Hello, You can gain weight with eating a high calorie diet daily. Try to eat healthy foods after every 2- 3 hours. You can have dry fruits like kaju, kismis, almonds, dates, paneer / cheese sandwiches for your breakfast, don't skip you breakfast as breakfast gives you energy. Add one more chapati and rice to your lunch & dinner. Have green vegetable, paneer veg, dal / rajma / kadhi / chole eggs in your meals. In between have milkshakes, idlis, dhokla, sandwiches, chaat, bhelpuri etc You can increase your weight through diet. Add extra calories in your diet and protein intake also. Include milkshakes, dried fruits, milk and milk products, fruits and vegetable salads. Eat small and frequent meals atleast 5-6 meals in a day.

Dear lybrate user there is always a cause behind an effect thus is with excess sebum production which can be naturally cured by following an internal constitutional treatment ,avoid facewash and creams use gram fluor and turmeric instead also eat more vegetables and whole fruits,avoid junk food

Well you have described symptoms which suggest more in terms of repetitive negative thoughts and worries. A person who is highly anxious or keeps to himself can usually have these symptoms. A person with obsessive symptoms can also have these symptoms. Reducing your anxiety might be the primary goal. Kindly do yoga and relaxation exercises. Kindly consult a psychiatrist to help you further. Be relaxed stay healthy.

Avoid long sitting and toward bending firstly then heat fermentation twice a day and do rest for 2 days. Nw start stretching exercise of spine. If it work then ok otherwise physiotherapy treatment.

Cysts can be due to ormone and thats howit pains during periods, some can be tumours but not with booze or smoking.

Sir I have inferiority problems I am not comfortable in groups even though among unknown people. Coming to females (last week I was travelling in train ,there are girls around my berth in train 4 girls of my age almost. suddenly I am fully uneasy started sweating heavily, even though they give attention or not. How to be confident and how to overcome such situations. Even if some girl interest in me come and talk also I am unable to move freely. I just forget things wen they are close. And I sweat heavily. Whatever the reason for increase in your abdominal fat I will suggest you to Get your blood checked for CBC Tsh Fbs ppbs lipid profile creatine and follow up with reports and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout’s can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Dear lybrate-user Stand in front of thee mirror and say loudly at least 10 times. I am healthy and have the strength to help many people. My heart is strong, my liver is stable and I am thankful to every opportunity that has kept me healthy and physically stable.
