Hi Swapnil., Thanky you for writing into Lybrate. Medication:- 1. Tab Obesidat -1tab twice a day before food. 2. Triphala juice-10ml with warm water daily before food twice a day Tips:- 1.No salt intake after 7: 30pm 2.No aerated drinks. Even Liquor too. 3.Restrict mango and banana. 4.Restrict potato and rice. 5.No artificial juices. 6.Half an hour aerobic exercise daily. Joining a gym for workout will be a better option. 7.20 mins of breathing exercise (pranayam). 8.Avoid Rajmah, Channa, Peas, Mushroom, Gobi, Pumpkin, Leafy vegetables, Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese, Curd, Non Veg, Maida related items (like Bread, bun, pizza, burger etc), Deep fried and spicy food, Sweets, Sugar, carbohydrate rich fruits like apple, Sapota, Banana etc. 9.Avoid rice intake in the morning and strictly in the night. 10.Avoid intake of refrigerated food in the morning, prepared previous night. 11.Intake of food should be on time without skipping even a single meal. 12.Maintain min two hours of gap between dinner intake and sleep. 13.Consume minimum eight glasses of water a day. 14.“Early to bed and early to rise” should be strictly followed. Sleeping Late night should be strictly avoided. 15.Have fruits only in the noon time. Avoid fruits consumption in the night (occasionally can be taken before dinner). 16.Stop intake of milk during bed time. 17.Bathing should be before food intake only. 18.Tea, milk intake should be twice a day preferably morning and evening. Coffee intake should be strictly avoided

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Hi, absolutely no worries. It is very much possible to straighten the teeth at this age. The treatment duration will be as long as 2 years. After the active period of treatment you need to undergo retention period for an year or so. Cheers.

Dear lybrate user, g apply coconut water directly on your scars. Start doing this just after the chicken pox infection has run its course. You may use a cotton ball to apply coconut water to your marks or just pour it over your skin where the scars appear. Repeat this several times a day. Add 2 glasses of coconut water to your bath water. Drink a glass of coconut water every day.

Dear Sir/Madam I am suffering from anxiety and depression from last 4 years and day by day it's getting worse. Actually I can explain what's happening with me. My mind always thinks of negative things like when I walk or when I eat or any work I do my mind always thinks negative things like if I didn't perform this task than something wrong will happen. Some lifestyle modifications, such as sleeping on time, cutting down on sugar n processed food items, exercise and eating fruits n salads could help restoring your health n give you more structure in daily life.
