I have acidity in general, many times have to wake up due to bile/acid gushing out from mouth in night.
Hi lybrate-user, This is due to acid reflux disorder and it usually happens after lying down or at night. You should avoid having late meals and heavy oily meals at night. Check the foods and food ingredients eaten during the day and especially the last meal. You can start a 30 min walk after your food and take an extra pillow at night to avoid the regurgitation. However, these are temporary measures. An acid reflux sometimes could be a part of an underlying peptic or gastric ulcer or gastritis or a gallstone and this will require a treatment that involves reducing the acid levels in your body and treating the underlying conditions and defects if present. You require a detailed treatment plan along with a proper diet consultatation. Regular yoga and meditation helps a lot in such conditions.

Dear lybrate-user. Thanks for the question. I can understand. If your doctor had advised you not to take alcohol, you should not consume beer too. Beer consists alcohol in varying percentage from 4% vv to 12 % vv. Even in small quantities alcohol could be harmful for your whole body. Therefore, do not use alcohol without your doctors permission. Take care.

I am 38 year old whenever I eat something spicy or hard food I got loose motion and gastric problems. .pls suggest.

I am 38 year old whenever I eat something spicy or hard food I got loose motion and gastric problems. .pls suggest.
The intestinal lining do not tolerate chemical compounds available in certain spices. Some spices passes from the stomach to intestine and causes irritation. The food also moves fastly from inflamed lining. The intestines senses this and draw more water from the circulation and thus cause diarrhea. If you intend to eat spicy food please add yougurt, butter milk with your food it will minimize the diarrhea. Drink one glass of lemon juice after meal to fasten metabolism. Drink water more. Try to identify the spicy food allergic to you avoid that.

If not please Take three full meals with lot of vegetables, fruits, salad, plenty of water so that you pass semi solid stools without straining or you can add stool softener in your daily routine.
