To increase your digestion power and follow these methods : • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds ( carom )and 1/2 teaspoon of Kali mirch( black pepper), grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat . • Take pudina ( mint) and coriander leaves add 1/2 onion grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day . Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

Penis Function Problem!

A guy who is hitting the bed with a partner doesn't have time to worry about proper penis function - and yet far too many men do have erectile dysfunction issues that impact the pleasure they and their partners enjoy. Certainly excellent penis care can help decrease the chances of erratic penis function, but sometimes much more is needed to help a man perform at the sexual level he desires. Recent years have seen the development of pills with a significant impact on erectile dysfunction, but now there's something new under the sun which some are suggesting as a treatment: shockwaves.

Penis Function Problem? Some Suggest Shockwaves

Although men don't like to talk about erectile dysfunction, it is definitely a big problem. According to the Massachusetts Male Aging Study, 40% of men have experienced erectile dysfunction by the time they are 40 years old. By age 70, more than 70% have.

But what exactly is erectile dysfunction? Simply put, it is an inability to attain and maintain an erect penis such that sexual activity can be satisfactory. This may mean the penis cannot become hard enough to achieve penetration, or it may mean it becomes too soft after penetration.

Although there can be many factors that contribute to erectile dysfunction, it very frequently involves ineffective blood flow to the penis. Either a sufficient amount of blood does not fill up the spongy tissue that causes an erection, or the increased blood flow does not reach the spongy tissue in the first place. In such instances, this means that a man may feel quite sexually aroused, but the mechanics that enable an erection do not respond the way they should.

Shockwaves

So why are some scientists suggesting shockwaves as a means of treating this penis function problem? And what are shockwaves, anyway?

Interestingly enough, despite the name, shockwaves don't really have anything to do with electricity. Instead, shockwaves are acoustic waves, created by sound, which carry energy with them.

Shockwaves are frequently used to treat other conditions, such as kidney stones, cardiac issues or joint inflammation. Low level shockwaves are targeted to a highly specific area, such as a kidney stone. This causes the stone to break up so it can then pass out of the urinary tract.

The idea with using shockwaves to correct penis function is that the acoustic waves cause tiny, microscopic tears in the penile blood vessels. The body responds to this with a process known as neovasculization, which basically means it creates new blood vessels in the afflicted area. By creating new penile blood vessels, unobstructed pathways are opened for the blood to flow into the spongy tissue and let that tissue spring up and do its job.

Experimental

Shockwave therapy for erectile dysfunction is still in the experimental stages and has not been approved in the U.S. But many scientists and doctors think it holds great promise. One of the advantages to it is that, unlike pills taken to help achieve an erection, the effects of shockwave therapy should be longer lasting.

Shockwaves may one day be a common treatment for penis function issues. But even if it becomes standard of care, the penis still needs to be kept in premium health, and that goal is more easily achieved when a man regularly uses a top drawer penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). The best crème will undoubtedly contain L-arginine, an amino acid that helps produce nitric oxide, which in turns helps penile blood vessels open and become receptive to increased blood flow. The crème must also contain vitamin B5, aka pantothenic acid. Vitamin B5 is a vital nutrient required for cell metabolism and the maintenance of healthy tissue.

Count calories. Dieting for weight loss comes down to simple addition — you have to burn more calories than you're taking in. Figure out the calories in the items you regularly eat, and add it up at the end of each day; or, download a food tracking app and be sure to enter what you've eaten after each meal

Eat foods that take a while to digest. Eating items that take longer to break down will help you feel full for longer, as well as keeping your metabolism busy. Focus on foods that are high in fiber, such as
Certain fruits (including raspberries, pears and apples)
Vegetables (including peas, artichokes and broccoli)
Nuts and legumes (such as beans, almonds and lentils)
Grains (like whole-wheat spaghetti, bran flakes and barley)
4)Take smaller bites. When you're eating, try to avoid putting large bites into your mouth. Instead, divide your meal into more morsels. This forces you to eat more slowly, which in turn can stretch out your meal and make it easier for you to identify when you're full.

Eat breakfast.

Contrary to a popular misconception, you won't lose more weight if you skip this meal. In fact, studies indicate that eating breakfast jump starts your metabolism and gets it working for the day.Giving your metabolism something to do first thing in the morning gets it burning calories. When you don't eat for long periods of time, your body functions as if you're fasting because food is scarce, and accordingly burns less energy.
Eat something that contains fiber or protein. It takes longer to break down these foods than it takes to burn sugary foods with lots of carbohydrates. Try foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, and peanut butter.
Eat at regular intervals.

If you can, try to have your meals around the same time each day. Eating on a regular schedule helps your body settle into a pattern that allows it to burn the right amount of calories. If your eating habits are unpredictable or you're prone to skipping meals, your body will tend to hang onto calories for an emergency.
A regular food schedule can also help you mentally control your eating. If you have a set mealtime to look forward to, you can give yourself an exact timetable for delaying gratification.

Don't eat in front of the TV or computer.

If eating while you watch television or computer, you might find that you're not mentally engaged in eating. Instead, turn off the tube and try to savor each bite as you take it. When you're hungry later, you'll be able to remember eating more clearly.
Control stress eating. Stress and anxiety can lead cause weight gain because often people will eat their feelings. Eating when you're not actually hungry adds a ton of unnecessary calories to your diet that can easily be cut out by relieving stress
Find another outlet. Instead of eating for comfort, do something like meditating, exercising, playing a musical instrument, or reading.
Get enough sleep. Sleep deprivation can lead to feeling more stressed and, accordingly, hungrier during the day. Aim for at least seven hours a night.[4]
Clear your mind before you eat. Take a few deep breaths and slow your heart rate before you eat. Chew slowly, and and take a few breaths between bites.

Avoid eating late at night.

Because your body doesn't burn a lot of calories while you're asleep, you're more likely to hang onto whatever you eat before bed. Try these tips for fighting off the nighttime munchies:
Set a deadline. It should be at least two hours before you go to bed, if not three. Once you've settled on it, consider it the point of no return — if you want a snack, it has to be before 8:00.
Drink herbal tea instead. If you can't get by without doing something, brew a cup of herbal tea and sip it slowly before you go to bed. It should have very few calories (if any), and it will help your stomach feel full.

Hello, first f all try to correct your life style, try to reduce the smoking habit because this may be main cause of weak erections. Take natrum phos 6x, 5 tabs twice daily before meals. Alpha liv, 2 tsp once daily after dinner. Take damiaplant, 20 drops with water once daily. Revert me after 15 days. Take care.

If the ent has already suggested not to go for a surgery don't go for it. But keep monitoring your hearing loss by getting it checked in every 6 months at least.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

  5. Create your Goals: When you feel anxious, it is likely for you to eliminate anything positive during that situation. You might be doing great, but yet face distress in everyday activities because of feelings of anxiety. For this purpose, it is recommended for you to create objective behavioral goals.

  6. Maintain a Rational Outlook: Try to get rid of any bleak thoughts, which hamper your performance and trigger your social anxiety phobia. Also stay away from any kind of unrealistic thoughts, which are positive in an irrational way. Before any situation which enhances your anxiety, you should convince yourself about how it is a familiar situation to you, which you have dealt with smoothly in the past.

If your social anxiety phobia is getting in the way of achieving your goals and is disabling you from living the kind of life you seek, it is important for you to consult a therapist and go for regular therapy sessions.

Hello! the 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, excess sugar n sweet items.
