Dear, as per your description at age 16 your face was fair and at age 25 now - light black - so you can control your completion by taking - vitamin c enrich diet (i. E. Orange, lemons, amala, tomato, graves etc.) as well as wash your face with any good quality shop like neem shop. We also prescribe neem capsules for pimples and face pack. Pl. Summer often brings in a host of problems, the scorching heat can sometimes burn and tan your skin. The humidity can cause you to sweat, making your skin accumulate grime, dirt and increase your chances of getting skin infections. Avoiding the sun by staying indoors or using an umbrella is a good option, but not always a practical possibility. According to ayurveda, summer is the season when the sun is strong and increases heat in the body, which is one of the main causative factors of skin problems. So you not only need to beat the outside heat, but find a way to keep your body cool from the inside heat too. Some of the common problems in summer include sunburn, redness, irritation, rashes and acne outbreaks. Here are some ways ayurveda can help:

Start by knowing your skin type in ayurveda:

  • Vata skin: this is characterized by dry, thin, delicate skin that is cool to touch and easily gets dehydrated. It can be flaky and has a tendency to age faster.
  • Pita skin: this is characterized by skin that is fair, sensitive, soft and warm. It is prone to freckles and moles and can break into rashes, acne or sunspots when out of balance.
  • Kapha skin: it tends to have all the qualities of water and earth - it can be oily, thick, pale, soft, cool and more tolerant of the sun. On the flip side, people with kapha skin may have dull complexion, excessive oil, pimples and suffer from water retention.
  • Combination types: can include vata-pitta (both dry and sensitive) kapha-pitta (oily and sensitive) and vata-kapha (dry with some oily zones).
     

Ayurveda tips you must follow:

  • Go for aloe vera sun screen: If you can't avoid the sun, then the next best thing to do is protect yourself. According to ayurveda, increased exposure to hot, sharp and penetrating rays of the sun causes pitta dosha and prolonged exposure also leads to increase in vata, which causes drying of skin. To prevent this, buy a good quality aloe vera sunscreen.
  • Try herbal tea for hydration: During summer, it goes without saying that you need to stay hydrated throughout the day with a good 8 glasses of water. But other than that, you can up your intake of warm liquids like herbal tea made of ginger and lemon which will keep you digestion healthy and skin glowing. A number of flavored herbal teas are available in the market too. From peach to hibiscus, each flavor offers a good set of benefits.
  • Try herbal deep oil massage: Time to take your skin's hydration to the next level. An oil massage is the best remedy for dry skin. Apricot oil applied 2-3 times a week at night can make your skin smooth and supple. Turn on the" heat" by asking your partner to give you a full oil massage which can improve blood circulation, lymph drainage and your romantic life for sure.

Hello, as per your description, seems to be alopecia areata. Alopecia areata is a type of hair loss that occurs when your immune system mistakenly attacks hair follicles, which is where hair growth begins. Alopecia areata usually begins when clumps of hair fall out, resulting in totally smooth, round hairless patches on the scalp. In some cases the hair may become thinner without noticeable patches of baldness, or it may grow and break off, leaving short stubs (called" exclamation point" hair). In rare cases, complete loss of scalp hair and body hair occurs. The hair loss often comes and goes-hair will grow back over several months in one area but will fall out in another area. Medication: take homoeopathic medication which is safe to take and you will start getting the results within few days to few months - acid fluor. 200 to be taken twice a day daily for 1 month. Revert back for further guidance. D home remedies: -lavender - an essential oil, since it is so powerful, should be diluted into a base oil before being applied, such as almond or coconut oil. Other essential oils, including peppermint, sage, and rosemary oils can also be used on the scalp to stimulate blood flow to the scalp, thereby causing hair follicles to hear or even begin growing hair again. -one of the healthiest ways to reduce the effects of alopecia areata is to eat as much vitamin c as possible, which is found in citrus fruits and green leafy vegetables. -onion juice, which can be applied directly on the scalp. The high sulfur content helps to stimulate circulation and new growth, while the antiseptic quality of onions kills scalp-born infections or microbes that might contribute to the hair loss conditions.

Read your problem it is all due to irregular diet and lack of green vegetables, fiber, water. Please improve your diet so that you should not pass hard stools. I hope your blood will stop.

Skin Care Tips For Oily Skin In Hindi - तेलीय त्वचा और चेहरे के लिए घरेलू उपाय

त्वचा अगर तैलीय या ऑयली हो जाए तो उसके विशेष देखभाल की जरूरत होती है. आपकी त्वचा कैसी होगी ये मुख्य रूप से तीन बातों पर निर्भर करता है. ये तीनों फैक्टर हैं लिपिड का स्तर, पानी ओर संवेदनशीलता. त्वचा का तैलीय होने का अर्थ यह हुआ कि आपकी त्वचा में लिपिड का स्तर यानि कि वसा की मात्रा ज्यादा है. हलांकि ऑयली स्किन होने की ज़्यादातर संभावना हार्मोनल बदलाव की वजह से होती है. कई बार जीवन शैली भी त्वचा के ऑयली होने के लिए जिम्मेदार होती है. इसकी एक वजह ये भी मानी जाती है कि जब आपके त्वचा में पाए जाने वाले छिद्र बड़े-बड़े होते हैं और सैबेकियस ग्लैंड की सक्रियता अधिक होती है तब भी आपकी स्किन तैलीय हो जाती है.

1. खान-पान से
यदि खान-पान उचित नहीं है तो इससे कई तरह की परेशानियाँ उत्पन्न होती हैं. तैलीय त्वचा की परेशानी उनमें से एक है. तैलीय त्वचा से निजात पाने के लिए आपको ऑइली फूड या बहुत ज्यादा फैट वाले खाद्य पदार्थों से दूर रहना चाहिए. इसके साथ ही आपको फल और सब्जियां भरपूर खानी चाहिए और लिक्विड डाइट में ग्रीन टी, जूस और पानी जमकर पीना चाहिए.
2. सफाई करके
साफ-सफाई से कई चीजों को ठीक किया जा सकता है. चेहरे पर से पोर्स और गंदगी को क्लिंजर की सहायता से साफ करें. ठीक से साफ करने के बाद चेहरे को हल्के गुनगुने पानी से अच्छी तरह धो लें. इसके अलावा आप दिन में दो तीन बार अपना चेहरा धोएं और हफ्ते में दो बार फेस स्क्रब करें. ऐसा करने से आपके चेहरे की स्किन को सांस लेने में मदद मिलती है. इसका एक और फायदा ये है कि इससे आपके धब्बे भी नहीं होंगे.
3. फेस मास्क
हमारे स्किन के सेल्स रोज डेड होते हैं. चेहरे की त्वचा पर भी डेड स्किन्स हो जाते हैं. इन डेड स्किन्स को साफ़ करने के लिए ही हम चेहरे पर फेस मास्क लगाते हैं. वैसे तो बाजार में कई सारे फेस मास्क अवेलेबल होते हैं लेकिन आप चाहें तो इसे घर पर भी बना सकते हैं. कुछ घरेलू चीजों जैसे कि नींबू, ओट्स, अंडा, दूध, पपीता आदि को मिलाकर आप अपना खुद का फेस मास्क तैयार कर सकते हैं. इसे लगाने से आपका चेहरा खिल उठता है.
4. टोनर की सहायता से
जैसा कि हम पहले ही देख चुके हैं कि तैलीय त्वचा वाले लोगों के रोम छिद्र बड़े-बड़े होते हैं. टोनर आपके चेहरे के स्किन्स के पोर्स को बंद करने का काम करता है. जिससे कि उसमें गन्दगी न जमा होने पाए. टोनर के रूप में गुलाब जल का प्रयोग किया जा सकता है.

5. मॉइश्चराइजर लगाकर
ये सुनने में थोड़ा अजीब जरुर लगेगा लेकिन सच है. आप सोचते होंगे कि जब स्किन तैलीय है ही तो फिर मॉइश्चराइजर का क्या काम. लेकिन ऐसा नहीं है, आप वाटर बेस वाला मॉइश्चराइजर लगा सकते हैं. इससे भी मदद मिलता है.
6. अन्य तरीके
1. मिर्च-मसाले और फास्ट फ़ूड से दूर रहें. रोज 10 से 12 गिलास पानी पिएं. इसके साथ ही रोजाना सुबह खाली पेट एक आंवला खाएं.
2. तैलीय चेहरे से गन्दगी हटाने के लिए स्क्रब का इस्तेमाल करें.
3. आपको चाहिए कि वॉटरप्रूफ मस्कारा लगाएं. क्योंकि ये पूरे दिन आंखों पर टिका रहता है.
4. मुल्तानी मिट्टी, चंदन और नीम पाउडर की एक समान मात्रा गुलाबजल के साथ मिलाकर हफ्ते में दो बार चेहरे पर लगाएं. लगाने के बीस मिनट बाद चेहरे को साफ़ पानी से धो लें.
5. एक तरीका ये है कि कैलामाइन पैक में विटामिन सी टोनर मिलाने से जो पेस्ट बनेगा उसे हफ्ते में तीन बार चेहरे पर लगाएं और 20 मिनट बाद चेहरा धो लें.
6. पाउडर लगाने से बचें क्योंकि पाउडर लगाने से आपको ज्यादा पसीना आता है.
