Premature ejaculation is common problem and has multiple reasons starting from anxiety, sensitive penis, masterbation in a fashion to ejaculate early, lifestyle etc. With ayurveda pe can be cured however before starting or suggesting any medicine it is very important to understand root cause of problem. One normal testes is sufficient for a healthy sexual life and reproduction. Please have yourself checked by a doctor and get a semen analysis done.

It is under control. You can not achieve 100% normal level. For a diabetic your blood sugar is considered normal. However go for regular walk, control your diet and monitor Blood sugar and Hba1c three monthly and consult diabetologist

I am 71 yrs 5ft 8 in weight 90 kg am suffering from diabetic for last 5 yrs lately I find that sole of both my feet become numb when I get up in the morning and also my right heel is very painful please advice what I should do ?

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Your symptoms of numbness could be due to long standing diabetes in your case although other causes cannot be ruled out especially issues in lower back region. I would advise you for a very strict sugar control, you can take medications like pregabalin or gabapentin in low doses initially, take vitamin b12 and adequate calcium and vitamin d supplementation. Also heel pain could be due to inflammation in your heel fascia. Treatment modalities are aimed at relieving inflammation of the fascia, like ice packs, physical therapy, footwear modification and anti-inflammatory therapy. I will observe you with this management for around 2 weeks and then we will see if we require any investigations in your case. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Pregnancy depends on many things starting from doing sex In right days. If your periods are regular than 10-16 days are the time when you indulge in the act chances of conceiving is high. Consult if you are doing sex in sex in right days but still you are not conceiving. We will discuss it in details about other things which you shall do improve the chances.

Yes skipping meals is very harmful for health. It results in malnutrition & ulcer formation. A balanced diet/ meal should contain whole grains, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, whole legumes/ fish./ chicken/ egg. You need to adjust your meal timings as per your job requirements instead of missing them. Also, have small frequent meals at 3 hrs intervals instead of 2-3 main meals only. Keep healthy snacks like roasted makhana, roasted chana, sprouts, curd, whole fruits, nuts, oilseeds, home made premix/cereal malt, tetra pack milk, salads handy with you which you may consume in between main meals or even use in combinations as meal option since these can be had at your desk while working.

Any loss of semen qty more than its regeneration is always harmful. You should know that Ayurveda has well established and recognized theory of replenishment of semen in seven weeks minimum when ideal digestion/ metabolisms diet is maintained.

Hi, please follow these tips to stop snoring: - reduce your weight if you are obese. - perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - sleep on sides instead on back. - elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - clear the nose before going to bed. - establish regular sleep pattern. - keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - anti snoring appliances can also be used.

For weight reduction: Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems including irregular menses are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. For masturbation: Take Staphysagria 200/ one dose daily for 2 weeks.

You may be having hyper acidity 1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. 1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn Cervical exercises. 3. Correct your posture. 4. Don't use Pillow. 5. Do hot fermentation twice a day. 6. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 7. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.
