Mucous in stools can be because of colitis. If doesn’t improve with Velgut, looking at the age better get a Colonoscopy done.

I have been suffering from acidity for the past 1.5 years. I have tried many medicines and controlled food over 5 months. My scan results shows that I have "antral erosion" and biopsy "negative" also it says my stomach is rapid areas. My query is that is this erosions causing my acidity and does this disease have any surgical solutions. Thank you.

Actually it is the other way round. Acidity is causing the erosions. Usually this does not need any surgical procedure. Dietary modifications, lifestyle changes and few drugs is all that is usually required.

Is acute pancreatitis curable? 16 years, studying in school, no root cause found. No ball gladder stone, like others. He is veg. Kindly advice the life style, food, medicine etc for live. Thanks lot for hope valuable advice.

Acute pancreatitis most of the times is self limiting and sometimes can recure at certain intervals. Get examined by a gastroenterologist and if not done before CT scan and MRCP will give some clue about the underlying cause. If weight loss and oily stools are there then patient needs pancreatic enzyme supplements. In long term secondary diabetes is a possibility. Local gastroenterologist will guide you. Hoping for a quick recovery and good health.

Ongoing bleeding is usually because of incomplete Dand C. Please get a Sonography of abdomen and pelvis done. If there are still pieces of conception products in uterine cavity then better to undergo D and C again rather than taking medicines. Regards.
