Sir I have some problem of my stomach last few month so please give me solve this problem.

Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking food, do not sleep in day.

This is underweight. Eat balanced diet. Eat large amount of foods more frequently. Use weight gain nutritional supplement. Use whole cream milk or milk shake. Take 3-4pcs banana/day. Take other dense fruits. Eat sweet potato, white potato, corn and other dense vegetables. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Eat protein foods like fish like tuna and other fish, egg, lean meat, peanut butter, peas, hemp seeds, almond, tofu, mushroom, soy milk, soy product, soybean. Use more good fats in cooking. Drink lots of water and regular free hand exercise to stay healthy.

Yesterday I had paneer rice and some amount of pulav. After an hour I suffered from severe stomach ache and diarrhea. I had tablet last night and in the morning I was fine but again stomach pain started. How should I get relief from that. Since then I ate only curd rice. Please suggest.

I am 20year old female and I want suggestions for solutions getting rid from dandruff. I hve grey hairs too and my hair becomes oily after 2 days of washing hairs with conditioner. 1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. I have got rashes above my elbow both hands. This is been there for many years and has been increasing year by year. Itching during summer. Once it itches ring worm kind of patch is formed around the marks. Small or little big black dots above both elbows. Exact location where we rest our hands on table. Have tried many types of ointments. Only itching reduces but the black spots doesn't decrease or disappear. There is hair growth too on these spots.

I m 23yr young female. I have checked thyroid level and tsh level (>1000) was greater than the range (0.0 to 0.5). Consulted with doctor. But he said after 6 months take another checkup and visit me. He did'nt suggest any medications. Heavy hair loss like from root its falling. Tongue cleaning and flossing is very important in maintaining oral hygiene brushing alone can't help it. And use of mouthwash regularly is utmost important in bad breath. Ya stomach problem is 1 cause of persisting bad breath. If you often feel thirsty is another cause if you have got your cleaning done correctly I just advise you to consume lots of water, use freshchlor (mouthwash) directly without diluting it. Tongue cleaning with tongue cleaner and flossing after every meals. If you have any other findings like cavity or deccay that is another reason of bad breath. You can take pantoacid cap once daily for 5 days if acidity is problem rest you can consult once if you have chronic problem like since 1 years or so many months.

Hello- take 1 tsp black sesame seeds ten days before menses in the morning. Massage your abdomen clock wise daily with castor oil at night. Avoid carbohydrate rich diet if having constipation. Take a mild herbal laxative (trifla/isabgol) at bed time daily.

Most likely you must have minus no (myopia). This will stop increasing after 20. You can use contact lenses which some time control increasing power.
