There is no relation between chest and teeth. But pain in broken tooth is because of exposed pulp or sensitivity. Visit dentist for filling.

Lybrate user missing some one special is sign of love. Which is very good. But remember life doesn't stop without anyone. It has to go on. You can not just stick to one thing and remain sad all the time. As you said you have lot of free time. Engage your self in activity you enjoy. Meet more people. Keep your self free. Then see time will start running. And remember if she is just meant for you then she will be back with you soon. Life is very beautiful don't waste time in sadness. Be cheerful. Dear lybrate-user, try this method many people are success first and most sleep early wake up early at 4.0 am and study with fresh mind, of course subjects which you are not interested you must spend more time and repeat it many times" practice makes perfect" .Switch off mobile phone when you go to bed and switch it on at 6am. Example some people they don't like mathematics but it is essential for life everyday and every time we are depended on mathematics, right from doctor to business man, including vegetable seller.
