I want a female and I used pen 4 times to masturbate does this gud for health if not then pls suggest what to do.

D.P.M
Psychiatrist, Mumbai
While Masturbation is a healthy and normal activity the use of a object like a pen can have negative consequences like entry of bacteria or causing small tears to the vagina. It is advisable to use clean hands or a soft clean object for the purpose to prevent infections.

It will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500mg tablet of calcium d-glucarate and one tablet of b-complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

Addiction of cigratte. How I can do something for my uncle. How he can get rid of addiction of cigratte?

BASM, MD, MS (Counseling & Psychotherapy), MSc - Psychology, Certificate in Clinical psychology of children and Young People, Certificate in Psychological First Aid, Certificate in Positive Psychology
Psychologist, Palakkad
Dear, Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. The best method is to leave it and continue with your uncle's will power. There are other methods like Nicotine Replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. If your uncle is ready to stop smoking and willing to get the support he need, he can recover from nicotine addiction and abuse abuse?no matter how bad the addiction or how powerless he feel. The first step in treating nicotine addiction is accepting that he has a problem. Confronting an addiction and accepting responsibility for his actions isn?t easy. But it?s a necessary step on the road to treatment and recovery. He should then consult a psychiatrist / psychologist who will follow this treatment. 1. Detoxification using medicines. 2. Behavior modification with the help of therapies. 3. Counseling. 4. Medication to sustain and 5. Long term support. These given steps are essential for any addict to get effectively rid of smoking. Therefore, your uncle need to stick to the treatment plan and cooperate with his psychiatrist / psychologist. Take care.

General Physician,
You will never have complaints with diabetes, until you develop complications, and thats why many diabetes people ignore this disease or don't take it seriously. Diabetes is silent killer, and it kills slowly if not controlled, obviously you should see a doc and start your rx. Do your hba1c.

People often wonder about the normal amount of masturbation. Each person must decide for himself or herself how much to masturbate. Professionals agree that there are no physical or mental implications for frequent masturbation, unless it is symptomatic of an obsessive/compulsive disorder (OCD). Symptoms of OCD are repeatedly performing a behavior to the extent that it interferes with daily functioning, professional responsibilities, or personal relationships. Behaviors that are performed to reduce stress or alleviate tension, including masturbation, are not considered symptomatic of a disorder unless they interfere with a person?s daily personal or professional life or hinder a person from fulfilling their responsibilities and commitments Side-effects of Masturbation Other than an immediate need for a towel or tissue, the effects of masturbation upon the male body were: Fatigue. Feeling tired all the time Lower back pain Thinning hair / Hair Loss Soft / Weak Erections Premature Ejaculation Eye floaters or fuzzy vision Groin / Testicular Pain Pain or cramp in the pelvic cavity or/and tail bone

I am 23 year old My memory power is so week. So what can I do for increasing my memory power. Please suggest me.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
Research-based strategies to boost your memory and keep it strong 7 Strategies for Remembering 1. Become interested in what you're learning. We're all better remembering what interests us. Few people, for example, have a difficult time remembering the names of people they find attractive. If you're not intrinsically interested in what you're learning or trying to remember, you must find a way to become so. 2. Find a way to leverage your visual memory. You'll be surprised by how much more this will enable you to remember. For example, imagine you're at a party and are introduced to five people in quick succession. How can you quickly memorize their names? Pick out a single defining visual characteristic of each person and connect it to a visual representation of their name, preferably through an action of some kind. Remember: Memory is predominantly visual. 3. Create a mental memory tree. If you're trying to memorize a large number of facts, find a way to relate them in your mind visually with a memory tree. Construct big branches first, then leaves. Branches and leaves should carry labels that are personally meaningful to you in some way, and the organization of the facts ("leaves") should be logical.. 4. Associate what you're trying to learn with what you already know. It seems the more mental connections we have to a piece of information, the more successful we'll be in remembering it. This is why using mnemonics. Write out the items to be memorized over and over and over. 5. When reading for retention, summarize each paragraph in the margin. This requires you to think about what you're reading, recycle it, and teach it to yourself again. Even take the concepts you're learning and reason forward with them; apply them to imagined novel situations, which creates more neural connections to reinforce the memory. 6. Do most of your studying in the afternoon. Though you may identify yourself as a "morning person" or "evening person" at least one Study. suggests your ability to memorize isn't influenced as much by what time of day you perceive yourself to be most alert but by the time of day you actually study—afternoon appearing to be the best. 7. Get adequate sleep to consolidate and retain memories. Not just at night after you've studied but the day, you study as well. Far better to do this than to stay up cramming all night for an exam.

Its about 35 degree curvature but some days it looks more curved like 45 degrees. No pain during masturbation. If I twist it from base and hold it looks straight. Is it Peyronie's ? Never had sex .will the girl be wierded out by the curved penis ?what are my treatment options? Will there be complications? My penis is only 5 inches so I don't want to further shorten it by surgery. Please help.

No harm of curved penis as far as sex is concerned. Excess masturbation also causes it other than congenital reason. Pure, classic, ayurveda tila made with high end oils and herbs and some organic material and minerals will do wonders for u. It's having straightening, strengthening effect and girth/ thickness increasing. It's not commonly available. Pl consult.
