There is no option available other than surgery (mastopexy or breast lift ). Nothing else works. You will land up in wasting time & money.

It must be dentigerous cyst. It is a benign swelling in jaw (non cancerous) but better to get it removed.

If it is diagnosed melanocytes naves, there is a risk of malignant transformation. (not too high) but it is better to get it removed.

Yes, You can achieve fuller & bigger breast size with good quality breast implants. I am afraid, there are no medicines to do so.

None of the methods you have mentioned would work to reduce the "male boobs" surgery is the mainstay in it's treatment of gynaecomastia.
