May be your mouth produce less saliva than necessary. You may have dry mouth. Please check for saliva substitutes. Please consult doctor as soon as possible.

You need cleaning of your teeth (scaling) if it doesn't solve the problem may be you need teeth whitening treatment (bleaching)
