possible treatment by Liposuction which is a less invasive non surgical procedure. Another option could be use of Injection Deoxycholic acid which helps to liquefy fat especially from the double chin.
