As you r a brestfeeding mother you will get your period late. Mite b irregular initially. It will become regular naturally. Use contraception so that you can avoid pregnancy.
U may not b pregnant. As twice your test is negative. U must b having problem called polycystic ovary. Bcoz of that you r not getting period. Try to reduce your weight. U will get your period regularly if your weight comes normal.
