Diet and exercise diet: cut down 25% from your daily diet. Drink warm water with lemon 4-5 times a day try to avoid sugar and oil as much as possible. Exercise: give one hour daily to work out. You can take out 30 mins in morning and 30 minutes in evening brisk walk/ jumping jacks /crunches /surya namaskar. Do not do any hard exercises till you loose atleast 5 kg. Start slowly, get used to work out in a week then increase the work out time to one hour.

Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use Tea Tree face wash 2 times a day. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 1.Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. Do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk.

It might be piles or fissure. Anal fissure improves with general measures but may require surgery. Piles of an early grade also improves with general measures. The general measures I would suggest are 1. Take lot of vegetables & fruits in your diet 2. Avoid chillies & spices 3. Take lot of fluids 4. Avoid constipation 5 periodically do anal exercises (alternately contracting & relaxing the buttocks, anal area & upper thighs) 6. Take sitz bath 3-4 times a day. This means sitting in a tub of warm water & doing anal exercises 7. Atleast once get it examined by a general surgeon.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert. For height: As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 3yrs. More to grow further! Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). The human body undergoes a growth in adolescence and this continues till age of 21. As you are 18, there is till a chance to grow, but this growth is overall body growth. If you have well balanced diet rich in proteins and do regular exercises, you can make yourself more fit, attractive and also help your body grow to it's full potential you have not written about the size of your penis. If it measures anything more than 2 inches, in erect stage, then there is nothing to worry about the average size of penis depends on the genetic background of a person. So it is fixed and can not be grown as one wishes! it would be better to concentrate on what you can do with a panis than worry about it's size. If you masturbate, it's normal, at masturbation you can learn to control your ejaculation and this can help you relieve sexual urges and also learn to last longer in bed. The penis head is richly supplied with nerves and they carry pleasurable sensations of touch to brain which causes the brain to send more blood flow to the penis and cause an erection. Ejaculation time is dependent on your excitability and if you get extreme excitation, you ejaculate fast. So it is better to get" taught" about how to delay ejaculation by doing an exercise at masturbation. Every man know that during ejaculation there is a point when the ejaculation can not be stopped even if sex or masturbation is stopped. This is the point of ejaculatory inevitability. At masturbation, go to this point of ejaculatory inevitability, and just before that press the penis head at the neck, using two fingers. This pressure must be for 1 minute and also firm enough to cause some mild pain. If successful, the pressure when released will show that ejaculation has been stopped. Repeat this till you can maintain ejaculation for a good 15 -30 minutes, be repeating the process. If you can master this, it will improve your ejaculation time at masturbation and at sex.

It could be strain on the eyes but some other reason can also be there for which you should consult a physician and get clinically checked in the meantime take care of your diet eat healthy nutrious good don't keep your stomach empty for more than three hrs and take take small breaks of 5 to 10 mnts every one hour in your work.
