Body Contouring - For the Perfect Sculpted Look

Not sure if there is anyone who is happy with their image, different people have different complaints. Fat thighs, fat upper arms, too thin legs, sagging breasts, pot belly, the list is just too long. While exercise and diet can be used to achieve overall fitness levels, they cannot produce the body shape that you have in mind (simulating your celebrity body part maybe). Almost all complaints revolve around the excess fat (in most cases) and about the quality of the skin.

However, there are various surgical methods which can produce results that are amazingly quick, effective, and safe. Body contouring is usually done by removing excess fat deposits and skin from various parts of the body. The skin also gets tightened during the process, also reducing cellulite. While most women complain about thighs and hips, men complain about their stomach area.

Some of the common body sculpting procedures includes:

  1. Arm lifts: With age, there is excessive fat accumulation and sagging of the upper arm, which can be corrected by removing excess fat. Contrarily, thin arms can be helped by using biceps implants.
  2. Tummy tucks: The excess skin and fat is removed from the tummy area and the muscles are tightened to produce a firmer look
  3. Thigh lift: Another common area of concern, the tone is improved by removing excess, loose skin.
  4. Pectoral implants: Can be used in men who desire muscular chests.
  5. Butt lifts and butt implants: These are used to alter the shape of the buttocks, either reducing it or firming it up.

In all these body contouring procedures, liposuction is the common technique.

Is it for you? If you are in overall good health with good thick and elastic skin, go for it. However, have realistic expectations by having a detailed discussion with the doctor. It will definitely help in fat removal, cellulite reduction and skin tightening; however, the key is to set a common goal and work towards it.

For hair fall take tab. Keraglo men once daily for 3 months. Use hair spray Qilib men solution 6-8 sprays once daily at night for one month. Hair wash Anaphase shampoo/Vichy Nourishing shampoo along with Vichy nourishing conditioner. Increase intake of protein diet.

Hello, with all measure to reduce fats, you should go for abdominal exercise. Tk oats, green tea. Go for a.walk in the morning. Tk plenty of water to eliminate roxine making abdominal. Muscle more. Flaxible. Tk care.

You have periods problem.I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet.Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet.Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.Avoid non veg and eggs.Keep your weight normal as compared to your height.This will help you in your problem.

Juice of potato for controlling hair fall lack of vitamins and minerals can cause dry and brittle hairs which can trigger hair fall. Potato can be a good remedy to control hair fall in this case. Potato is rich in vitamin b6, vitamin c, manganese, phosphorus, copper and niacin which can be helpful for boosting hair growth. Crush some cleaned potato and squeeze out the juice. Now apply this fresh juice directly onto your scalp and hairs. Leave on for 30 minutes to an hour but do not let the pack get dry. Wash off with plenty of water.

Hi, male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia. Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. Do as follow: * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * start excersice. Hello. We can't change the gray hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! the causes of premature graying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying excessive use of tobacco and smoking chronic emotional stress or psychological worries lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis home remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine schwabe's acid phos. 200/ once daily and weisbaden 200/ twice daily all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - a to z/ 1 cap. Daily once for 3 months (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your father could be having hemorrhoid or fissure in ano - he should have more fibre in diet including vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, legumes, sprouts, nuts - avoid spicy, fried & processed foods - should have 8-10 glasses of water per day - do regular exercise like walking, yoga for proper digestion - get checked by a doctor to find the exact cause & take proper treatment.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. *. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. *. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari syrup and capsule twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

I think you need to visit oral surgeon. Afetr examining you he can tell. Oral surgeon is the specialisation after bds. They deal with these things. Do not waste time do visit them. Otherwise it may result in serious consequences.

Sir/mam I feel like my heart is getting weak day to day if climb any upload or walk along an hour my heart beat rises like never before and I feel a shake on behind of my head what is it mean? I have polycystic ovarian disease. I get periods in two months minimum. Please suggest what to do. I had undergone medication some years back for two years. I used to get regular periods then but once I left the medication the problem continued. Because of this I get very less sexual arousal and also get depressed many times frequently. Remain confused and lack confidence. I need to plan family in upcoming years. Please suggest what would be good for me. I would prefer getting healed in a natural way if possible instead of taking the contraceptive polls given to regularize periods.

Natural way if you want to get pass with PCOs, then observe the following steps keep a control on your weight do regular physical activity for fitness eat small portions of meals every 3 hours be stress free get your blood sugar levels tested stay happy avoid oily, spicy, food, don't eat junk food like pizzas, burgers etc avoid rice potatoes and too much of sweets Otherwise get back to us for further advice on this.

  1. Make your bedroom an inviting place. Keep the room free of clutter and distractions. Be sure you have the right bed and mattress for your needs. The wrong mattress can lead to musculoskeletal problems and sleep disturbances.
  2. Use the bed only for sleeping and sex. Avoid use of the bed for watching TV, eating, working, or any other activities. If you do wish to use the bed for a bit of nighttime reading, read only pleasure books in bed.
  3. Therapists often use 'reconditioning' as part of a treatment plan for insomnia. With this method, people are 'reconditioned' to associate the bed with sleep. If you find yourself unable to sleep at all, get out of bed and move to another room, so that you only associate the bed with sleep and not with wakefulness.
  4. Establish a regular sleep-wake cycle. Your body will learn to set its internal clock to your schedule and will eventually respond to internal cues to become sleepy at a given time and to awaken at a given time. A good way to begin this is by getting up at the same time every morning, even on weekends.
  5. Don't nap. No matter how tempting it may be, an afternoon nap can make falling asleep at night even harder. 'Extra' sleep on weekends can also throw off your regular sleep schedule and worsen midweek insomnia.
  6. Limit your consumption of caffeine in the afternoon and evening. Remember that eating chocolates and drinking cocoa and colas also are sources of caffeine.
  7. Watch your alcohol intake. Don't drink any alcoholic beverages in the few hours prior to going to bed. Excessive amounts of alcohol at any time in the day can also disrupt sleep patterns and lead to unsatisfying sleep. Cigarette smoking can also worsen insomnia.
  8. Fit in some exercise during the day, but don't exercise strenuously right before bedtime.
  9. Eat light meals in the evening. Eating heavily in the evening or eating just prior to going to bed can disrupt your sleep.
  10. Establish a 'winding down' ritual in the evenings just prior to bedtime. Try to free your mind of distracting or troublesome thoughts and engage in a relaxing, enjoyable activity like reading, listening to music, or watching a pleasant film.

I have scar mark, can it be remove from peeling or abrasion. It is due to chicken pox.

Chicken pox can leave spots or scars. Spots respond to medications. Scars if not manipulated respond otherwise they need surgical interventions. Yes, you can do dermabrasion and peeling.
