There are many reasons for stomach pain and medicine should be given according to the cause of the stomach pain.So please clarify 1.The nature of your pain,whether cramping pain,intermittent pain,continuous pain 2.Any loose motions along with pain 3.Are you suffering from any constipation 4.Are you suffering from acidity or Gas problem 5.Whether your stools or urine are much yellow compared to one week before 6.Whether pain is initiated immediately after eating a little or few minutes after eating something 7.Any feeling of nausea along with stomach pain.

I am facing two problems right now:- 1) PAIN IN TESTICLES- whenever I wear jeans or tight fitting pants, I got pain in my right testicles. The size becomes bigger than left one. please help me to free the pain forever. 2) MY BIGGEST PROBLEM is low sex drive, PE, ED. Wearing very tight clothing may be causing the problem. You have to wear properly fitting and comfortable clothing. Slight variation in size of testicles is not abnormal. For your other problem, homoeopathy has good treatment, without causing adverse effects. Take homoeopathic medicine selenium 30 daily in the morning and in the evening and give feedback after 6 days.

There could be many reasons for pain in breast or mastalagia as it is called medically. It's could be cyclic pain occurring with the menstruation due to hormonal changes. It could be infection. 1. Heart health and sexual performance

Your penis works on blood pressure. The brain sends signals to your penis that causes vessels to swell with blood. Your heart is responsible for pumping the blood. If your heart isn’t at its healthiest, it can cause problems with blood flow from the heart to the vessels in your penis. This can make it difficult to achieve a full erection. Make sure your circulatory system is working at top shape.

Basically, what’s good for your heart is good for your sexual health.

2. Certain foods can also help you increase blood flow. These foods include:


    Onions and garlic: these foods may not be great for your breath, but they can help your blood circulation.
    Bananas: this potassium-rich fruit can help lower your blood pressure, which can benefit your important sexual parts and boost sexual performance.
    Chilies and peppers: all-natural spicy foods help your blood flow by reducing hypertension and inflammation.
    Omega-3 acids: this type of fat increases blood flow. You can find it in salmon, tuna, avocados, and olive oil.
    Vitamin b-1: this vitamin helps signals in your nervous system move quicker, including signals from your brain to your penis. It’s found in pork, peanuts, and kidney beans.
    Eggs: high in other b vitamins, eggs help balance hormone levels. This can decrease stress that often inhibits an erection.
