I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight .Let me know your food intake details.The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to Weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered Dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, After assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. hello prem ji You can control cholesterol / hdl / ldl/t.g. and obesity by using following flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take . green veg., whole grain foods, spicy foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Low sugar foods, low calories foods. Change own life style . do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily in morning and evening, do any one physically activity daily i.e. play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, alcohol,smoking, fatty foods, non-veg., avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. These are helful also reduced obesity. one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. Because it protect from heart fail during sleep at night. Welcome in lybrate.

I will suggest you to wash your hair daily with lux shampoo and apply hair oil daily and few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

It is normal discharge. For pregnancy use fertile period if your cycle is regular. 11-20 day of cycle.

Follow the diet plan given below as a starting point for healthy and lustrous hair. Breakfast skim milk / soy milk whole grain bread or toast or poha or breakfast cereal or sprout bowl of fresh fruit morning snack fresh vegetable juice like carrot or cucumber juice handful of nuts like walnuts, soaked almonds, raisins, dates lunch fresh veg. Soup or salad whole-wheat flour or jowar or bajra chapatti green veggies dals or whole pulses brown rice curd / tofu afternoon snack 1 glass skim milk kurmura or roasted channa or popcorn evening snack fresh veggies and fruit juice (carrot, apple, lemon, dudhi, palak) dinner fresh veggie soup or salad with sprouts chapati vegetable buttermilk bedtime snack fruit like watermelon or banana use natural substitutes like fruits, dates, figs or honey instead of sugar. Fruits like berries, grapes, apples and cherries have useful enzymes that can add value to your hair health.

The effect of depression on your sex life is a result of both brain functioning and physical changes in the body.

So if depression is badly ruining your sex life, doing these will help big time:

  1. Depression often makes a person withdraw from others and cease to enjoy any experience. This becomes a thought pattern that cannot be cured with medication. Talking to a counselor can help unlearn these thought patterns and help people form new social bonds. As part of the treatment, the patient will need to find and explore new ways of enjoying sex that can strengthen strained relationships.
  2. Having an open conversation with your partner is key to improving relationships and one's sex life. Talk about your sexual needs and help your partner understand your mental barriers to sex. Find forms of foreplay that appeal to both of you. It is also important for you and your partner to understand that there is no 'standard' to how often you should have sex or how you should feel after it.
  3. Ask your doctor to adjust medication In cases where the antidepressant curbs libido, lowering or adjusting the drug dosage can be a solution to treat the depression without curbing sexual desire. Do not attempt to adjust your medication on your own. Only plain biotin won't work. You may need other iron tab, B12 and Vit D3 supplements too along with topical application.
